And we know what goes on when there's no prepaid meter. Arbitrary billing, extortion by disco officials, disconnection just for the sake of it and most importantly paying for power you never used. That's what 85% of Nigerians are going through in the hands of these DisCos.
Yet some people will be defending these clowns
Yet this does not stop them from asking residents to buy transformers and pay for repairs!!

Dem just dey bring heavy bills each month, every month there's 20% increment for the last 3 months.

We've been battling for prepaid Meter for over a year now, nothing insight.

I paid 15-20k bills for light I don't use more than 3 times in a month. I only return from work every 2 weeks, sometimes once in a month.

Government is making everyone to convert to CNG. By the time CNG demands shoot up, that's when you will hear they are removing subsidy and CNG price will go up as well.

Just laughing at the CNG thingy, once everyone converts we go back to square zero again.

CNG should be an option, not an alternative.

That was how I lost a 3 days old phone in hospital in 2019.
Went to visit a friend, I just stepped out to get him something outside, I dropped my phone on the phone hospital bed together with my friend's own. On my returned, both phones are gone. My guy was already sleeping because of drugs he was on.

Both phones was 500k+... It was serious drama.
