[s]I am Igbo and I will say the truth: Nnamdi Azikiwe is one of the problems we have in Igbo land when it comes to national politics in Nigeria.

Azikiwe was a failure to Igbo people and that is why Igbos don't celebrate Azikiwe, but rather celebrate Ojukwu whom Yorubas think pushed Igbos to civil war.

Let me enlighten you all, Ojukwu saved Igbos from total annihilation from Nigeria by declaring to secede from Nigeria in 1966 prior to the northern pogrom against great Igbos living in the northern states.

Ojukwu restored our pride and if not for Britain, Biafra won Nigeria few months to the war, the civil war wouldn't have lasted up to 2 years if not for Britain, don't argue, ask your sincere elders or read Nigerian civil war history books written by foreign journalists or watch the war documentaries by foreign medias too.

So Azikiwe is a failure to Igbo tribe!

Igbo soldiers in the 1960s loved Awolowo more than Azikiwe.

Even though Yoruba media and history peddlers and Lagos Ibadan media liars won't let the younger Yoruba population to know the truth that what caused the first coup was massive corruption and tribal-religious leadership style of Tafawa Belewa (just like Buhari's bias leadership style) that pushed the young military chaps mostly from Southeastern Nigeria to stage a coup with the sole intention of removing Tafawa Belewa, silencing Akintola Williams and releasing Awolowo from Enugu jail and to make same Awolowo President whom the young Igbo soldiers believed was a better leader than Tafawa Belewa, Azikiwe and Akintola.

The same thing is happening now; majority of Igbos prefer Prof. Osinbajo to become Nigeria's President as they see Osinbajo as a better leader than tribalistic Buhari, and if this was in the 1960s, take it or leave it, Buhari would have been removed through military coup.

So Awolowo brought more development to his region than Azikiwe the failed nationalist!

In today's politics,

Buhari = Tafawa Belewa

Osinbajo = Awolowo

Rochas (hated by Igbos ) = Azikiwe

Tinubu = Akintola

Peter Obi (loved by Igbos) = Ojukwu

what u igbos don't understand is that the 23 names comprises of Muslim and Muslim names simply because Saudi will not allow u in pilgrimage if u bear a Christian name. u can only b granted such if u have proved beyond reasonable doubt that I are truly converted. so it's normal to see only Muslim names, am sure if they were to release list of Nigerian criminals in different countries of the world where anybody can enter, am sure igbos will hide their face. only igbos in India prisons can vote out buhari conveniently not to talk of those in Malay, southy n other countries

In 2016, Amaechi requested for slight amendment to the budget to accommodate the Calabar - Lagos line, but the SE and SS Senators were having problems with Amaechi and wanted to sabotage him, hence they instigated Saraki to refuse.

Now, the Calabar Lagos rail mine was to serve the states in the SE and SS was removed by Saraki.

While majority of Nigerians killed in South African were from South Eastern part of Nigeria, over 100 were maimed in 2019 alone.

FBI raid could give more confidence to South Africans who derived pleasure in targeting Nigerian immigrants that they are on the right direction.

Should Nigeria government issue travel alert or evacuate willing Nigerians who are ready to quit the country for their own safety?

Below are identities of some victims of South Africa xenophobic attack:



April 5 2019: Goziem Akpenyi was stabbed to death at Bellville Stadium parking lot in Cape Town at about 1 pm. He was stabbed by three unidentified coloured South African men after an argument and died on the spot.


April 6 2019: Mr Bonny Iwuoha, 48, from Ihitte/Uboma in Imo State, was also stabbed to death at about 11:45 pm in Johannesburg.
It was gathered that he was trailed from 152 Hay Street Turffontein, and thereafter, stabbed and killed him in front of his gate at Turf Road, Turffontein.


April 27 2019: 34-year-old Nigerian, Samuel Nkennaya, was killed by some South Africans. His attackers claimed to have thought he kidnapped a six-year-old girl he was holding. Nkennaya was mobbed together with his friend Chinonso Nwudo when they came out of a supermarket. Nkennaya died at the scene of the mob while Nwudo was left in critical condition.


April 28 2019: Ebuka Udugbo was allegedly killed by South African Police.
Udugbo was said to have had a quarrel with his girlfriend on the morning of April 28. His girlfriend reportedly called the police after he had left the house but the police went after him and arrested him.



May 3 2019: Okechukwu Henry from Nigeria’s Imo State was stabbed to death by unidentified robbers in Mpumalanga.


June 13 2019: Obianuju Ndubuisi-Chukwu, a Nigerian insurance chief, was killed in her hotel room.


June 14 2019: Maxwell Ikechukwu Okoye was reportedly killed by South African police officers at about 01:00 hours on Friday, June 14.


July 20 2019: The latest of the killings of Nigerians in South Africa was the death of a 17-year-old Chinonso Obiaju who was killed in Johannesburg.


Badmus Olalekan from Lagos State was killed by officers of the South African police. His death led to the arrest and arraignment of eight policemen in Vanderbijlpark, near Johannesburg. The case is currently at the High Court in Johannesburg and will be concluded in October 2019 going by the conclusions of the last court sitting.
