who sang that song? I really love it. The song made me cry" If most people don't expect better from them, how will they change?ha ha ha ha, its because some people glorify substandard, average or mediocre performance |
if Omotola feels too decent to expose her body.Halle Berry exposed her body, it didnt kill her, Almost all the Oscar winners in a leading role have exposed their body, Charlize Theron (what a babe) |
i am sure the likes of Milla , Maldini and Larsson are all dead horsesI believe both Maldini and Larsson are still playing, Tell me the last time Okocha had a run out 11 v 11? Then he has to be match fit and that takes up to 6 to 8 games to get his sharpness back and we are talking about a player whose official age would be 39 years Am sorry but you are trying to flog a dead donkey let alone a horse, Roger Milla played up to the 1994 WC regardless of what division |
@honeric01, No you did not mix anything up, you got it wrong but again, you missed the very point I was making. My preference. Not what Mr A or B thinks. I will take JM over any other coach. Yes I said it. That is my choice.Jose Mourinho, My beloved Chelsea…. Would never forget this guy… This is a man who is not scared to do anything, Chelsea under Ranieri where a nearly team but under Mourinho we were like a German Machine that crushes everything in its part… why Mourinho has the ability to ordinary players feel like they are world beaters… he has a way of getting into the opponents mind before the game starts… and when it comes to looking for a goal Mourinho has the formation, and when Chelsea goes a goal up you could as well forget about equalizing, the respect is there, he could tell you your opponents starting line up… Nigeria having the choice any manager in the would, Mourinho would head the list…. |
To the Nations Cup, YES!If gven the chance Amodu would be sack in a haert beat, I know people are sceptical about hiring a foreign coach but if England could go foreign then I dont why Nigeria cant, Amodu is relying on the ability and the professionalism of the players to carry him through the games, something Raymond Domenech tried and succeeded at the 2006 world cup because the national team had Zinedine Zidane who was the voice on the field even the game against Togo, when he was suspended he was like a coach in the dressing room, but all that became a distance memory at Euro 2008 because Zidane wasn’t there and the manager was clueless…. Now we are in the same situation Amodu relying on the ability of the team to work things out…. But I honestly believe that if we flop at the Nations Cup it would be too late to conjure up another fire-fighter approach that we are used to. |
@shellboy Thank you, nuff said!!! |
While your at it lets start a campaign to get both Segun Odegbami and Haruna Ilerika into the team as well, Talking about trying to flog a dead horse |
i bet if Nollywood had came up with the idea of singing in every movie and not bollywood, you would be calling it stupid. They sang in Chicago, Rush Hour, Enchanter, as old as Sound of Music and Mary Popping are I still love them but I dont have nothing against singing in a Nollywood movie so far its well edited, It sounds hideous and horrible, you could clearly hear that its either song is going faster than the singer or the singer is trying to pull a fast one. It was clear back in the 80's that some of Nigerian movies were heading the Indian route mostly the yoruba one (ADE LOVE) In Bollywood movies, I always have the remote control close the moment they start to sing, I would fast forward it but I do like Kuch Kuch Hota hai!!!! or Hirthik Roshan's movies including the songs, |
Oh well, am off to work catch you guys when I log on, |
Oh well my mistake, its nice for once we don't have to be at each other throat, |
Nona David the author of Feddie Girl, has a facebook page that I went through the profile and a certain Amaka Eze who once studied in Abuja (I could remember you saying that you spent sometime in Abuja) was on it, following the conversation it sounded just like you, |
I should have asked this question on Facebook, I know its you anyway i have taken the name off, great fan of a certain book, nice picture as well, |
why waste our time learning another language?Girl its not a waste of time! If I could learn, I would, may be Spanish, I know Ghanaian a lady that we used to work together got a role with the United Nations only because she could speak both Dutch and German. acquiring knowledge is not a waste of time ooooooo if you read Dr Wayne Dyers book its clear like day in it, do not stop learning, |
i really dont see how knowing how to speak french is acquiring more knowledgeDont start me off, I have promised not to be rude to you The advantages of speaking another language (most especially the one of the 5 major ones) is huge, they are so many jobs that indicates that another European language is an advantage |
Learning Spanish would make more sense in my opinion. With large Spanish speaking nations expected to represent some of the worlds largest economies in the not too distant future, I would seriously reconsider French, and go towards learning Spanish (I'm about to go to Spanish 2 btw). Learning Mandarin would make sense too, but I doubt that China's economic rise would put it on the level of English, especially considering over 300m Chinese already know it, with many more learning. I also hear Mandarin is one of the most difficult languages in the world to learn and it takes years to master for non-native speakers- another reason why I don't think it will be as prominent as English.I dont mind actually if i could speak French, Spanish, Portugal or German or Japanese, I could speak a little Italian, but not fluently |
