I am not sensitive to rocephine. But am super sensitive to pefloxacin (as you can see from my test result ).

A freelance doctor said injections weren't necessary. That injections are only for people who vomit oral drugs and since am not vomiting then I don't need injection . Although am sure you were placed on gentamicin injection. It depends on your mcs result anyway .. I no be doctor .


Anyway I have gotten huge relief taking this pefloxacin for 4½ days now . Just asking if I should extend it to 10days. .

I don't know if you should extend it, I only just told you our own procedure... You should still go to a hospital tho. Also, please correct the impression that injections are meant for those who vomit oral drugs

Let me share an experience of what we are presently going through.

On Wednesday, my Madam woke up with heavy pains in her right leg, suddenly she started contracting and her lower tummy was becoming painful. I tried giving her paracetamol and forced her to eat, she vomited everything and became weak.

Everything just became somewhat in the space of minutes, Oya, hospital straight! She found it difficult to walk into the car at this point.

On getting to the hospital, after first aid treatment and all of that, we were told it was a "threatening miscarriage or preterm labour". She's still undergoing treatment and absolute bed rest as I write.

Lessons Learnt :
* Don't Ignore Signs, please. My Madam noticed these signs as of Tuesday but decided to ignore as she doesn't want to dissapoint her customers.

* Please Mamas, Please Rest well. Life has no duplicate and you're carrying bundles of Joy. My Oga Madam confirmed she wasn't feeling too well on Tuesday but decided to drive to shop to meet her customers, now all the money she made that day have been exhausted on treatment. (This is deliberate so that she could learn lessons )

*Avoid Stress Please. Get assistance where possible. My Madam no gree make I employ maid. She is a very strong woman no doubt, but she failed to understand that no pregnancy is the same and as we age, the body the changes. Please ooo!!!
No be small thing shuttling between hospital, work and the kids. Hence, Mamas, take good care of your self, biko.

*If you notice anything strange, go see your doctor. And ensure you allow them carry full examination details on you.

Treated scanty staph last month too after my ovulation. My doctor gave hubby (Rocephine+another) and I injections 2 each for 7 days and after that we were given drugs. We were sensitive to ciproflox3+ and were given the tablets (other tablets were added to mine). I was still using my drugs when I discovered I missed my period and had tested positive.. We spent 40k treating it.
I'll advise you take your test result to your doctor(that was what we did) cos staphylococcus is stubborn(that was the advice someone gave me in the TTC thred). Your doctor will know what to do.

I think you should be able to take coke depending on how far gone you are. Last week I was also told I had low blood sugar and my doc said I should increase my carbohydrate intake, salt intake and also drink coke. And since then I've increased my sugar intake.
Let's wait for other Mama's input as well

I treated the staph infection rigorously few weeks ago. I have gone for pelvic scan again which shows R/O PID, then I went for ECS which the test shows 0-2 hpf pus cells, Epithelia cells: + and the culture yielded no bacteria growth after 48 hours.

The HSG the technician said one of the tubes was partially obstructed which the water soluble constrast made opened, the other one was fully open. The result of HSG shows bilateral patent fallopian tubes. The procedure was a bit painful but they helped me endure it by telling me to breathe with my mouth and not stiff my body, so it was manageable.
I have few questions.
The technician asked if I am a virgin (I said no) that the cervix is small, should I be worried?
The infection treatment was successful for the two weeks of injections and drugs, the stretchy egg white cervical mucus, which I have not seen in so many years returned close to the time of my ovulation last week, suddenly after ovulation two days ago, this white lotion discharge came back. Please, is it right to have only the stretchy egg white during ovulation and the rest of my cycle to be like white lotion/milk?

Thanks again. I went for the treatment after my ovulation last month and was given injections for 7 days after which drugs were administered. While taking the drugs and expecting my period, it didn't come. I tested a day later and it was + . I pray God bless the womb of all waiting mothers with children in Jesus name

Hello everyone, I pray God will answer our prayers and open our wombs in Jesus name.
Please I ran a pelvic scan and scanty staph aureus growth was detected. I want to ask if the drugs and injection that I will use are the ones stated in my Sensitivity because the person who attended to me at the pharmacy I visited added other drugs that were not even listed despite me showing him my result.

Congratulations to all mamas that have brought forth their young an safe delivery to all mama's who are still looking forward to bringing forth, your testimony will abound in Jesus name. And to us waiting mothers, God will visit us divinely and make us fruitful by his grace.

Do you have people living with you asides your siblings, it seems like an inside job to me. If having a dog doesn't change the situation, then the dog might be familiar with whoever is moving those items.
Moreover, what would a thief want to do with personal documents if it's not someone that is bent on seeing the family go down. Try and make friends with people on your street even if its just smiling at them and greeting them, from there you might get a good Samaritan who has seen something and would think you deserve to know about it.
Getting cameras are also good but don't let people close to the vicinity fix it. And its also good that you and your family flaunt whatever you have less.
God will keep your family and shield you from further unwanted occurrences
