The internet has been currently awash with the newstory of a Rwandan girl liliane who was arrested and jailed for wearing a dress deemed shameful by the Rwandan authorities. The controversial dress a blackfishnet which highlighted her curvy figure in which she wore underneath a black pant which was visible. I too initial was aghast on the module of dressing which was really hot!!!!.But when i viewed the event she wore it too which was morelike a disco rave party scene. which on a good day meets standard for such event and is appropriate.She made a good claim in her defense that security checks at the concert venue did not turn her back that the dress was inapproriate for the event in the first place. And she was not the one who posted it in the first place(which is seemly true as she was absently hyping to the vibes ). The very dress was claimed was not that bad as claimed but was highlighted by the taker of the foto who obviously used a flash,so highlighted the transparency. Many contributors to a post on the issue on naira land (Mugabekazi Lilliane Sentenced To 2 Years In Jail For Indecent Dressing In Rwanda by nlfpmod: 1:59pm ) were quick to condemn the dressing as really indecent,they did not bother to find out to which occasion it worn. This was the statement a major Rwandan youth forum made on it in an online petition "If our country is supporting creative ideas, being diverse, and keeping an open mind in all sections, entertainment shouldn't the only sector to be left out, and you can't expect someone who is going to a HipHop/R&B concert to dress the same as those going to a gospel choir concert, everything has its unspoken lane," the petition read. I believe if she had worn that to a church service it would have been appropriate to condemn her. I have attended a new generation so called trendy church and was taken back by what a majority of the young gals wore there in sequence of what liliane wore.What they wore then for the occasion can be indeed termed shameful.I think the African authorities not only Rwandan should channel the outputs to more productive ventures for their citizens than such trival issue that would outcase their backwardness , foolishness and stupidity.Afterall a majority are involved in embezzlement of public fund and human rights abuses as the very Paul kagame of Rwanda.Again what i noticed from the Three Rwandan gals is their natural black beauty unlike our gals overhere who are not proud of their color and use bleaching creams to gain fairer complexion. Someone told me yesterday that the girl has died and the boyfriend is going to court...the person even told me that the girl is living at oke-ijemo and her parents too. And the said police station is oke-itoku police station

How true is that since the case is very controversial and the girl died the police also were also to relate the current situation through a press release that she had died. If really the girl is dead that means it is an advanced rabies case as speculated which has permuted the brain and the end result is death.But most people would perceive that she was spiritually and diabolitically used. it would be interesting though how that would be proven in a court of law.

I had wanted to find out if any nairalander has gotten any information on how the case of the barking girl in Ogun was concluded.As it seems the very controversial issue that hit the internet last week is gradually fading away with current events without giving Nigerians an insight on the resolution of the very bizarre case of a young girl who was the police claimed was diabolical and spiritually used by her boyfriend.Which lead to her abnormal behaviour of her barking nonstop like a dog from a video clip from a police cell.The source of major information on the issue which virtually all news media stories came from was from a statement on the issue bythe Ogun state PRO DSP Abimbola Ogunyemi and it did not give precise information on were the incident actual happened except that the boyfriend was arrested his name was help for security reasons,the name of the girl also.But focus was on how the clip of the girl recorded in a police cell was uploaded on social media. it was said that the parents were contacted and the girl taken to hospital with the help of the police and had regained consciousness. the said hospital she was taken to was undisclosed. Is it that the girl has stopped barking like a dog and had regained her sanity and what actually caused her in the first place to be barking like a dog for real and behaving abnormally. then the boyfriend that was arrested what was his actual involvement in the said spiritual and diabolical use of the girl. has he been released from police custody or he is to be charged to court for use of juju on the girl.

the symptom of rabies is violence,abnormal behavior,aggressiveness,fronting from the mouth,hallucinations and of course yapping like a dog. rabies virus doesnt weaken muscle you do a spot check. it takes a couple of time before the symptoms manifest that it is the problem. On the surface she is exibiting that i watched 3 different videos of the very girl. i am not ruling out a form of attack.We all are waiting for another statement from the police on the health status of the girl as that would determine the allegation on her boyfriend. I just pray she doesnt die because if it is an advanced case of rabies that is the end result. and it would be said she was really used.

Kai, I suspect she has been biten or scratched and infected with rabies, could be from an infected dog, bat etc.
The symptoms is violence, frothing at the mouth, barking.
Unfortunately at her stage, it is a lost cause as the person must die.
If she noticed on time and took anti rabies vaccine 1st dose within 24hs and subsequent other dozes she would have been fine.
As usuall our people will see spiritual, ritual intonation.

exactly that is an advanced stage of rabies with said symptoms from the video clip watched .she was probably beaten or stretched by a dog much earlier infected with the rabies virus and took it unserious . I just hope at the stage it she is can be redeemed as it is advanced.

yes i saw that particular video. but in the other video i saw she was later competely naked without shorts. how she took them off is a total mystery as she was handcuffed to the cell with one hand. it is really really unfourtunate.

its like you did not see the full video , i watched the one when she was stripped totally naked in the cell and yapping non stop like a dog ,it was really really traumatic and disturbing and dont even wish such for my worst enemy. only the devil knows what happened there if i did not watch it and was told i would have doubted. like i said both the girl and the boy should be publicly interview to give NIGERIANS insight on what really transpired. that video is far disturbing than even the beheading of the army couple.

For this is not the first time we have been hearing about related cases whereby we hear that a girl would turn mad after being dropped by men in a benz or range rover or sort. I watched a few seconds clip of a viral video of the said girl allegedly to have been used for rituals by a yahoo boy and started barking like a dog. I was perplexed as the events unfolding was real and very disturbing to the eye.and wondered on the circumstances to the issue.Which most news media virtually all focused on a statement by

The said event which i was concerned was that the girl indeed was yapping like a dog she seemed unbalanced from the video clip i saw she was in a police cell clothed in a white t shirt and all of a sudden unclothed herself and was yapping like a dog. it was a scene that was really really embarrassing to the eye. she was sort of lured to the gate of the cell and handcuffed. that was were the video ended .the online news magazine cited that that paticular video was even the most situable for viewing.

From a basic angle her said behavior is seemly a manifestation of rabies on a good day or substance abuse like wise and believed that she should have been given medical attention instead of being locked in a cell.

However going further i was relieved with further developments.

“Immediately she was brought to the station, her parents were contacted and she was taken to the hospital for medical attention with the help of the police, while the alleged ‘yahoo boy’ was immediately arrested for interrogation,” Oyeyemi said.According to him, the lady had since regained her consciousness while the Commissioner of Police, Lanre Bankole has ordered the transfer of the case to the state’s Criminal Investigation Department for investigation".
