Why are people like this? I'm not surprised anyway, some people are just born haters. Why don't u go n check upgrades he's done in hospitals, maybe u shld ask. Have u seen the upgrade in lasema and lagos ambulance service he's done. Traffic congestion is an issue in Lagos and he's trying to make it better. Anyways, Many of this haters are not in Lagos, so they can't understand the traffic situation on the roads. I SMH.

There's absolutely nothing meaningful that ambode is doing in that Lagos. He doesn't even know the difference between needs and wants. Its a pity lagosians will easily fall for all these mumu flyovers snd terminal he's showing off up and down. How will getting rid of danfo and replacing them with another danfo take Lagos away from the stagnant position it has been all these years? There are one thousand and one things he can do with the state budget.

I'm surprise you are saying this, maybe u shld spell out those one thousand and one thing he should have done instead. Infact, just say 10. We are listening.

How is it an election tactics? Who doesn't know that June 12 played a vital role in having a democratic govt today. The evidence of this is realistic from North to South, West to East, everybody wanted MKO Abiola, let me say, the majority wanted MKO Abiola from all over the nation regardless of the tribe and region. Having June 12 as a democracy is a feat long over due. It is not an achievement for this govt but an achievement to the entire Nigerians so don't politicize it.

If CBN is looking for a face of MMM, they r just wasting their time because MMM is a platform where people offer help to one another and no one has cried foul. MMM lives on! Dear Avengers, you have really said a lot about what the govt has done to you and I really feel your pain and agitation but you can't outrightly claim govt has done nothing good for the region.

Govt has not only failed in its responsibility towards the region but so many of your individuals too have let you down greatly.

You claimed to have avoided lost of innocent lives but do you have an idea of the effect of your action on the Chevron facilit? When the economy of a nation is crippled by 50% as you said, who will feel the heat most, isn't the innocent lives? When the price of commodities go high in the MKT, who feels the heat, isn't the innocent lives?

In my view, this fight is not for the Niger Deltans But to destroy the nation. If you must fight, I advice you fight justly and avoid actions that can jeopardize the lives of the innocent you pledged you fighting for.

God bless Niger Delta.
God bless Nigeria.

kYjelly2:
Most Nigerians are just too daft as evident in the amount of support given on this thread.

No wonder the country is turrrible, cus the inhabitants will support any and everything as long as it comes from their tribe, out of spite, or an acute state of deftness.

See people saying, "brilliant", "good job fash", blah blah blah. If ones eyes were closed, one would think that on opening them, their eyes wouldn't be able to set gaze on such immense transformation.

Nooooo, this fvcking Nigerians don't have light, queue for fuel for days (often sleeping there to be first in line)... but just speak some grammar to them and they forget that actions speak louder than words.

They forget that being able to drive in to get Petri during your lunch break is sweeter than voices of opera singers.

They forget that being able to come home from work and switch on your air condioner is sweeter than a ballad from a top artist.

They forget, always, always forget.

I just won't to curse you all, but instead, I pray that God gives you and me too, the courage to speak up, to shame these leaders, to not be taken for granted.

Save your accolades when there is nothing to reward but mere words.

Romance / Re: Why I Will Never Marry A Man That Has Slept With Several Women. by oludarebagbile: 11:03am On Apr 01, 2016
Stupedinluv:
At 20, i have come to realise the joy and fulfilment in living life to the fullest. Coming from a noble home, i was not raised to be a man's stooge not to talk of an animal's. My worth was defined from the day i stepped into earth and has been shapened overtime. I was taught the right and the wrong. And that moral laws condone no breaker. If a woman must be condemned and despised for a crime, a man must by all means face the same. I believed this and i knew before God and men it was the truth. I didnt just believe, it became real to me and has influenced my judgement.

However, the society has flung half of this truth and has held on to a part because of how drunk in power it has become and the advantage this fist had fetched it.

We are aware now of this evil conditioning that a woman who sleeps around is a slut and should be desired less but a man who does same a stud and should be the craving of every woman. Many men have quietly nodded in agreement and a few mouthy ones have not failed to vocalise their agreement. And women? So many to the shame of dignity and womanhood have sang along with the men. And you wonder which would sacrifice her pride to make a stud!?

Because to make more studs we need more sluts. Can any of you women come out and offer yourself to a man who would dump you for another. If you cannot hold your peace and stupidity!

A stud is a man who is sexually attractive to so many women. So they say! but i see a stud as an animal who is unable to control its sexual desires, hates monogamous relationships and (therefore) deserves to be judged and condemned.

Women who say they are attracted to studs and hate inexperienced men need not only their heads examined but their consciences and should not take offence when they are called sluts. Cos only a slut or zombie would reason this way.

A stud has nothing tangible to offer except to toy with my emotion, cause me heart breaks and render me unproductive.

For every stud out there there are ten whores rendering my gender useless and subjecting me to prove myself as a woman of pride and esteem all the time. Nothanks.

AreaFada2:
The problem with Africa fora is that matters always take a religious dimension.

Easy to see why we have poor hospitals, poor schools, poor roads, no light, no fuel BUT sparkling mega churches & mega mosques. 10 churches per street, yet no pharmacy or dentist on that street.

After worshiping in these places and forming holy holy, people return to workplace on Monday and continue bribery, looting, corruption, yahoo-yahoo, prostitution, even kidnapping & armed robbery.

What has this got to do with matter at hand?
Simple. Over religiosity prevents us from finding practical & scientific solutions to issues, let us abdicate our duties & ultimately shifting all to GOD to handle.

Did China, Japan, Germany and others succeed with this our approach?
This countries you mentioned also believe in spirituality and they don't joke with it. Just that what we believe in differs. There are some issues that are more rooted in spirituality than physical and some of these issues are masturbation and fornication. Both of them have spiritual effect. That's the truth.

Abeg, I will like to know the kind if online business you do that fetches you 40 to 50k monthly. Pls help your brother.
winkmart:
Hello,

Am Kelvin, am based in Abeokuta, Ogun state where I work with a Firm that pays me N50,000 monthly after tax and pension. I try as much as possible to engage in other online businesses that do not affect my office work and i make close to N50,000 monthly as well. Though this varies.

I notice that most times, I am only able to save 40-50K monthly despite being in a low cost City like Abeokuta. But at least i save often.

Am close to 30 and contemplating marriage and I dont know if my income will be enough to sustain myself, wife and maybe kids as they come in. Or it will be advisable to leave the job and seek a better/high paying job

I will like to get your candid opinions
