11 And so since everything around us is going to melt away, what holy, godly lives we should be living!

12 You should look forward to that day and hurry it along—the day when God will set the heavens on fire, and the heavenly bodies will melt and disappear in flames.

13 But we are looking forward to God’s promise of new heavens and a new earth afterwards, where there will be only goodness.[a]

14 Dear friends, while you are waiting for these things to happen and for him to come, try hard to live without sinning; and be at peace with everyone so that he will be pleased with you when he returns.

15-16 And remember why he is waiting. He is giving us time to get his message of salvation out to others

Many people believed that being a member of church qualifies them for heaven.
My qyestion is Is going to church a guarantee of making heaven?

No! Being born again is.

But the Church is essentially family of God of which you are a member. Unfortunately a portion of what is called Church doesn't belong to Jesus especially today.

Nonetheless we are encouraged not to abandon gathering together especially as the day of Christ's return draws near.

Thank God Jesus didn't establish any religion.

Christianity as you discover in the Bible is not, has never been and will never be a religion.

Religion deceives, steals, destroys and kills. That's how it has ever been since Cain killed his brother, Abel till date and till Jesus returns to establish the authentic New Planetary Order in orchestra with Heaven.

The wages of sin is death but the GIFT of God is eternal life. You can't earn it. Your good deeds and religious piety can't secure your Salvation. Jesus paid in full for you when He died for you.

Believe now and be saved before physical death comes and leads to eternal death.

End times signs about the Church. Will get worse. Jesus asked in Luke 18:8 ..............when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

He talked about the love of His people waxing cold and being lukewarm. He will revive / purge His Church before He returns with the fire of the great tribulation.

It will get worse actually. End times.

They know that Jesus is forgiving and Christians are gentle as a dove. That's why. Let them try cracking joke about ......then they will know the difference.

The jokes do nothing to Jesus, His Church and people. They don't bother me. I just ignore. They need prayers that their eyes be opened and surrender their lives to Him.
