Scan the barcode she is holding, the result that will come out is of a yoruba guy from osun who had 338 in 2021.

Obviously the any sensible person will understand what she is holding is photoshoped.

The bar code is not even a product of jamb.

1.I love the confidence, She has been taking first position since her primary school and more importantly she is synonymous to "369" going by her previous external examination.

2. If the "QR" bar code keep producing different scores with different candidates name then it could be technical error from Jamb server.

3. This has enter court of public opinion,. the next thing is law suit flying up and down......for the sake of the girl sanity, let Jamb not drag this isssue further, let them settle amicably with the school offline, if possible let her rewrite the said exam.

The bar code isn't from jamb. If it is from jamb, it would have shown a link to jamb website.

I went to buy fuel this evening at a filling station close to my area, I was about to add old 100 naira notes and I was told by the attendant that the note is no longer a legal tender. I was confused and I have to call my accounting officer so as to ascertain whether the instructions came from CBN. To my surprise, the staff told me that they've been told not to collect the old 100 naira notes again for months now.
I have searched over the internet and I didn't see the news anywhere.
Is it normal for CBN to just make such an order without letting the public know?

If can happen. Last year I accidentally sent 600k to the wrong person. Bank said the recipient must go and initiate a reversal.

This year I mistakenly transferred a sum of 2m to a UBA account belonging to a police officer and the officer went to the bank to initiate a reversal himself even before I was able to obtain a court order. Some people don't know such a money like that can be traced.

So bad. The method CBN want to use to remove the money from the circulation is so harsh. It's like using 24hrs to remove old notes. If you still want to withdraw from the counter till today, you will certainly be given old notes.

Good evening nairalanders I have a little challenge I am facing in my workplace at the moment and I am suspecting my boss to be responsible,I started working in this new company December last year it's a a real estate company,but the office were I work in particular we run a pos there too,so I when I come to work in the morning I first go to my bosses place to collect cash for customers withdrawal.

I am a type of person that barely misplace my money or phone,these two things are very important to me so I am very careful with them,but since I started working in this company it has being a different case,there is no week I don't loose up to 6000 from the pos money I will try all my best to trace the money with the machine transaction history but I will never trace how the money went ,and the most painful part is that I usually pay the depths with my salary so end of the month I usually go with half of my salary as a result of debt.
There are 3 reasons why I suspect my boss,no one the first month I started work a friend of mine told me that he doesn't like my boss,that he looks diabolic to him I laugh and told him to stop being too supersticous because I don't believe such things he told me his instincts don't disappoint him.
Secondly there was a day I borrowed money from my boss I told him I want to buy some stuff that I am broke at the moment ,since I have worked half of the month I need a little change from my salary I only requested 10k,after thinking hard for about 10 minutes he gave me the money,actually I wanted to use the money to pay a loan app I was owing so I payed 5k and kept the remaining 5k to get a t-shirt the following day ,I put the money inside my deep pocket and went to work in the morning even when I was on the road I check my pocket and the money was there,did you know immediately I got to my shop I swept the floor of my shop and tidied the whole place,as I was about to leave for the market to my surprise I deep my hand inside my pocket and the money was gone,I searched evety nook and cranny of the shop i didn't see the money,I just laughed and shook my head.

Thirdly, there are two workers my boss just employed because we have up to three branches in my area,one is a girl and one is a boy,the girl seem to like me dlso much she always like telling me how the work is going for her she usually tells me about every issue she has with my boss, did you know this girl has lost up to 20k in the pos money in just one month of work?..
One day I went to our head office to check our debt book because we always have a book we all money we borrowed from boss plus or shortages are recorded did you know this two new workers have lost more than their salaries,I went through the boys record I saw ,5k,3k,4k etc there is no day this guy doesn't loose money I usually blame myself for all my mistakes until I saw that I am not the only one.now the girl has stopped work.

I think you are only careless. Do your account at different interval(like three hours interval) everyday. By doing so, you will likely get to know when the cash is missing. Also, if you can afford to buy a crossing bag to pack your own cash, do so. Finally, always pack your in 10ks of 50ks and always do the account when you have spent like 100ks so that you will know whenever a cash is missing and you can easily trace it. I have been doing POS business for almost 2years now and I have never recorded anything like money disappearing.

I also received several calls from same number some months back now. When the thing did not allow me to reply, I just put the number on blacklist.

Someone stole my phone this morning and within 3hrs i opened my bank app only to realize they’ve taken over 180k from my account with the bank description of “intrabank charges”

I called UBA immediately and still went to their branch they got my account frozen with the account where the money was transferred to because it’s also a UBA account

I’ve written the letter they asked me to write and they said they’ll get back to me within 5 working days


Now since there’s a valid recipient account where the money was transferred to is there no way I can catch the culprit with help of the police? My iPhone 11promax of barely 6months gone with money

I had to call MTN too to block my SIM

Please is it possible to get the person tracked and arrested

NB: both my account and fraudsters account where he sent the money to has been frozen by UBA because we use same bank

The perpetrator is someone close to you.
The person already know your password because the pin of USSD for UBA can not be reset without the last 4 digit number of the PAN on your card or Token. But, the maximum USSD transfer on UBA is 100k so how is the person able to make it 180k

I run a POS business and I'm having analogue and smart terminals, there is no option for withdrawal without card on both types except you want to transfer. Also, except a card is used, you can't carry out a transaction on a 3rd party account, as only account attached to the wallet can be transacted on.
It would have been possible if the transaction was done online, so the probable cause is misplaced card, stolen card or clone card. Likely more of stolen then returned to his custody by someone close to him

With Opay and firstmonie terminal, a careless withdrawal can be done. But the customer must come along use the alert phone to approve the transaction.
