and the funny thing is that US has export versions of all their weapons systems, and the export versions are always striped-down versions of the ones used by the US. Also, they can choose not to sell upgrades, weapons or spare parts to the buyers of their weapons at their sole discretion. Can you immediately see the contradiction between (1) and (2)/(3)?
