Yeah, I'm sure it won't even take long as we've seen in this girl's case

But this sounds somehow ridiculous! How would the consulate hold on ones documents in delaying visa for long while putting the candidate on tension of waiting?. It would have been better the consulate sends a rejection call/mail to the candidiate to know his/her date.

Because i dont understand while the documents were not sent to the alien office AS well not sent a mail to the candidate regarding the status of his/her visa. Nawa ooo

I just want to thank God for the success of today's Interview. THE entire processing from THE checking point of God of ABA kingdom- kng Paulinus TO THE Interview with the V.O2 were indeed great. Although, during THE Interview THE woman(VO) was saying we always cram our ANSWERS for the questions which i felt Bad about it.

Also, to the glory of God My fintiba confirmation came in around 5:15a.m while i was on the queue then I just had to take excuse from THE security man and went straight TO maami TO print out My confirmation. All went well.

THE questions asked by the VO2( THE woman with dread lock).

1. What is your Name?
2. Have you funded? How much and with which Bank?
3. Can you define your undergraduate field on your certificate (whats it about)?
4. What Programm did you apply for?
5.what course?
6. What is the Name of your university?
7. Who is your contact Person TO THE school( I got confused with that which i eventually got)
8. Why Germany?
9. Why not U.k , Canada?
10. Tell me facts about Germany
11. Where is your school located
12. Whats THE capital of baden Württemberg?
13. Whats THE capital of Bayern?
14. Tell me the European countries sharing borders with Germany starting from THE North.?
15. Have travelled TO germany or any Schengen countries before?
16. Are u married or single?
17. What are germans Export products they transport? I only remembered BMW embarassed
18. What is your plan after your studies in Germany
19. Do you intend TO work in Germany?

Thanks for today....have a wonderful day.

Williamso:

Maybe you didn't get my reply to the post, so I'll rephrase: is there any school that gives the candidate the choice of applying through uni-assist or directly to the same study program?

@williams... Is like you are the one complicating that simple question and the adequate answer for yourself. Any application you want to make, must duly follow the Instruktion. When you check the school Website and the school ask you to apply tru Uni.assist then follow the intruction or the school instructs you to apply directly to them tru sending YOUR docs by Courier you do so.

Applying tru uni.assist doesnt mean they have access to all German Universities. The have some list of universities they Partner with.

So decide and follow d right way

I learnt AOK start the day of your enrolment , what if I want to be in Germany before enrolment for instance my enrolment deadline is April 1 and I want to be in Germany March 5

Thanks trojrobert. For your comment.

Like in My own case i will be resuming to school by April because My visa Appointment is 08.03 and My school opens 18.03 and enrollment deadline is 19.04.2018. Although my school has extended My enrollment deadline to ending of April in case any visa processing.

With this, its evident that i am resuming to the school April not March again because of visa processing and so on.

Thanks

YES!

If so, where? "NIGERIA".
Except u also have permanent residence in any other country (dual citizenship), then you can decide on which to use.

Is it YES OR NO?

Happy saturday to you all.

AS i do hear from people that it is advisable one says NO if one is being asked of a relative in Germany?

I am confused with this response in My own case, where My admission letter carries THE address of My distance relative in Germany because he helped to process My uni.assist application and also received some docs from University on My behalf.

THE question is what will be My response if they ASK me - Do i have a relative in Germany?

Please i need your response. Thanks

honourableseyi:

If you are planning on using AOK in Germany, it is better to register for it from Nigeria and use same to obtain your visa. The downside of AOK which I want to point out is, if your school enrolment starts March, but resume late due to one delay or the other, AOK will start charging from when your enrolment starts and not when you enter Germany. If you enter 3 months late, they will take the monthly fee for the whole 3 months that you are still in Nigeria; though they can be flexible with the payment. Shalom

Honourableseyi....... You are perfectly right and am happy with that short and meanimgful response.

Sir, can i also prrsent the one i will usw to obtain visa during THE Interview or until they ASK for it. THE reason for that question is becos i have gotten THE letter of certification from AOK already.

Thanks.

Hello people.

Please, i have Name issue on My vaccination card instead of Taiwo they wrote TAYE. The Name doesnt correspond. should i take it along with me to the embassy COS i dont have any biographically old docs.

