Lol... Anyways, it appears u r good in written Igbo.. I kind a feel sorry for using derogatory words at u... Just that I hate it when I see some "Efulefu" Igbos demeaning our language by adding such inconsequential suffixes to Igbo words.. Udo! |

potent5: You keep going back to the Iseh that I wrote as if I told you it was Igbo version of the word that I wrote. In your idiotic ignorance you think only Igbos use the word ise or Iseh. Besides, I reserve the right to write it any way I see fit just as I can spell any other words be they English, Igbo, Latin, etc. in this informal forum just as everyone else is doing.
All you have to do is to stop magnifying how stupid you are.
If you can actually write Igbo you won't be writing each word separately. Anyone can write like that.
Even the Igbo you are writing is what is called 'Igbo kaki", that's if you know Igbo Language enough. Gaa mụta ezi asụsụ Igbo.
Those who studied and know Igbo would write differently and punctuate appropriately. For example, "Lekwe ndi ma otu esi ede Igbo. Mana ha na etinye" can and should be written like this:
"Lekwe ndi m'otu esi ede Igbo. Mana ha n'etinye..."
Now onye nznzu, zuzuout, will you? Nke a buzi ihe umuaka ka I na emezi... Ur flimsy excuse doesn't exonerate u from the blunder u committed in d name of trying to sound English.. It is the same foolish folks like u that spell Okafo as Okafor, Ofo as Offor, Eze as Ezeh and still come out to justify their 'Slave mentality' with stupid excuses.. I have made my point..take it or leave it.. I see u want to respond last and have the disillusionment and relief that u won..lol..I will afford u that " childish feeling" after this... A tuora omara, o mara. A tuora ofeke, o tinye isi n'ohia...ngwa lekwa ohia tinye isi..Efulefu. . |

Bluezy13: You see... I bu efulefu! You weren't using your head while reading my initial post. I said that [b]Ibo is the "formal" recognition of the tribe. While Igbo is the "language" recognition of the tribe Ndi amala si na dibia adighi agbara dibia ibe ya afa. O bu ihe nwute na ibughi dibia, mana i na-acho igbara mu (bu dibia) afa. N'eziokwu I nwere F9 n'asusu bekee. By formal, I was referring to the English recognition of the tribe as a function of general academic requirement. And accordingly, Igbo is normally used when referring to the language. I doubt you'll understand this explanation maka na mmiri aki juru n'isi gi.
By the way, N'Isiokwu Asusu Igbo Elementri 5; A si na [b]"Igbo bu asusu ndi Igbo"

That I know...But the bone of contention is not the word official... It is u saying that Ibo is for Tribe and Igbo is for Language according to ur slave masters which u have shamelessly accepted and adopted.. From ur statement, it can be deduced that because the English refer to u as Ibo, it is official and accepted by only "u" and u r now shamelessly using it instead of u correcting it. U r wallowing in ignorance...better still stupidity.. If foreigners address u as Ibo, r u not in d position to correct them...but u have accepted in good faith and even have the audacity to use it ursef...otu onye si deme onwe ya, ka esi ewe ya.. Bottom line... What matters is who u see ursef as and not what others see u as... A bu m onye Igbo...a bughi m onye "Ibo" Onye obodo ozo kpo m "Ibo", m ga atuziri ya na o bughi " Ibo" kama na o bu Igbo...( ma o bu asusu o, ma o bu ndi o...Igbo bu Igbo) You have been schooled. |

Bluezy13: Oh C'mon!!!
You had to go through this stress just to prove to me that you are not ashamed of yourself for being ignorant of your tribe.
If indeed you had an A1 in Igbo language, then sincerely you cheated. Igbo turu ilu si na mgberede ka eji a mara dike. If you didn't cheat your way to A1, you wouldn't have embarrassed yourself the way you just did.
Since you harbour such indignation against the so called slave Masters, why are you typing in English language of the "slave Masters" I bu ezigbo onye nzuzu!!! Anuohia!!! Bluezy13: Ibo is a formal recognition of the tribe. Example: An Ibo man. Igbo is the language recognition of the tribe. Example: An Igbo language.
You should be ashamed of yourself for being ignorant of your origin. Lol...u must have been taught by a quack Igbo Teacher... Ibo is used by deluded people like u to please ur slave masters seeing that they might run into difficulty pronouncing the consonant GB... I would rather teach a foreigner how to pronounce it than changing it to sooth him/her thereby undermining the originality of my language... The same reason some fellas like u would spell Okafo as Okafor, ofo as offor, uzo as uzor and would still come out to foolishly defend it. Before u say anything further, I would like to let u know that had A1 in Igbo language and I am proud to flaunt it anywhere. Let me teach what ur Igbo teacher didnt do....We say : A bu m onye Igbo ma na-asu kwa asusu Igbo ofuma. O bughi : a bu m onye "Ibo".....iti |
