Yes this is true as many of the construction companies and quarries workers have lost their job due to delay in appointing ministers and lack of states government to embark on road construction and building construction. I know many that lost their job. Because most of the companies have close down their operation until everything is getting better. But my concern is if federal govt is not awarding due to delay in appointment of ministers what happen to the state govt after receiving their allocations and normal internal generated revenue? If the state govt have embark on project of different kind majority of workers will not loose their job.

To be sincere with you the two jobs are good. But I will advice you to go with federal university job as a non teaching staff. The benefits are are far better than federal ministry of works. Federal university pays with CONTISS which is far better than what federal ministry pays. If you want to continue your study,you will pay half of your school fees as a staff of the university. When your children get admission you will be paying half of the school fees and some other benefit you might not know for now. Also, if you are interested in lecturing you can easily cross than someone from outside. Just my advice.

They are still in existence. I know the case of imo state but I can't talk of other igbo speaking state. The most annoying thing there is that,they are being rejected at this modernize age. As a copper serving in owerri local government then, I saw one beautiful lady in that village on Eke(market) day,I so admire the girl. So I told one guy from that village that I'm well close with that I like the girl. The guy told me that, who will marry her apart from her people or yoruba from outside that he's Osu. honestly you are 100 % right. The purpose of keeping dogs especially all this foreign dogs is. Not clear to me. If arm robbers enter the house their first target is that dogs and they will bring them down. A dog sometimes ago have keilled its owner in Lagos before. Also a case like this last year where dog ate one small girl skull in lagos. I left where I was leaving two month ago because of the noise and smell from the dogs in my compound. To sleep na wahala. Do you mind them? Majority of them don't even know there Bible or don't read before making comment. What about many of muslim that converted to christainity without any attack from the muslim. 1. Cleansing of the Police Force by flushing all the bad and corrupt ones

3. Equipping the force by installing video & audio cameras on their patrol vans to record their daily activities, modernized weapons and also a total ban of the Black Uniform
4. Lastly freedom of civilians to record video or audio conversations with any member of the Police force, mostly at check points..

why I supported all your ideas,I will only add the one I have been thinking over a long period of time that will be useful in reforming police. The background of all police officers especially the one that will be recruited in some month or years time should be thoroughly checked. Imagine. Somebody that will be given gun as a police and such a person is a criminal on his own.what do we think will happen to the gun given to him? He will use it to rob or higher it out to his colleague for a better returns.If police is not well sanitize before increasing or do any tangible things for them,everything is just a waste. Majority of them believe in 20 naira or other bribe than the salary. What government should do is to trace their address or make sure that a religion clerics sign their form or a community head.

OP you need to do more research.

Ebonyi is mentioned among rice producing state. Ebonyi is also producing salt but salt is not mentioned at all. Ebonyi also have granite coal which I know very well but is not also mentioned so don't expect Op to mentioned everything. But in term of agrarian you mentioned ebonyi is not part of them. I know ebonyi very very well including there villages. Most of the foods included in the list is imported from cross rivers to ebonyi. That's is why food items are costly in ebonyi. If you ask the sellers,you will be told that they are bringing banana from cross rivers state including pineapples. The banana I bought yesterday,may be like ten pieces cost me 200 naira and not that big.

my friend there is no need to rain curse on someone because of his own thinking. Will never support a government that could not pay salary because I'm also a civil servant. But there is something behind this news. It is not possible for a govt to pay 50 naira,Hahaaa! It is likely to be error from pay office or bank. It may also be that, the man obtain loan from bank and immediately the money enters the bank will instantly deduct their money and left a change for the owner. . Partially am not supporting the fact that refinery that is working is the hand work of Jonathan. The reason is that, a lot of money has been spent on refinery over the years without any achievement. This does not only peculiar to Jonathan regime,Obasanjo inclusive. Had it been Jonathan is still the president of Nigeria up till this moment, our refinery will still remain where it was because nobody to monitor their activities. Just like power, how much billions have been spent on power in this country, They will just not allow it to work because because of corruption not that they don't know what to do.
