Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 2 by Omodadi2: 6:01am On Nov 29, 2017 |
Thanks for your response. In my case, I have evaluated my BSc already, we are awaiting DHs' to enter the pool. Then I read here that PG certificates give more points. I have two PG certificates courses, and awaiting MSc result. Should I still evaluate the PG separately now? both or 1 ? cochtrane: The first thing you should do is evaluate both and then observe what WES (or any other agency) has stated as "Canadian Equivalency". For your degrees, this is most likely gonna be 'Bachelor's & Post-graduate diploma' which will earn you "Two or more certificates". |

Even in the US, only few doctors accept VBAC trial. Some even say they accept and at the end, they change tone. So i believ this sint what she meant by saying there is high C-section rate in Canada. Thespecialist: Hello Gottigoodgood... Regarding your preferring a natural birth, note that if you’ve had previous birth(s) by c-section(performed in another country) your obgyn here will opt for a repeat c-section...(this info is going by my knowledge of Canadian birthing system and from my personal experience here) |

Things have changed my dear, she stand more chances leaving hubby behind.
quote author=aremso post=62584040]
in my own opinion, she could apply with hubby and still be granted visa cos we have read about both on this forum. the best thing is to do deep research and adequate preparation and review the thread again and again, with God favour both will be given visa
|

With the rate they deny ppl based on home ties now, I advice you apply with your mum alone so that your husband can be or add to your home ties. When you get there, he can apply. Also, this will asist ur budget to be more reasonable compared to income.
quote author=Nalinisingh post=62575086]Hello I have been stalking this page for years now. Please I need advice, am currently about 21 weeks pregnant and I want to have my baby in USA. I intend to travel with my mum and my 2 year. My husband will be sponsoring the trip. My question is should we all apply together or should we apply as a family first and have my mom apply later. What’s ojur chances if we all apply together. Thanks
|

Thespecialist: Hello everyone...someone refered me to this forum
Shout out to Hotstepper and to everyone that have contributed and reached out towards helping and easing the process of giving birth in Canada.
I live in Oshawa...moved to Oshawa from Toronto...I have been living in Toronto for the past 14 years.
I have assisted families with child delivery in Toronto and in Oshawa...
I will gladly answer any questions, provide information and assistance that anyone might need regarding coming to Ontario to deliver.
My experience and knowledge is kinda limited to Toronto and Oshawa as these are the places I have been directly involved in assisting families with delivering babies in Canada.
Thank you
Is this going to be a paid service? if yes means this post stands as your advertisment right? |

jenyjay: Hello Omodadi,
I was in the same situation few weeks ago. It was crazy and in-fact.......i know what you are feeling.
I called and called they kept saying "appointment dates is given at the discretion of embassy" i sent mails and there was nothing they could do.
221g appointment dates is different from the regular calender dates.
I wanted to book a fresh appointment pay the visa fees again and i was advised by an embassy officer whom i spoke to not to do that.
Just when i had given up hope, the date on my followup appointment calender changed and i was able to get a date in November. Hopefully i will get the Visa by Gods grace.
My advise is call them, send mails, explain that you will be passed your due date by the ist available appointment you can see on your profile. Hope for the best.
Lesson learnt was never to delay till you are close to your due date again. I wish you all the best. This is a relief. Thank you so much. Will keep sending messages and calls. Infact, no date again on my profile right now. |

aye88: For those who want to schedule appointments and are not getting favourable dates, just keep refreshing the page. As at yesterday, the earliest date was 28th of December. This morning 3rd of January. Few minutes later, it changed to 13th of December. I won't be surprised if it changes again. Just keep refreshing Thanks for the information. But i didnt sleep all night and there was no time it changed on my side. Also, does thisnalso include follow up apointments? someone should please help me. Infact no date again now |

Godsgoodness: My people, I am back. Visa denied. To think that they kept my passport for 11 weeks (paper application). Purpose was visit. I kinda feel my application was abandoned somewhere and later found with maybe missing items. Their reason for denial is that 'they don't think I will return' meanwhile I visit US, UK, Dubai very frequently and I have my family here. Maybe online would have been better so I jeje upload my documents by myself who knows?
Congrats to the latest mamas and visa recipients! This is sad. But I see you prepared well before applying. However, did you indicate the purpose of childbirth/medical? And also, I think the proof to return really lies in the LOE that we put with applications or what do you think? cos I av seen ppl with good jobs and properties being denied on the same reason. |

Go to DHL and ask them for both passports. We need to know the status of his visa too before we go for collection. We have to travel, we are far away from Abuja or Lagos. Is there any way we can do this? |
