Fhemmmy: While i love your idea, i am not sure if it is possible to build 120 rooms hostel with 5M Naira, mind you, cost of land will come out of that one still . . . I will love to know more about this, if possible . . . Might be able to get like 20 rooms if possible, which i think is still a great investment cos 20 rooms * 120K Naira / YEAR is still 2.4M Naira.
But even a 20 rooms might not be possible, however, i am not saying i know much about it oh, but would love to be enlightened.

stagger: The best thing that will happen to all of you is to stop listening to these self proclaimed YouWIN experts. I encouraged my sister to apply and she never consulted nobody. She wrote her proposal herself and she was awarded.

Simply pay attention to your financials. Your business must be shown to be:

a) Viable and capable of generating the financial milestones.
b) Following from (a), be able to meet the employment milestones.
c) It must be demonstrated that you will be able to make some financial input of your own into the business.
d) You must be able to show good record keeping and ability to keep good accounts.

From here on, add the element of prayer and anything you know you must do spiritually to make your proposal succeed. This is very important. Put all this in practice and pray for the best. excelsiorfarm: i was at a pig farm on tuesday & d same day was at a very big farm at surulere LGA in oyo state to evaluate what i can do to improve it,sincerely as i told d man in charge that d farm is ok,even d populatn explosion of d pigs in relative to facilities is incredible,just started february,indeed if d facilities & funds are there,pigs can change story(though this one story had change already before d investment)

Even the white collar jobs is not secured, one can be sacked at any given time, so its also a risk too..

Truthfully speaking I have never written a C.V all my life, I don't even know how to write one.. But I ask people to bring theirs for them to be employed.. My uni-certificate I don't even know where I kept it I have searched all over for it but my life is not dependent on it..

I aint bragging but Out of 6 of us I still know of 4 of them that I still send recharge card till date.. So u can see that this country needs prayers..

iyobs7: Until unlimited power supply is guaranteed in Nigeria, we should forget about the cost of internet going down. I am studying in India with a population of more than 1.2billion people and they have uninterrupted power supply. I am using fiber broadband internet of 15mbps with Fair usage policy of 50GB after that the speed drops to 4mbps unlimited and I pay just 1100 rupees per month which is not even up to 3000 naira. Let the government fix electricity issue then you can talk or you want them to burn fuel or diesel then layer give u cheap internet?
