Obasanjo concessioned the already working ports in Lagos and leave out the ones in the south south because they needed to be fixed to make them viable for investors to bid for. You should know that a judge has to be investigated by National Judicial council (NJC) and if found guilty he is suspended and then a case can be instituted against him.
