Yes,carrot and stick approach really matters in very relationship. A guy needs to be flexible,maintain his control over a girl. His ways of handling the lady should the depend on the behavior of such lady. If a guy apply approach that is meant for a stubborn lady on a calm lady it will be disastrous.
