M here o, thanks for checking in o. The back pain and fever I had in the past couple of days no be here o. It was crazy... let me even rant small

Vomited for three days straight after taking artesunate my doctor prescribed during my last antenatal appointment. The third day I vomited like 5times. All I ate I threw up sotey I couldn't walk myself. Dh had to be holding me, he couldn't leave me to go to work for two days sef, I saw he'll and back.
I eventually had to go to the hospital 11pm on Wednesday as I couldn't do anything was so dizzy. I use gbagada general. Frm 11pm till past 4 inside mosquitoes and rain no doctor attended to us. They claimed they were all busy on one woman in the theatre. I was in so much pain just lying on on chair with my husband holding me. By past 4, one doctor came to attend to us, d way I was feeling she said I will be admitted for three days to check me and I can't go home this dizzy. But the wards were filled already. Mosquitoes flying here and there d sight wasn't good to behold. They wrote IV fluid and injections and glove for DH to go and buy by 4:30 while I was still lying down and he came bk by 5 saying the pharmacy didn't attend to him that they were all sleeping. Omo, I just told my husband if I wanted to die since 11pm till 5am I for Don die but God has saved me let's go home. Haba since they were just so nonchalant. He was like can I cope with all my complains, I said my eyes av seen what I want to see in this hospital. D doctor already told me the drug contributed to my throwing up so I shouldn't use it again. So I will stop d drug go home and rest well. We left that past 5am and went home. As we got home Dh made me pap and I took it and sleept till past 1pm. I woke up better. By 4 the hospital called my husband that they were looking for me. Imagine since 5am you didn't see me, you are just calling someone that should be admitted after several hours. My people I just rested well at home, told God I can't be a slave to sickness and my baby must be fine. This is day 3 after they wanted to admit me and I still have back aches tho but dizziness has stopped. I feel better. I even did a scan yesterday to check on my baby and he's doing very well. He wasn't kicking so much when I was sick guess he gave me break to rest but he's doing well now and he is no more suprise baby o. We finally saw the sex .... we are having a baby boy. I was so joyful at least something to hold on to in the past few days of sickness.
Tho my scan was saying my edd is 20th of June... haba u want to kill me. My 31st of May still stands abeg. My tired is tired.

So I went to the hospital. I was already contracting but it wasn't strong enough nor was it painful.
Dr. Did VE and said I was in labour already and 2cm dilated + cervix is soft.
I was told it might not be necessary to be induced again but fingers crossed.

Asked to go back home and back tomorrow

By God's grace, it will end in praise

I won't even lie drinking plenty water daily has helped me in this pregnancy. I can't even count how many sachets of water I take daily and midnight. I am enjoying a complication free pregnancy and honestly in my mind oo I always think it's because I always stay hydrated

When my dh complain about water finishing early (cos we now use 10 bags for 2weeks) , I tell him which on do u prefer, spending money for drugs and hospital bills or this 2k for water lol

If you can't take ordinary water, take them chilled, or add garri, or lemon or anything healthy, just don't completely avoid fluid this period.

Yes ooo, water is very very important.. There are times I feel like I will fall when I'm dehydrated but once I fill up, I'm good to go.. My bottle goes with me everywhere I go..

What's the site, arm or butt?.... If it takes going back, you should so that you'll know what was done to you

It's good to get worked up so that you don't make such mistakes again.. Like I said earlier, it should be your first TT injection, which you would be given the next one after 4 weeks.. I would have asked of the site of injection but I've read that it can be given on either thigh, arm or butt thats why I skipped that..

Please always do due diligence whenever you are there, ask questions, no matter how it may sound to the ears, it's your body and you deserve to know what goes into it. Take care

I don't believe that baby bump pic at all, it depends on your body, the baby's position at a certain time, and so many other factors

Yes ooo.. One of my church member had that high Tommy with a baby boy... The Tommy was almost blending with her body.. So the pic is just a myth but many mamas believe it as it tend to sometime correspond with what they are carrying

I went to register for antenatal yesterday but before I was given the routine drugs, the nurse gave me one very painful injection like that, it's like everyone of us that came for the registration had that injection. But I wanna know what it's for. Also, the initial edd I calculated with my lmp was 21/9 same with the first scan I did. But yesterday the doctor said according to the scan he did, edd is 13/10. Abeg which kind confusion be this

You should have asked to know the type of injection you were given. I think it's your first TT you were given (you are in your second tri baa) ....
Doctors are not sonographers. I don't know why they like doing scan, the scan my doc did gave me today as EDD, I just carried myself jeje go find sonographer.. If you are very sure of your lmp, jtick by it but you should know it's + or -2 weeks.

Yes baby can wear sleepsuits when coming home. Shey they will even be sleeping sef .. Afterall, they will be wrapped
