peetay: Its a real eye opener. Took it through his personal experiences so very relatable. And he has the uncanny ability to break down the most complex phenomena to the layman's understanding. The man was a real legend. Yeah. So I heard. Hope the book has strong arguments against the plausibility of witchcraft and all... |

Dilama: U shud know fiverr has option for either Payoneer or PayPal. Since the MAP feature has been disabled on some account, I suggest u add a PayPal email to your Fiverr account and be withdrawing thru PayPal for the main time in peace, cos we don't know wat Payoneer email s up to this period. The PayPal option is not difficult cos I can add my Paypal email to your Fiverr account or any other freelancer website. And then i pay you the equivalent of watever amount you wish to withdraw. Check my signature for my contact Thanks. Sendvalu has given me my money. My joy when I heard the sweet sound of alert |

mrphysics: We have treated Payoneer ATM withdrawal to a great extent. Everything about bank rates and charges has been treated. You might consider reading previous pages.
In summary, always use Access Bank. With banks fees and everything, their rate is N330/$ for every N20000 withdrawal.
And no, you can't make any transfer. Please don't bother checking it out as you will be charged $1 for every failed transaction caused due to impossibility of the transaction and lack of sufficient funds Thanks a lot bro. How about the bank withdrawal method on Payoneer? |

emmaBS: You are really funny bro. Are we the only Africans on the surface of the earth? How come these people don't treat other Africans the way they treat us? We are the architect of our own problems. As a Nigerian, I find it difficult to partner with my fellow Nigerians. And you want those people to trust us 100%? No smoke without fire! Some Nigerians are working very hard day in day out to make things difficult for us in the international market. I bet you would do the same thing if you were in the shoes of those Oyinbo people. Regardless of whatever rationale they have for their actions, making sweeping generalizations about 170 million people and treating them badly is discrimination. As long as you judge an individual on an arbitrary measure he has no control over, that is discrimination. It might be pragmatic, but is morally abhorrent. One of my friends told me a story of a family that went abroad for the holidays. In the hotel they lodged, they were the only black people. The management saw a cockroach in the hotel and automatically jumped to the conclusion that it was the Africans that brought the cockroach to the hotel from Africa and they sent this family packing, Just because they were black. If you were in the shoes of this African family, how would you have felt? |

Where they have issues is mostly African countries. Whether or not they are new, they need to work on their customer service. It's quite terrible. |

room089: My chair, abeg no kill me with laugh about Sendvalu!
Biko wetin sendvalu do you? I'm planning to use their services should my fund matures for withdrawal in few days time.
Abeg tell me your experiences make I know whether to go ahead with them or not. Their customer service is poor. I have made a withdrawal request for about two days now. It is expected that when someone does a transaction like this, they send an email notifying you of the transaction. The confirmation email should also give you an estimate of when you are likely to receive your funds. With Sendvalu, I made a withdrawal request, and I didn't hear anything. I sent them an email and they told me that they are processing it. I asked them when I should expect it, and I haven't gotten a reply since. Meanwhile, I am broke and in need of cash . For those who want a Nigerian account, I bought mine from this guy https://www.nairaland.com/4357013/upwork-approval-made-easy-upwork I didn't go for a foreign account because I don't want to have to constantly deal with looking over my back due to fear of account suspension. Also, a Nigerian account would help you establish relationships outside of Upwork and even go Professional in the long run. |

daveo1: They really have no right man. That is the same way my legitimate (I mean totally legitimate, without any shady deals whatsoever or IP shadiness) got deleted from Fiverr with the flimsy excuse of a double account (which I cannot and will not have, because I am legit and don't have time for all that nonsense).
I sent the Idiots mails upon mails and they kept their stand without remorse. I just grew tired of the stupidity and left the money and their poor style with them and left fiverr altogether.
I want to believe upwork drink a different medicine and are not as racist as the rest are. So I am patiently waiting for them to accept my account. Here goes my 3rd try without success. Sorry about your Fiverr account. But I think Upwork is worse. You should try using the opera trick that one guy talked about. Because I doubt they will accept you. |

chrome001: Hi Guys. So on the issue of profile rejection, I don't know what's up with Upwork.
I met a dude who saw me sending a proposal on Upwork, last week. The thing is, he was sitting right behind me in a lecture theatre, so he could get a clear view of what I was doing. At that very point, he tried opening a writer's account on Upwork, verified his mail, wrote his profile overview and submitted it for approval ALL ON HIS PHONE.
He got stuck at a point because some aspects of the site was hidden. (You know, Upwork sometimes isn't fully functional when using android). At that point, he had to ask me for help and I was like 'What!, you really did all this within like what? an hour of seeing the site on someone else's laptop?).
Okay, fast forward. I saw him two days later in the same lecture theatre and he told me his profile has been approved
I just got thinking of all the stress I went through to get my profile approved last year and well.....let me just let bygones be bygones.
Now, I just saw him some minutes ago, and I had a quick chat to know what exactly he did, so maybe you guys can try it out.
Here's what he said:
- He started the account opening process with the Opera Mini Browser (On his phone). - He completed his profile description at that point. - Filled in all the other necessary requirements. - Submitted, and them hours later GBAM.
You'd see there really is no big expose to it. Pretty much the same basic account opening process.
So what exactly happened?
I really can't say. But, you could give it a try with a fresh account.
I should also mention he opened the account on a Saturday, between 7 and 9 PM. I don't know how relevant the day and time is to getting approved. And, now that I remember, I also got my profile approved on a Saturday.
Now, don't go getting me wrong, I am not saying profiles get approved over the weekend. I am just trying to cover all bases.
And, lastly, he didn't even have a 100% complete profile.
P.S I actually saw his approved account, so there was no bullshitting involved or anything.
All the best! Wow. I think is because opera is a proxy server. This means that it doesn't use a person's real location. So, at that point, his opera wasn't using a Nigerian location. That's possibly why he got approved. It's like Upwork tells their bot to automatically disqualify Nigerians... I've gotten my profile approved through other means, anyone who hasn't should try this method and let's see. |

bemagnify: Nigerian approved upwork? Anyone can get Dat. Really? I doubt. Upwork has a bias against Nigerian accounts. I know how many times I tried on my own, and got rejected. Even after taking tests and whatnot. |
