honestly you are 100 % right. The purpose of keeping dogs especially all this foreign dogs is. Not clear to me. If arm robbers enter the house their first target is that dogs and they will bring them down. A dog sometimes ago have keilled its owner in Lagos before. Also a case like this last year where dog ate one small girl skull in lagos. I left where I was leaving two month ago because of the noise and smell from the dogs in my compound. To sleep na wahala. There was a day one pursue me when I wanted to fetch water very close to their cage unknowingly that one of the dogs is outside. Our government should try to give a law that will control the use of dogs in the public. Especially bringing them to the public.

1. Cleansing of the Police Force by flushing all the bad and corrupt ones

3. Equipping the force by installing video & audio cameras on their patrol vans to record their daily activities, modernized weapons and also a total ban of the Black Uniform
4. Lastly freedom of civilians to record video or audio conversations with any member of the Police force, mostly at check points..

why I supported all your ideas,I will only add the one I have been thinking over a long period of time that will be useful in reforming police. The background of all police officers especially the one that will be recruited in some month or years time should be thoroughly checked. Imagine. Somebody that will be given gun as a police and such a person is a criminal on his own.what do we think will happen to the gun given to him? He will use it to rob or higher it out to his colleague for a better returns.If police is not well sanitize before increasing or do any tangible things for them,everything is just a waste. Majority of them believe in 20 naira or other bribe than the salary. What government should do is to trace their address or make sure that a religion clerics sign their form or a community head.

Ebonyi is mentioned among rice producing state. Ebonyi is also producing salt but salt is not mentioned at all. Ebonyi also have granite coal which I know very well but is not also mentioned so don't expect Op to mentioned everything. But in term of agrarian you mentioned ebonyi is not part of them. I know ebonyi very very well including there villages. Most of the foods included in the list is imported from cross rivers to ebonyi. That's is why food items are costly in ebonyi. If you ask the sellers,you will be told that they are bringing banana from cross rivers state including pineapples. The banana I bought yesterday,may be like ten pieces cost me 200 naira and not that big.

my friend there is no need to rain curse on someone because of his own thinking. Will never support a government that could not pay salary because I'm also a civil servant. 7. Any pastor or Imam involved should also be jailed for life. This set of people take advantage of young girls in the name of help or performing miracles. Their own case should be treated separate.

. Partially am not supporting the fact that refinery that is working is the hand work of Jonathan. The reason is that, a lot of money has been spent on refinery over the years without any achievement. This does not only peculiar to Jonathan regime,Obasanjo inclusive. Had it been Jonathan is still the president of Nigeria up till this moment, our refinery will still remain where it was because nobody to monitor their activities. Just like power, how much billions have been spent on power in this country, They will just not allow it to work because because of corruption not that they don't know what to do.
