No, not so. Any state outside the present 17 southern states would be by referendum. However, the core north of Sokoto, Kano, Zamfara, Kebbi, Borno, Gombe, Bauchi, Yobe, Kaduna, Niger, Nasarrawa, Jigawa, etc should form theur Arewa Republic. They can have Abuja is that would solve theur problem Keep Kainji, etc. The South is fine to roll.
The bolded really cracked me up ..It’s so bad that we don’t mind dashing them Abuja even if so much of the Southern resources has been spent there .. grin grin grin >: grin

It's achievable if they have the political will to push for it. Some North Central States will join them.
I hope you remember that it’s only Benue state that aligns with the south ? The rest of the middle belt would side with their brothers in the north .

No need for all these rhetorics.
Why not tell the NASS members from South to fight for vat going to states that generates it, there will be lots of changes with that little move as you benefit from what you produce directly.
I seriously anticipated seeing such in the last Finance Act that was signed.
They don’t have the numbers .The north still outnumbers the southern senators .

Great time.

Time to stop all this south west, south east or south south division.
The three region must work together with allies in north central to put an end to the attempt at oppression of the north.
It has started already online .Before, there is no day I won’t see Igbos &Yorubas fighting and calling one another’s name online but it has subsided . It’s only here that the fight is still ongoing .It has really been toned down in other online platforms. We are getting there .

Nigerians cannot ..we are bunch of coward and our men are lily livered.
Our men should put on skirt instead of wearing trousers, becos they lack the Courage to unite and protect their land .
The only thing they are good at is bashing women online and fight among themselves over stupid things to make them feel superior over another ethnic group .

Nobody but us .The day we will stop being selfish and shone all form of tribalism and religious fanaticism, that is the day Nigeria will be liberated .
The day we will all stop selling our future for a pot of portage from politicians , That is the day Nigeria will start working . Nobody can rescue your country except Nigerians ..if you are expecting America to come and rescue you then be ready for your country to be turned into Libya..
The Americans came for Libya. They supported the rebels against Their tyrant leader and now Libya is now a failed state .
No country will come fight for you without an underlining interest .
Africans are very good at starting conflicts but they are not good at cleaning up our mess but expecting other nations to do it for us . Sometimes I wonder if the continent is cursed .

Good day guys,

So I've been dating a single Mom for almost 4years now and we're ready to tie the knot, but recently she came up with a suggestion of me adopting her son legally. Her baby daddy has actually been irresponsible right from start, nigga last saw his son when he was 4months old and he hasn't even bought ordinary diaper for the boy right from when he was delivered.

Now I'm being skeptical about taking him up legally, please i need advice from you guys, no insult please.
If the father was dead or the lady does not know who the father is (maybe due to her reckless actions) then you can adopt him .It means there is no father in the picture but since the child’s father is still alive, even if he only saw his son when he was 4months old will not change the fact that he remains his father .
Marry your wife , have your own children and be a father figure to your step boy .My two coin .

Then maim, rape and kill any of ur family member that dares to protest ?Then this same govt that has been docile to fight bandit will send the federal force to protect these criminals..Does that sound like govt you wish to break a sweat for ?

The president has tried , but the job is bigger ,smarter and too heavy for him .

He can delegate greater power to osinbajo .
If Buhari can just be the ceremonial president and make prof osibanjo the prime minister of Nigeria .

I guarantee you Nigeria will begin to grow the same hour he makes that decision
To the bolded.. He tried ? A man that campaigned and failed several times .And even cried on national tv, becos he could not win the presidential election back then, could not even unite the country but decided to be the president of the Fulani alone .
Your comment falls short of who that dull and clueless president really is . Call a spade a spade and stop painting a nepotistic and a bigot as someone that tried for the country ..He only tried for his rag -tag illiterate Fulani kinsmen to kill innocent Nigerians , allowing them to occupy people land while he provide security to protect them. He elevate his educated kin into all the govt position in the country and remain aloof to the killings all around the country .
.Buhari does not have a clue of what it takes to rule a local govt, not to talk of ruling a diverse nation like Nigeria..
He is a cold hearted failure and history will judge him harshly.

<<<<Is Christianity existing in 21st century?..... yes
<<<<Has Outcast been abolished?.... Yes
<<<<So what's the problem?.....Systematic segregation and stigmatization....

I feel really bad that good looking men/women would be branded/ painted to an unidentified colour because of some long aged tradition that does nothing but tarnish images....

If you are sure that you don't need your family for anything in this lifetime for any kind of support especially Financially, then you can go ahead and marry him... but If you do, and still marry him, then depression will set in infuture because of how they will act toward you especially when kids starts rolling out... They might not want to come for child dedication.. and if they do, they will be acting like visitors and will not be free... due to ignorance....

If you are sure that you can walk on the street of your community especially during xmas with your kids who came to visit grandma without fear that someone will make derogatory statement like( she is X the daughter of Mazi ABC that married an Osu) then you can go ahead...

