Hello people, please I need the advice of those in Canny. Am leaving in a few days, trying to arrange a phone plan through my school's international students association. Which should I choose-TELUS, KIDO OR KOODO. Anticipating ur response.

hello people, waohhh, the thread has moved so fast since I checked o...appears all flights are booked for August to Canny ,I was only to book a KLM flight for September 6. Infact I would be missing the orientation for grad students for Sept 3rd,though my school already mailed that international students have a grace period till Sept 20 so I am covered. Please guys, what are the questions asked at the port of entry. Thanks

To answer ur questions:
1) I filled a separate form for trv for him although I indicated on my study permit application I ws travellin wit a dependent.We submitted at d same time.

2)He is 2yrs old so apart frm physical exams, no blood or urine sample ws taken during his medicals.

3) Although I have a fully funded scholarship,my hubby ws our sponsor and had a 4Million statement in support.

4)I submitted his birht cert, pictures with us, immunization card,dats all.

My good people....I received an email from CDHC ds evening dat my study permit has been approved.0ur status(my son and I) has also changed on the VFS portal......God is great!!!Did medicals on the 15th of July...lookin forward to hearing more of this wonderful news from the awaitees.

I just got an email notification informing me that i had a message in mycic account. I've been asked to bring my passport to CDHC "to finalize processing of my application". I did medicals on July 11th and my results were sent to the embassy on the 25th. God is faithful!

Congrats..please how did u know ur results were forwarded to CDHC. Were u notified?

Well, I think the daycare over there is on the high side o...I have had to arrange one for my son and its 660 dollars a month(33 or so per day) and we had to pay a deposit of 50dollars to secure his place cos I hear the classes have a particular maximum which they must not exceed. Most of the daycare centres I spoke with over the phone were already fully booked for September except this one that was willing to take him.

In regards my tuition which was the whole wahal.... For real i hand not even gotten the payment receipt from my uncle before TRV mail came in yesterday ooo... Allah shows His greatness every time... Na thicket things o... Thinking of KLM... Any better choice please?

Also I chose that hosp because the other one in V.I (ASAJU) has been fully booked till next week Wednesday. I dont know of any other place. Thanks all THE SAME

My little advice- I think u shd wait for VFS cos for all you know there may be further instructions from CDHC.My experience with VFS has however taught me they could be a litle lax in their updating of tracking info. In my own case, my status changed on their site, but they forgot my med instructions envelope at CDHC as such my meds was delayed for a further period of two days.

I suggest you do not wait for your status to change, just go and meet them to get a definite answer and if the officers at the counter are evasive, please demand to speak to one of their indian ogas.

Please can anyone advice on whether to go with Lufthansa or KLM.I just found out Lufthansa charges way low than KLM , but with the news of the Lufthansa airline that had to make a return to Lagos some days ago as a result of smoke in the cockpit, fear just dey catch me

Lo and behold, it was my medical call. God has really surprised me cos i applied June 8 online.

i_am_saheed: Congrats sist, may God grant u guys ur TRV (amen)...well all u need do is go to the vfs office, present the printed PDF forms and ur collection slip to them...an envelope should be waiting for you enclosed with ur passport and any other instruction.......i believe you know the hospital to use...you would need 5 passport photo and 5 photocopy of ur medical pdf form....shikenna!!! All d best....

My wonderful people...GOD has done it , I am speechless..just got my medical instructions. Submitted April 17th. I have been so careful not to disclose here that I submitted for a study permit along with a TRV for dependant my two year old son. We have both been issued medical instructions...my husband is our sponsor though I also have a full research funding for my LLM..God is great.I wish you all would also have awesome testimonies soon IJN.

similoluwa123: I picked up my passport this morning. I make sure I got home before I open it because anything could happen. Guess what? Visitor visa stamp for 4 months. The only problem is that I must travel latest on Sunday June 2nd because the name of the event and date is noted on d stamp. D event is schedule for June 3rd to 6th in Victoria, BC. Anyway I thank God for everything because my girl emailed me d ticket.
