Oh a lot of adjustments: 1. I now cook with coal, I bought a coal pot for N12500 last month, and it has been a real cost saver. I consume N400 coal per week. 2. My family have a small garden where we plant corn, pepper, , tomato, yam. I can't remember when last I bought ball pepper. . APC administration taught me serious money management skills.

Mstravelindiva please can we converse on a dead thread here on Nairaland? Mstravelindiva:The above comment of yours prompted me requesting that we converse, GREM almost completed. |
lightnlife I disagree with your statement, when has Nigeria ever had 40 degree Celsius heat? I don't think that has happened recently or ever, so Nigeria weather is better than the heatwave in United Kingdom. lightnlife:I understand you better now. Firefyta:I am sorry to say this, but this is very hard to believe. Can I see the weather forecast of that period in time. |
Could this the next big travel thread after DanielHouston's? naijamanyoutube please keep it going, I am following steady steady. I can actually believe stories here, due to the fact that you know fellow nairalanders in diaspora. Fahdiga:Yes you can say that again. I like to call his thread "The Definitive Guide to Travelling to Germany" |
justwise Whitehorse charlyeke yomz1e yamakuza despam quest55 Isuata Please do you know how someone can get a Cyber Forensic job in Nigeria with a security service or agency(private or public) ? This person is soon to complete a SANS course on Windows Forensic. If you have any information or pointers, I'll appreciate. I am asking for a friend. |
Official language of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay is Spanish. If you understand Spanish you can live in majority of South American countries. I am beginning to love South America. Damscodammy1:How old is your stupidity? Damscodammy1:Thanks for the advise, I will face my side because it isn't worth arguing with a low IQ person like you. Look at your written English, how broken it is. walkbrazil4k I am not really a novice in Geography, I had always known that the official language of Brazil is Portuguese , infact understanding Spanish will make understanding Portuguese relatively easy, since they are both Romance language . walkbrazil4k:walkbrazil4k I totally agree at the bolded. I remember while learning Spanish - I used a Paul Noble booklet, and a Spanish dictionary - it was relatively easy. Although, now I am rusty with Spanish, but I understand the basics, like converting English words to Spanish, basic greetings etc. |
saintkeppy:. You Gerrit. walkbrazil4k:. Nice nice, waiting patiently for this. |
airsaylongcome thanks for the info. Modified my post already. |
iLegendd, chukwuebuka65 and Melaye were you guys successful with the construction of the no-fuel generator? Please urgent replies are needed so as to know the next line of action. |
These certs are quite expensive, so once you have funds try get them, it makes difference. In addition, as you are developing your hard(technical) skills also develop your soft skills because your soft skill is equally or more important than just hard skills. In 2022 sometimes soft skills is the difference between getting that job or not, soft skills is also the difference between someone earning Xdollars and another person earning Ydollars. Jobberman has a soft skill training, do your research on that. |
karlxavier I'll highly suggest Cyber Security or Full-Stack Web Development. Why? CyberSec has a really high job prospect, the stats shows a lot of unfilled positions. With cybersec skills you can relocate abroad and source for jobs, and if fortunate you can get a sponsored job. CyberSec has massive job opportunities and pays well. Fullstack Web Dev is also profitable too. If you go the CyberSec route, please try to get a SANS(GIAC) certification with the exception of Pentration Testing, for that OSCP it is. |
karlxavier since you are currently enrolled in a course on cybersecurity, and the end goal is to get a job in that field. I would recommend three European countries based on your aforementioned criteria, these are: i. Germany ii. Estonia iii. Finland Some Estonian universities offers a BSc degree in cybersecurity(please research on this). For jobs German and Finnish companies are very responsive. Wishing you goodluck. |
I wont recommend you watching YouTube videos, instead I will suggest FreeCodeCamp(https://freecodecamp.org). An entire sub-section is dedicated towards CSS Flexbox, CSS Grid and Animation. Learn the concept first before any video watching. In addition, the Mozilla Developer Network can come in handy, on your VSCode edition, once you write a rule, and you dont understand any property inside the rule, hover over it, you should see an MDN link where you can learn more. #cheers |
temitayo315:Cyber Security all the way √√. As a part maintainer of OpenSecurityTraining you can learn in-demand Cyber Security skills such as, x86-64 Assembly, OS Internals(Intel Architecture), Vulnerability Analysis, Firmware Analysis etc. Learn from industry professionals today, and what's more, it is FREE. https://p.ost2.fyi |
Kazzytman316:In addition to this, in the regedit key hive(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> MICROSOFT -> WINDOWS NT-> CURRENT VERSION -> Run and RunOnce), if you find suspicious .exe or script files, then it means your system is compromised. As someone mentioned earlier, check your data and time to ensure it displays correctly. Modified What version of Windows OS are you using? If Windows 7, then might be system conflict, if it is Windows 10, in addition to the aforementioned, if it doesn't work, just reinstall a new Windows or better yet install Ubuntu. |
I first of all worked for the money, but now it is for the passion. Reverse Engineering(and Malware Analysis) has been so interesting to me for a long time now, actively grinding in that space. . |
halaqasa:. I don talk am before and I go talk am again, Brazilian and Dominican ladies are the epitome of beauty. AnonymousLander you yourself said called it an uncertain future, now the question is, "Why do you want to put yourself in an uncertain condition?". Please continue with your job, learn as much as possible if possible your girlfriend can come to Nigeria to stay with you for a while or continuously depending on circumstances. Please stay back in Nigeria. |
First you didn't tell us which European country you are living in. I don't know the entire story, but Csh2022 I think you are part of those people that will be bragging that they have Xmillion naira and asking which country to relocate to. These type of people I laugh at their ignorance, you left Nigeria to an undisclosed European country without any plan; now the country ain't playing you well, and so you want to come back to Africa. Look I think it was good you experience this phase because you might have learned a lot, you see before relocating you must have proper plans, I personally know 4 people that have relocated from Nigeria, 3 got jobs 1 went for study, prior to them relocating they where planning like no tomorrow. You are a lesson to those people that will be shouting I have Xmillion where should I travel to? If you are not going abroad due to job and or study it is best to stay back in your country. Don't listen to people that are recommending Uganda, Ghana, Ivory coast etc, these countries are expensive then factor in language barrier and the restrictions for foreigners in their economy. Your best bet is Nigeria, but remember things ain't easy in the country, but we move. Modified: Csh2022 I didn't explicitly advice you to come to Nigeria, but I only told you that based on your aforementioned requirements your best bet is Nigeria, I still mentioned it that the current situation in the country is nothing to write home about. I gave you a suggestion, and I also told you what you need to know about Nigeria. The truth is Nigeria's official lingua Franca is English, and cost is relatively cheap compared to other neighboring countries in her geographic region. Once again I suggested Nigeria. I read your write up and I can deduce that you went to that European country thinking that you could get a job and enjoy good living, but you will remember that I mentioned previously that the best routes to travel out of Nigeria is through getting a sponsored or not sponsored job and through study. As an aside you can apply for skilled worker visa to some select European countries, that way the level of uncertainties will be drastically reduced. Anything apart from those are filled with a lot of uncertainties. Lemme ask, "What was your initial reason for travelling out in the first place?" If you get a job abroad or admission, you will have less uncertainties, even when things begins to look blink you will have a clear vision in your mind eye. |
Hamzasaid:Drop your contact, lemme hook up. |

, I use to think the same before but Brazilioans actually told me that it is not easy at all,but I think Spanish is easy to learn, but Portuguese is hard.
