Some people aren't gonna like this.

See as those bright minds from Wall Street are listening attentively to the great sage deliver some words of wisdom. When he's through, couple of months' time, we'd see investors swarming into the country like bees on a beehive!

They are as attentive as the Hero below being given instructions.

Sai Baba!! smiley

Politics › Re: Breaking News: DSS Denies Obua Death Rumour. by omenka(m): 8:53am On Jul 21, 2015
Although I strongly suspect the story is a lie, I still await its refutation from a reliable source- maybe DSS themselves by way of a press release.
Politics › Re: IMF: Nigeria’s Oil Revenue May Drop To $52b by omenka(m): 8:49am On Jul 21, 2015
When caught up in such dire straits, ingenuity is encouraged. I see Nigeria becoming a better country with less dependence on oil exports.

Buhari should recover all the monies he can and plough same back into the agric sector, maintain stable supply of electricity, and aggressively pursue the development of the solid minerals sector. If these can be achieved, I see no limit to how great this country could become.
Politics › Re: Wike Visited Twice But Never Met Me - CJN by omenka(m): 8:42am On Jul 21, 2015
The PUNCH had exclusively reported on Monday that one of the governor’s visits coincided with the day the Rivers State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal, sitting in Abuja, conducted hearing into an application filed by Wike to challenge an order permitting his opponent to inspect the electoral materials used for the poll that brought him to office.
If Wike believes he won the election fair and square, why is he running from pillar to post trying to obstruct the course of justice?? He must be thinking Jonathan is still the president.

Smh.

Let the war against corruption and corrupt past leaders begin in full scale. It's a primary reason PMB was voted in as we cannot continue with business as usual.

Whatever means necessary to recover part of the stolen $ 150 bn will be appreciated. But please make sure all necessary evidence that will lead to successful prosecution are readily available because we don't want to hear funny stories after their arrest.

Carry go our able president.
Imagine some people saying things like "dire consequences" if thieves are arrested. My stomach twists in disgust when I imagine the kind of beings we are forced by fate to share this earth with.

Lets watch the illiterate arrest only PDP people, the consequence would be dire for the nation.
He will arrest criminals that you and your likes kill yourselves over and there would be no dire consequence besides the deafening e-rants from you people.

The era of impunity is over. Get used to it.

Who knows if some people have been undergoing training on their usage? I pray we acquire these, it would no doubt boost our campaign against the marauding jihadists.

sainty2k3:
I think EFCC itself needs probe, how many corrupt officials have they brought to justice since , all u have is another agency spending so much to retrieve a stolen fund that. And eventually the accused walk freely or go to 6month to 1 year imprisonment
That was then, things have changed. You can even see that from the very stringent bail conditions given some of the high calibre suspects taken into custody recently. The chairman himself stated recently that the posturing of the previous government on corruption made them very handicap.

Investigation precedes indictment and prosecution. Let us keep our fingers crossed hoping to get a windfall of convictions this time. Things have changed bro.

If indeed anything has happened to the man, searchlights should be pointed in Jonathan's direction. It might be a plot to ensure the man doesn't sing.

There is scarcity of bad news for them to celebrate. They have to look for something, somehow. Do you want them to starve?? cheesy

Expect them to create fresh threads about "islamic inscription on the naira" as well. We saw all these during the campaigns. One even said the National Assembly building look like mosques with their characteristic dome shape. cheesy.

There was nothing we didn't see during the campaign, all in a bid to polarise us along ethnic and religious lines, but in the end, commonsense still triumphed!! And it still will. smiley