I don't know when this will stop... But in churches in Igbo like Protestant churches in early 2000, I am aware that they preach against it... but when it's time to get married, the Priests/Pastors do not marry Osu to show an example to the people...

If your love is stronger than all these stigmatization, then you can go ahead... But I have to let you know that stigmatization about cast system is real.... It's gonna be like Megan and Harry... but the difference is that it's the same colour that were carrying out the nonsense,....
I thought you guys said that the Osu cast system is no more, that it has been stopped? So If someone that has the kind of wealth that Dangote has, more like a Billionaire , who is also an Osu, proposes to a non Osu, will the girls parent will still reject such marriage?I doubt. I think this Osu thing, only raises it ugly head, when the person in question is either poor or from the middle class.
You guys should try and do away with this archaic laws in your society. How can you run your BIAFRA nation when such wicked laws are still allowed in the 21st century?
How do you guys feel when the Hausa-Fulanis treat the Igbos' as second class citizens? Sey you guys know how it feels like to be regarded as a second class citizens by the Fulanis? So, why then do you do the same to another person who is being victimized as a result something he/she has no control over..such as the kind of family one is born into.
My aunt died three ago in Lagos.Meanwhile she already told her children, before she passed, that she wished to be buried here in Lagos. This is becos, she does not want her wicked family to start taunting her children like the way she was treated when she buried her own parents. She was buried here in Lagos and heaven did not fall.

I can may agree your decision because I have been in jos for 2 years now. The weather is chilling, clean environment and peaceful security wise. However, it lacks the hustling spirit you would usually find in lagos, port Harcourt and abuja. Above all, i think jos will be great for raising ur kids given the respectful and calm demeanor of the city's populace.
The bolded is the reason why i am looking at settling down in Jos in the nearer future..I have spent 10 years working in Lagos and I am tired of the hustling and bustle of the city life.I see myself settling down in a calm and quiet state like Jos; While I start & establish my farm business there..Then, visit friends and family in Lagos ,Abuja and PH from time to time. Peace and quiet is what I really need.

The middle belt cannot revolt against their leaders ..I don’t know about them .As for the southerners ,we are already waking up bit by bit and if this insecurity continues beyond what we can bear, then I see it gaining momentum & support from others that have been sitting on the fence.
Leave the middle belt alone. They will never join hands together to protest .
.They have suffered even more than the south and I am surprised they are just looking on and waiting for the Fulanis to come & finish them off from where they stopped .

Politics › Govt Should Deal With Terrorists Killing Fulani Herders In South-east –miyetti A by omoharry(op): 2:04pm On Apr 29, 2021
One of the umbrella bodies of herdsmen in Nigeria, the Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, has urged security agencies to deal with “terrorists killing” Fulani herders in the South-East.
Spokesman for the group, Saleh Alhassan, spoke on Thursday in an exclusive interview with.

He was reacting to the killing of one of the commanders of Indigenous People of Biafra gunned down by security operatives last Saturday.

had earlier reported that police operatives and their counterparts from the Nigerian Army and Department of State Services killed an IPOB leader, one Commander Ikonso and six other militia members in Imo State.
IPOB men, who were members of the secessionist group’s security arm, the Eastern Security Network, were killed during an early morning raid on their hideout at Awomama village, Oru East Local Government Area of the state last week.

IPOB has since threatened “madness”, saying the Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma, will “pay dearly” for the killing of its commander.

But speaking with on Thursday, the Miyetti Allah spokesman lauded the security agencies, adding that they should “intensify efforts” in dealing with all terrorist elements in the country.

He said, “The security agencies should intensify efforts in dealing with all those terrorists killing Fulani herders, burning police stations, prisons and destroying institutions in the South-East.”

Alhassan said at least 50 herders have been killed in the South-East in the last one month, adding that his group would avenge the death of those members.

He said, “So far, more than 50 herders have been killed in the South-East in the last one month, we have the record and the Igbo terrorists led by Nnamdi Kanu will pay for everybody they killed.

“It is unfortunate that they have forgotten history, how we saved a lot of Igbos in the North during the Civil War but now they are killing our people. They are making a grievous mistake. We will take necessary steps both legal and cultural steps to avenge the killings of our members.”

The regime of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), outlawed IPOB in September 2017 and declared that the activities of the group constituted an act of terrorism and illegality.

They are killed by ipobs
So it can be very painful when Fulanis are killed in a reprisals attacks abi?. I don’t support killings of any kind.Especially when it involve women and children but the Fulanis must know that nobody has monopoly of violence .They always been killing innocent farmers ,including women and children and all the Fulanis nation wide will keep quiet as if these people they are killing are animals .
The security will not do anything but would rather be mobilized by the Fed govt to protect these evil killers against a reprisal attack .
These killings by the Fulanis have to stop and you should use this energy to talk to them online to condemn all kind of unprovoked killings by their kinsmen . They are everywhere, doing what they know best in doing ..Grazing their cows into peoples farms , raping , maiming and killing innocent people, if they are challenged .
How can the whole nation be complaining about one ethnic group ? Are they the only people whose kin has ever occupied Aso Rock ?
