gbemonology1: Hi guys, is it compulsory to stork-in when going for interview? I will be going for my interview next week and would like to know if its compulsory to stork-in to the venue. Most times l feel comfortable when my shirt is stork-out. Would like to know the gurus view about this...tnx

In my own opinion, I think your shirt is better tucked in. Makes You look smart and kinda more presentable.

I'd advise You keep it tucked in even though it makes You feel uncomfortable like You said. At least You'll be free to even fly your collar once You are out of the embassy and holding the pick up slip.

Remember, anything worth doing at all is worth doing well.

Don't worry, every known problem has a ready made solution. Contact the bank and explain your plight.

abbey121: paying for the visa fee you provide your details as stated on your passport . what I'm simply asking is if someone else could have used my receipt number to boo their own interview . is that a possibility that is the question i am asking those who have an in depth knowledge about this

It's not possible since passport information are not the same.

You might have to contact the bank where you paid the application fee, i remember seeing a situation like this on the thread not sure if it's part 2 or part 3. I think the guy had to contact the bank.

I think the first question you should ask yourself is 'whose or what information did you provide at the bank when paying for the visa application'.

Yes you can, but it can only be done using a Visa card.

However, most test takers in Nigeria registers through an agent or someone in the US.

marshaldollz: they don't give undergraduates that much and I think there's a specific amount of visas they give to each...only masters and Phd...Abuja has a higher no of undergraduate visas

bigfrancis21: Hahaha. I love bus rides especially Peace Mass Transit here in Nigeria. Their drivers speed like hell, making you feel you're on a flight. Before you know what's happening you've arrived at your destination.

Kai, Allah sauki... I have seen too many accidents where Peace Mass Transit buses were involved on my numerous journey to Jos. I remember a particular one on the Lokoja bridge that made me cry for close to 30 mins because the bus had to be axed to remove the occupants(all dead). It was a gory sight.

I'm trying to book my flight early enough. I made some searches online and I discovered that Emirates airline offers the cheapest flight cost from Lagos to Maryland (Baltimore). I discovered that the cost for a quick travel (any time close from the next few days to the next few weeks) is around $1322 or N210,000 and booking very early (1-2 months before intended travel time) goes for as cheap as $856(135,248)!
