Romance › Re: Reasons Why Girls Snub Guys - by olisaEze(m): 8:45pm On Jul 23, 2020
chatinent:
Come off it. Is 'Mhizz JennyBliks' a name? While I don't add or stalk anyone on social media or in reality, it is irrational for a girl to be incivil when she's asked her name. If you get angry or irritated when asked your name, it makes you look timid and aback in life (not a swag). If sb believed the name above was yours, they wouldn't ask. Stop feeling important. If you hate people, you should not have joined a 'social' media platform.

I don't do this. But you can always say 'no.' Most girls also ask guys out. I'm speaking out of experience and because I respect people's view, I didn't get irritated. I responded as to my interest.

Complaining and nagging for trivial issues is crazy. And a person trying to start a conversation means no harm. Inasmuch as I don't do most of these things, if you add me and I ask who you are and I sense a pompous respond, deleted you are if you are a girl. We must learn to be mature; it's not everything you feel fly because you think girls should. I am good looking, comfortable and cultured; I respect women. I also have many reality ladies who want to be my friends. I don't accept them doesn't mean they are cheap. How much more will I overlook a social media font who'll misunderstand a nice person as foolery!

I don't do that, it's not my business how you look. However, learn to be positive.

Rubbish. I don't do that, and guys/ladies who do should be blocked instantly, not laying complaint.

Loving an online figure is like driving blindly. About airtime, I let my no mean no. Reason? I don't demand anything from any female friends. I also appreciate everyone worked. I love self-respect.

Nobody cares. Well, I don't have time for this.

I don't do this. But be positive, it's no big deal if everyone should have a common sense.

I don't do this. Well, also moderate what you post.
.
Conclusion. Before you accept sb on social media, always verify it's sb you know or can handle. The 'pride' stuff online is really garbage. Not because some minors are flocking your inbox does it mean you are reaching celebdom. Remember that cheap things attract more customers. Also, dress properly and be MATURE. Let your words be seasoned with salt.
"Remember that cheap things attract more customers"

Which action came right back at him? That lazy youth are fighting e-war because of old politicians. Many of you will fight your biological father if he say anything negative about Tinubu.
"Many if you will fight ur biological father"?

It’s easy to know a vagrant that has been brought up without regard for his own father at home from the way he speaks of other people’s fathers in public.

What’s all dis drama about sef, asif d title get weight or importance? The babariga governor of Kano has already shown the world that even d emir’s stool kpa-kpa no get level!

As for d two clowns that chose to take their tantrum throwing to new levels by resigning, it would have made more sense if they had resigned because of the level of insecurity in the north, or because of the deplorable state of the IDPs, or because of banditry and how their Emirates are being desolated.... not because a talkative was given a small title just to shut him up, Dummies! undecided

Politics › Re: Private City Development Model Is “the Best Way Forward For Igboland” by olisaEze(m): 5:18pm On Jul 22, 2020
horsepower102:
The state government can create a land banking system. This is a system where the state government negotiates directly with communities to sell their non-agricultural hectares of land to the government. That way, investors wont have any problem finding the lands to build their modern cities.

Then the community will also participate in the profit sharing of the investment after it matures. The community will get 5% equity while the state get 10% equity then the investors get the remaining 85%. This profit sharing will be in perpetuity and the community will appoint their own board to manage the funds and invest it back into the community.

As for energy generation, private individuals are allowed to produce upto 2MW of electricity without connecting it to the national grid. i think its called embedded power.
Thanks for clearing that up. You too much!
Politics › Re: Private City Development Model Is “the Best Way Forward For Igboland” by olisaEze(m): 5:03pm On Jul 22, 2020
I haven’t seen this sort of thread in NL in a very lonnnnnnnnng while, and I have to first give kudos to the Op for beautifully presenting his idea in a well thought out way. A P/P partnership would definitely go a long way in changing the face of the SE if a well defined system of accountability is matched with unity of purpose across state lines.

However, what parameters will be used to determine where these modern cities will be sited as the Land Use Act of Nigeria does not expressly domicile majority of state lands within the jurisdiction of state governors in totality? Much as the energy generation/transmission is entirely within the purview of the Federal Executive.

Let’s kick this idea around and see how we can begin lobbying for something like this, Op over to you. @mrvitalis, make we hear from you too grin

Op Dangote is regarded by Forbes as the richest man in Africa because he resides in Africa. His business roots stem from Africa and is headquartered in Africa. Elon Musk on the other hand doesn’t reside in Africa, his business origins are not in Africa and his wealth is not from Africa. QED!

Very correct... that was a time of optimism for Nigerians... we could see things getting better (notwithstanding the massive stealing), but the GDP growth and the mood of the country was undeniably positive. These foundations are there to further US interest, period. I support any country furthering it's own agenda. The onus is on us to further our own.

We're such mumus on the world stage it's amusing. I can't understand why anyone would think the US will "help us" just for the sake of being nice, or would genuinely further unbiased journalism. Remember these shows: "Ogas at the Top? They were creating episodes until right after the elections... which was curious enough... it felt like a funny, indirect, political smear campaign against GEJ. https://www.youtube.com/c/OgasAtTheTop/videos

Nevertheless I enjoyed the satire about the GEJ administration, but I stopped laughing when I read the credits and found they were sponsored by the Ford Foundation. A light clicked: we're playing with a crafty world power, well armed with a carrot and a stick. Guess what organization connects BuniTV, Sahara Reporters, Buhari, Osinbajo, Sowore, and Tolu Ogunlesi? I'll leave that as an exercise to the reader.