@Kulyie Bollywood brought the singing from the Old to the New era which fits perfectly, they even took it to another level, I could remember every movie by Olaiya they have to sing in it, |
thank God its not her dancers fault, because she is a rutless person |
Keep your Essay short ? |
@Omar, what has oil got to do with it,you do the maths |
Take stereotypes out of the equation.you said it all, Bollywood movie first kept it simple before they started adding the shooting stuff into it, |
someone made a suggestion, we jumped on him and knock him down, it seems like we have this "lack mentality" engraved into Nigerians, learning french wont add to Okoya's bank balance, but hey, its part of our personal development, Nigeria is country that has grossed over a trillion $$$ from oil but nothing to show for it, I guess we are happy about that situation than someone asking us to acquire more knowledge, |
I know someone who is in a British prison for defrauding them over £2m and now they are preparing to squeeze that £2m out of him all the houses he bought both in Nigeria and in Europe has been auctioned off some time ago, still havent covered the £2m so its either he cough up or complete the 10 years sentence, |
Nigeria falls into a tough group.Mozambique is a team to beat and they are not push over.We have to watch it if not we are not going to qualify from our group. All those calling for the sack of Amodu are people that are quick to forget history. How can you call for the sack of a coach that did not loose even a single match through out the qualification series? We've easily forgotten BORA and Beti vogts too soon.Mark my words,if Amodu is sacked,Nigeria will experience the worst performance in the history of nation cup and world cup.you would see for your self in Angola, |
Nigerian Bussiness Mogul are so full of crap i bet another Idiot would advice us embrace to German Language pretty soon,He didnt put a gun to anyones head to learn French, its not that Okoya would benefit from it, |
@Tcrack I agree with you 100% but all types of industries in Nigeria hates changes and thats a proven fact, changing from Old to new looks like heading for the electric chair to Nigerians |
Nollywood will change if we stop producing twenty films in a week and concentrating to make quality movies.Ha!!! Twenty films a week, when it took The Matrix (The 2nd series) 8 months to complete |
Show me how the asian, european and native american came from the African black skin and featureswith our type of hair, nose and lips, putting common sense aside for a whileThey were a descendant of one Noah's sons |
how come the oldest church in the world is in ethiopia?I cant answer that question but I have whats relevant to your question Gen 2:10-14 A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters. 11 The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold. 12 (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin [f] and onyx are also there.) 13 The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush. [g] 14 The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Asshur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates. CUSH is in Ethiopia, The sons of Ham: (1)Cush - Ethiopia (2)Mizraim - Egypt (3)Phut - Libya (4)Canaan - is an ancient term for a region encompassing modern-day Israel, Lebanon, the Palestinian Territories, plus adjoining coastal lands and parts of Jordan, Syria and northeastern Egypt. |
Can you kindly tell me whats continent is Russia in |
Let me break it down for you guys… Microsoft started with an idea Virgin Group started with and Idea… Richard Branson said that around 5 people would believe in you whilst the rest would think you’re crazy or foolish when you come up with an idea, Henry Ford (the founder of FORD) was nearly sectioned under the mental illness act when he approach Thomas Edison to support his idea of designing and building a vehicle, but Edison supported him and the rest is history. We are quick to dismiss people’s ideas whereas some other people see it as an opportunity to grow in knowledge. What's wrong in learning how to speak in French? My late uncle could speak the 5 major European languages and this does not include English, he was a Chef and he had everything going for him… How I wish I could do the same… |
You must be a real (No 1) Hater!EXCUSE ME!!!! He who blows the piper, controls the tune, I pay for it, not my family, |
On the 4th of December… the world cup draw would take place! Let’s say Nigeria was grouped with England, Denmark and Paraguay…. At the next Nations Cup, Fabio Capello and Co would be watching our matches at the world cup with a glee on their faces, thinking we have nothing to worry about. If we fumble, Amodu gets the sack… Then we would be in the same situation we were when Onigbinde was drafted in, he started inviting players like Macclesfield’s George Abbey, Crews Efe Sodje, the worst striker in England then Akinbiyi. It was mess friendly games with Ireland, Scotland, and Jamaica…. We were a joke back then, and that’s what's going to happen… We have a manager who doesn’t want to use Danny Shittu because he didn’t want to bribe his way into the nation team. Good luck to us |
