I am a civil servant and I knew how we are being paid 75% of salary in 2014 while the federal government also announced that they are borrowing to pay salary . Almost all the states were unable to pay salary then and u think the economy was good then. Mention infrastructures done by previous government despite the high oil prices of 140dollar per barrel . Buari fumbled but we can still mention numbers of roads including second Niger bridge he just constructed not mention rail and others . in conclusion ,none of them deserves to be praised .

you are right but is not like this in real life. To borrow just 5k from a friend or family nowadays is another story o. When somebody is in serious need of money and u can't get it from a friend ,honestly u will borrow from loan shark . I have this experience before when there is no any food at home for the family . I borrowed and when it is time to pay I only defaulted for 2 days andi have paid 4 k out of 6k . I told the guy that called that they should give me like 2 days to get the remaining balance . By evening people started calling me that they received a message from this stupid loan shark just because of 2k balance . As u can see that their problem is too complex .

Channels tv should have invited another lawyer along with Keyamo to expantiate on all the legal jargons Keyamo was spewing.

I don't want to be emotional and sentimental about his explanation because I know that law and common sense sometimes do not align.

We need lawyers to either corroborate or counter Keyamo's explanations.

For instance;

*Is it true that fine and forfeiture are not the same in law?
*Is it true that Tinubu's accounts were the ones sued but not the man Tinubu? ( This does not make sense in logic but I don't know about in legality)
*Is it true that accounts can be sued but not the person who owns the account.?
*Is it true that Tinubu was not a defendant in the case? And if so that does not indict him?

you are the best brain here since I have been reading comment . Many of our them just like saying rubbish to show their hate to the person they don't like . I'm not a lawyer but I tried to check through google if such case happen in law and I discovered that there are 3 tyoe s of forfeitures 1 criminal 2 civil 3 administrative .
In my own submission ,what about somebody who stand as a surety for a criminal and the criminal run away . can't they use his property has a civil forfeiture ? Many things like this may happen which is beyond our ordinary imagination .

The community should report the case to National environmental standards and regulations enforcement agency ( NESREA) . they are in better position to respond and FRSC should help by giving the details of the accident truck

Good morning to you all. Sometimes ago the federal governor of Nigeria cracked down on some illegal loan shark terrorising Nigeria loan defaulters by calling them names or labelling them as criminal for not paying back their loan on time. Just yesterday I received a message from this loan shark called FUNDY loan app with picture of a person I know but not closed . They sent a message calling him a criminal and a wanted person possibly to all his contact number . How on earth will a loan shark be calling somebody a criminal and wanted without court consent . This there attitude should be addressed by Federal government . When asked one of this loan defaulter while he has not pay their money . He said he has paid but remain 2k of defaulting loan interest . The time he wanted to pay on the deadline day ,their app account could not accept the payment and later he was asked to pay through manual possibly by pos. Now 2k was added within 2 or 3 days .So whose fault is that .
Please we need quick intervention of government to stop all this loan shark to avoid negative impact that might happen to those implicating their names

because you are seeing naira in the market does not mean is not scarce . there i s what we call creation of money . The money release to the market by CBN must come back to CBN . Those money keeping will make CBN to print money constantly and it lead to inflation because of cost of printing . you will soon see them approaching bank to change lodge their cash for a new one.
