Above is the picture of the three "Ezes" of Arochukwu.

Although Arochukwu is ruled by only ONE Eze, we do have three Ezes who are the representatives of the three lineages of Arochukwu. The three Ezes: are "Eze Ibom Isii" (head of the six [Akpa] villages of Arochukwu and of the Akpa lineage), Eze Agwu (head of the Agwu lineage), and Eze Nnachi (head of the Nnachi lineage). However the current Eze Aro is the "Eze Nnachi".
PoliticsRe: How Many Nl Witnessed The Civil War (1967 - 1970)? by odumchi: 12:20am On Nov 06, 2011
Nearly my entire family witnessed the war. My grandparents had to abandon their belongings and run into the forests. They spent much of the war hiding in the forests since Nigerian bombers were targeting civilians.

Another one of my relatives marched happily to war but never came back.

Much of my family fled into Cross River and Akwa Ibom states, since much of the bombing was targeted against Igbo areas.

That Onitsha people cam from benin does not make them benin people. It just means that they once occupied the benin territory just as benin people once occupied the lagos territory.
Onitsha azagi Benin. Onitsha bu Onitsha, Edo buru Edo.
