SO WHEN YOU NOTICE THE INCREASE OF ARMED ROBBERY IN LAGOS, DONT ASK WHERE IT CAME FROM. ITS ONE OF THOSE OKADAS YOU SEE THERE. THOSE CAUGHT OFFENDING SHOULD BE MADE TO PAY A FINE, INSTEAD OF DESTROYING THEIR MEANS OF LIVELIHOOD. ITS NOT LIKE GOVT PAYS WELFARE TO SUPPORT ANY CITIZEN, OR THERE ARE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, WHERE YOU CAN EASILY WALK IN AND GET A JOB.
THOSE OF YOU PRAISING GOVT FOR THIS, SHOULD NOT BE SURPRISED, WHEN A PREVIOUS OKADA RIDER COMES TO ROB YOU AT NIGHT.

Clemzy16: I wouldn't say I've actually seen one. But sometimes we(humans) mistook sometimes else for angels. However, i'm still waiting patiently until i see and interact with one. She'll be like my personal adviser.

freecocoa: Its kinda funny how we sometimes almost never see something staring us right in the face. I've been here on NL for a long time and never has it occurred to me to want to know more about the person(s)behind the different monikers here but when i came across the name OMIOBO, I stopped and had a really long look at it, i wondered for a second what kind of a person goes by such name?(Monkeywater) I found it weird and wanted to move past it but somehow ended up reading posts made by that moniker, to say i was perplexed by what i found out is an understatement, Omiobo you turned out to be nothing but a very intelligent, funny, articulate and sophisticated person, right there and then I discovered something I thought dead in me is still very much alive.
You see, I had a man I once loved very much and when it ended, I said to myself "I'm never going down this road again" and so it has been all along but stumbling on your moniker has changed all that for me.
OMIOBO, I don't know many big english words, heck I don't even have a way with words unlike you but i won't let that keep me from telling you how I feel, can i even explain how i feel? can words really convey what I want you to know? I don't think so but I will try all the same, ever since knowing the person behind the moniker, my heart skips many beats at the sight of it, my knees go weak and there's a tingling sensation between my thighs, a warm smile spreads across my face, I've always doubted someone's cheek turning red for whatever reasons but right now mine are just as red. I don't know if I'm making sense but even the word "nonsense" has "sense" in it so i'm encouraged. I write you this note cos i don't know what else to do, there's only so many things I've been doing to keep you outta my mind all to no avail, i can't fight it no more so here i am.

I don't think about marriage but you've got me thinking\dreaming of a life in a house with you, I and kids in it as a family, i'm not trying to scare you but i just want you to see what you do to me, i wanna sleep and wake up beside you everyday, i wanna share your dreams, goals and aspirations with you, i want to be your friend, companion, confidante and more
I would have said i love you like the flowers love to spring or like a robin loves to sing or even like Nepa loves to seize power supply but that would be a lie cos LOVE alone cannot feel so strong.
I adore you, I desire you, I cherish you and i'm willing to go to the ends of the world and beyond prove this to you. You might be thinking, how true is this? Is she crazy? Well I am crazy for you, isn't that what this feeling does to people? then again, people don't feel the way I do right now cos no one can understand it, I can't even explain it but I'm convinced you are the medicine i so desperately need right now, I can't promise to give you everything you've ever wanted but i promise to share everything i have with you, i may not be the best woman you have and will be with but I promise to do my best to be the last one you want to be with only if you open your heart and let me in, together we will build something that even cupid will be jealous of.

I should be afraid cos i don't know if you feel the same way but i'm not cos this yearning for you cannot be me alone, i believe its your soul calling on mine cos we've found eachother, how else can i explain my every thought revolving around you?I await your reply my soulmate (yes that's what you are) and I'm hoping this note to you will help you see that.
