please house why is large white breed very selective,i just got one and due to transportation stress, i gave ironiii ,multivamin,and LA,i observed slugglish attiutude ,i decided to mingle with other breed ,come see serious fight i need to seperate them and left some before getting home the animal is very week,i need to call vet for proper medical treatment but d animal dont eat cassava peel but they rush fresh bread,i put cabbage not acceptable,i want to know best feed for this breed

pigs are social animals dt will resist an intruder. And when u take an animal frm its abode it will take days if nt weeks to acclimatise to its nw environment. You cant expect a pig dt has been feed all tru its life concentrates and expect it to b happy wt cassava peelings wc contains little nutrients. Wt age is d large white and what composition of feed are u giving? because for me large white has good appetite.

With the Federal government policy on diversifying the economy, and looking at agriculture as one of the viable alternatives. Due to curiousity, I quickly browsed for websites that can give loans. But most of the sites were outdated with no recent info( except for bank of Industry). I beemed my radar by visiting the bank of agric OYO town today. But what I saw there, was amusing. The place reminds me of the analog banking of d 90's, most recording were done manualy, with elderly empoyees who lacks the drive and zeal of a 21st century banking. If this should continue I wonder how we can drive the agric sector without an organised credit scheme.

With due respect to people that make use of concrete pond, both will yield profit. However, one will do better than the other. Aside that, fish tend to do well in a natural environment.

in addition, you can't compare the growth of fishes in an earthen system wt water flowing in and out wt a concrete pond wt stagnant water.

Pls how can Gasolin [Petrol] Water Pump be used to pump water from a well? The type of the water pump is the one normally used to pump water from river. Any idea from members of the house please.

water pump is not ideal for well because of d dept of d well it takes time for it to pump out water and u spend more buying d rubber hose. Why not go for submersible pumping machine wc is less than twenty thousand.

Fellow farmers let us not choose to ignore negative comment about our Industry. I have heard ignorant journalists both in print and electronic media spew rubbish just to sell news. The 2005-2006 bird flu is a testimonial where farms were Hawking crates of egg @150/crate and yet people refuse to buy. Just recently the Ebola scare made people boycott pork becos an ignoranmus said pork could spread Ebola despite absence of any evidence to that effect. Let us defend and educate people about the benefits of our dear pork.

The govt too has a lot of role to play by protecting small and medium scale industries or firms in d area of enlightenment in order nt to kill these industries. Also there shd b compensations to farmers who have invested take d example u sited wt d bush meat sellers.

If my advice will not discourage him I will say NO. why? because last year my deppt recommended me but the PG school denied me the admission because I could not provide the NYSC cert during application even though I've completed the service before their admission. The Deputy Dean PG said they cancelled my name because they could not see my NYSC cert. I suggest the person contact the PG school first if they will not use NYSC for admission

Slashing of money has nothing to do with the,Panel interview because during my interview, there never told me dat my money is to much for the biz. They told me to keep the vision alive and dat they will give me the grant but I was astonished whn I learnt that my sealed grant was 5.5m instead of 9.7m. One guy I met at the FMF was given 2m out of 10m he applied for and One Lady was given 8m out of 10m. Pls my brothers na God & I still give thanks to Him.

Hello house, got a little info for those dat applied into Economics dept. If u didn't submit ur NYSC certificate wit d documents u submitted, then admission isn't sure for u. All u'll continue seening is "pending". I just finished my NYSC( batch C) so fell victim of dat. D PG coord told me I suld just forget abt d admission and try again nxt year. Tried sorting bt to no avail. D admission list will be officially out by next wk.
