2. Next, cement blocks were smashed on the prone man's head

3. Next, the deadman's head was cut off.

4. Finally, the severed head was placed in the middle of the road wearing a baseball cap in a display of gallows humor.

Whoever took the above sequence of photographs was either a participant in that murder or was at the very least trusted by the killers, who permitted these photographs to be taken for publishing online.
