Ur rightup is very correct i sort of agree in all the points you made. But the fact is That major issue to this that has created headlines is the said outburst of the mother. Whom is trying to paint her daughter a victim of rape by her school mates she performed sexual acts with, whereas shes the villain so to say(as the whole world has painted her based on her sexual prowess in the video).Am not even condemning the girl asuch as you must have seen my post about the issue concerning the fathers wherabouts.This is not an issue of single mother or what ever. That girl was obvious preyed upon by an adult to indulge in such acts at a tender age, we dont know yet who the curprit is .But however this should be the opportunity for the mum to seek redress and said justice shes clamouring for.So who ever initiated this girl should be held for child molestation and rape,and this information can be got only from the girl in form of counseling . We might find that it is a close family friend whom the mother trusted.The mother canot claim before now that the girl has become something else with her style of behaviour its like the mother did not monitor her to a degree and educate her mother to daughter on such unwholesome acts like suggestive dressing.Whether we like it or not poor parenting has a major role in the girls decadence. Of course our parents cant be every were with us but we too have our destiny in our hands.Must we emulate or take to the worst vices even if surrounded by all evil.

Well, there is enough evidence to convict & execute him in a Social Media Court, especially NL.
But you'll definitely need more evidence/witnesses in a Law Court.
The 3k transaction / torn dress alone doesn't prove there was rape; doesn't even prove there was an act of sex. The 3k only proves they knew each other previously, while the torn dress could have been done by anybody.
People need to know that cases in a Law Court are proven Beyond Reasonable Doubts.

As per the Bamise murder, the Police needs to investigate his
-call records
-bank transactions
-friends & associates
-his lifestyle (if within his income)

with just a piece of Dna shard from the driver like semen can nail him. that was what what implicated Former US PROTUS in the Molensky scandal way back.
& few other interrogations to establish his extent of culpability in the murder. Shouldn't be that difficult.

It seems very very strange to me that the Nigerian born us soldier wore his US Army military uniform all the way from the US to visit his family here in Nigeria.Because my own junior brother a Nigerian born US service man on visit to Nigeria never wore his uniform when visiting us here in Nigeria years after he came back,talkless of wearing it around ,he wore civilian clothing and only his combat boots which he covered with his trousers.He only brought a souvenir of his uniform as a gift .I dont think it is proper to do that and unnecessary show off by the said soldier and would bring said attention.

Adjourned for 3 months just like that, after spending months without clear direction.

The Nigerian judicial system is extremely slow.
Not all cases should make it to the court room to avoid over stretching of judges.

In some countries, a case is first discussed in house between the concerned parties and the judge to see if an amicable resolution can be met without having to go through the processes of a court proceeding.

This way, the judges would not get stretched and won't have to adjourn cases for so long.