What should i do?

dobeespen:
Don't fret. It's not a minimum of 6 weeks. Most people get their visa in the 4th week. Plus the embassy would realize you have to meet up with the enrolment deadline and try to get you your visa before that time. April 16th looks feasible for you to meet up with if your interview is on the 16th of March. Good luck!

Please, can you try and rewrite to them. Make sure your content is logical and excusable to them.

Hey man,
Please what health insurance did you use? I've got DAK health insurance from fintiba is that sufficient ?

Did your school recommend any health insurance for you? If not, DAK and AOK is better. But i think your Health insurance still covers Travel insurance.

What is the Name of the school in Stuttgart your Friend got free tuition fee?please, mention.

ayomeah:

Sir, i think you should get your own facts right too.
Stuttgart is not a state, to start with. Baden-wuttenberg is the only state i know that has implemented the fees ish for international students and Stuttgart is in baden-wuttenberg, so obviously schools there will be affected. Even at that, some schools in baden-wuttenberg still give exemptions to 3rd world countries. I know of someone in Stuttgart who got a fee exemption because he's from Nigeria which is a third world country. And the fee paying policy wasn't implemented in 2015 but in winter semester 2017.
I would really appreciate if you can mention the other 5states in germany that requires international students to pay fees.
So yes, i wouldnt mention any percentage, but most of german schools are free. In the tuition free schools, some professional courses like mba and mph are fee paying which i think is understandable.

In Addition to what dammymayor said, where did you get the statistics of 97% tuition free Universitäten in Germany? That is 100% wrong!. AS i am talking to you More than 6states in germany are now atleast tuition fee of 1,500€ per Semester.
However, some other state are still considering implementing tuition fee AS neighbouring state do. So, dont be surprise by next year, you hear the 90% of Universitäten in Germany collect tuition fee of 1,500€. for example, schools(public schools) in Stuttgart were free except administrative fee in early 2015, but now Stuttgart has implemented a policy of tuition fee of 1500€ for all internationale students except some exceptional students.
So multiply 1500€ by 2(2nd Semester)= 3000€per annum. This means you pay 6,000€ for the whole Programm(in case of Masters Programm).

NB: No one can predict what German Government will come up with next year. All what we need to know is to do the right thing and the right time if you are capable of. Thanks

dammymayor:
Please I don’t understand something. Why and how is studying in a fee paying school a waste of money? How is 97% of schools free in Germany too? Somebody please help me out. Where is statistic coming from?
Even if 99% of schools are free in Germany, don’t you know how competitive it is to get it. You think it’s everybody that made first class or good 2:1. I’ve been doing this Germany thing at least since 2013. Everyday I see it get harder and harder to get in. Even the private schools people are insulting here most have stopped taking anything less than 2.5. Manu people I know in Germany that are working now and are getting papers now came in through private school. I can’t even count. Private school is faster and more convenient. I’ve been helping people get in now for 3 years. Nobody I helped get in to a private school that is not doing one thing or the other now. Nobody is back in Nigeria. I repeat NOBODY. If you don’t believe contact me by mail. Let me show you live examples. Let me just advise o. Me I don’t know much but what I know I can share. If you’re here and your GP is is 2.6-2.7 on German scale don’t bother with public school. Just conserve your money. Unless you’re applying to a school that can take work experience and substitute it to improve your GP. It’s not a matter of prayer. They can’t take you. So just look for fee paying course that may have mercy on you and accept you. And finally don’t assume everybody is in The same boat as you. I’ve seen Nigerians in Germany that are in private schools that’s pay 22k euros per annum. Comfortably. I’ve seen a Nigerian study MSc finance in Frankfurt. His fees was 36k euros. Nigerians have money. The sooner you believe the less you stress yourself. Also I went to a fee paying school in Stuttgart in 2015 and I want to believe I’m doing well for myself. I agree that majority go the Germany becos of cheap costs but the assumption that everybody goes to Germany becos of cost is a big deceit. Don’t be fooled. Like I said all fingers are not equal. If you’re here and it’s fee paying school you see and you can afford it, better you enter Germany quick. It won’t be like this forever.
