caracas: You clearly don’t understand business madam So if you are in their shoes n you hear that dollar has appreciated you will immediately reduce the prices of your goods?Or you hear that dollar has appreciated n you leave the prices of your goods the way it is? If your answer is yes then you really need to answer the simple question. WHY ARE YOU IN BUSINESS?
You Nigerians are just greedy! SIMPLE. And this is the most religious country in the world . , they keep blaming Tinubu and Buhari whereas they are the PROBLEM. NIGERIANS IS THE PROBLEM OF NIGERIA FORGET ABOUT GOVERNMENT!!!!!!!
Angelfrost: Sigh... Wetin really concern you Nigerians with Israel, Palestine, and Iran?!! Like seriously.
Some of you are even more knowledgeable on happenings in the Middle East, Europe, and America than the retrogression happening in the 3rd world country y'all reside in.
Which kain mentality be that, haba?!!
I use to think only Muslims have this die hard extreme religious views but this Palestine and Israel war have convinced me beyond reasonable doubt that the adherent of the two religions are bunch of savages.
franchasofficia: Listen young brats, when it comes to wealth distribution, Igbos carry first in Nigeria.
Let me break it down for you to understand.
If we put Hausa-Fulani population as 100million, out of that 100million, 2 are dollar billionaires, 100 dollar millionaires, 10,000 are dollar thousandnaires, 1million Naira millionaires and the rest are poor as in extremely poor.
If we put Yoruba population as 55million, out of that 55million, 3 are dollar billionaires, 150 dollar millionaires, 200,000 are dollar thousandnaires, 5million are Naira millionaires and the rest are poor and average.
Now if we put Igbo population as 52million, out of that 52million, none are dollar billionaires according to Forbes rating, 1,000 are dollar millionaires, 5million are dollar thousandnaires, 19million are Naira millionaires and the rest are poor and average.
This is the difference between Igbo, Yoruba and Hausa-Fulani wealth in Nigeria.
Due to federal politics controlled by Hausa-Fulanis and Yorubas for decades since the end of civil war in 1970, more Hausa-Fulanis and Yorubas are dollar billionaires because of the federal government favor they enjoy having their tribesmen in federal government authorities in Nigeria, but when it comes to wealth distribution, Igbos carry first because of their small and medium scale business orientation and the "nwa-boi" system in Igbo culture that makes the successful Igbo businessmen to pickup poor boys from Igbo rural communities to train and make them successful business owners over some years.
Another thing that make Igbos to have a deeper wealth distribution more than other Nigerian tribes is their love for traveling around, it makes them spread across all Nigerian regions and continents of the world spotting new and rare opportunities of survival before others, which gives them an upper hand financially and economically when it comes to being financially average/above poverty line.
This is the reality but as a kid you are, you can argue blindly.
GistMedia0: Bobrisky, made a grand entrance to a public event, leaving onlookers in awe. The self-proclaimed "Mummy of Lagos" was met with cheers and chants of adoration as fans gathered to catch a glimpse of the renowned personality.
Dressed in a stunning ensemble that commanded attention, Bobrisky's arrival was nothing short of spectacular. The event, which drew a large crowd, came to a halt as all eyes turned to the vibrant personality, known for breaking barriers and pushing boundaries.
chidi4sam: Australia pays the highest wage when compared with UK, Canada, US(in some companies) with minimum tax rate. In June this year, there is going to be a new minimum wage to be implemented with lesser tax rate. You can verify this on Google if you wish.
💯 Everyone with phone connected to Internet know this.
VAPatrick: Just a quick clarification. There are no menial jobs in developed countries. Every job you do is valued and oyibo will never look down on you based on the job you do. For this reason, a manager in Naija will not have any problem taking up a cleaner job. Besides, there is no huge disparity in pay like we have in Nigeria. Unlike Naija companies where managers earn hundreds of thousands and cleaners 15K, here if I work as a cleaner and earn $2k monthly, a manager in my company can’t earn more than 4K. He will pay more tax than me and will not enjoy some benefits I get as a low income earner. If you’ve been to a developed country then you’ll understand how shitty Nigeria is.
noble2faith: Baba, it happened in South Africa few years ago. Though he did not bring his dick out, he only asked the expectant mothers to grip his erected manhood, visible from his trousers.
Those mumu women too were fighting over it
Bro , i no fit laugh abeg.. Religion is truly the opium of the masses
TOPMAN4LIFE: It's true, it's Islam Fulanis are using to scam and keep Hausas under them. The same Islam religion, Fulanis are using to scam Yorubas in Ilorin till today They prefer religion over their tribes now
The gullibility of Africans is second to none in the whole of the world; first of its kind.
I have seen a lot: both online and offline. 1. Pastor farting on the faces on his member as form of healing 2. Pastor asking expectant mothers to touch his dick if they want to be pregnant 3. Pastor asking members lie down as he walked on them 4. Pastor slamming members down like WWE all in the name of healing, to mention but a few.
Kingson28: North has population power, a great and sole factor in winning elections under democracy. As long as Southern Nigerians continue to abort their foetuses and decide to have only one or two kids per couple, you will continue to be slaves and second class citizens in your own country. It is as simple as that. Keep fornicating around, you hear? Keep aborting the babies. The consequence is political servitude under Northern religious bigots and barbarians. The ball is in your court.
Testiebobo: We are all surviving, we are not living in this countrrrrry. Congratulations! To myself because I guess I will have to scrape away lunch for a while until this tribulation is over. Afterall, 1 cup of garri is N300 in my area without groundnut and sugar calculations. What about you?
pansophist: When people say there is enjoyment in nigeria, it's about the communality, food, being the default, lack of civic responsibilitiee, and "freedom in chaos" such as hook up, bribery, abusing others ( eg sales girl, house boy) etc
Apart from these, I don't know exactly how Nigeria is fun. If one have adapted to their new home, it's far better fun than what's obtainable in naija
How can you enjoy a place with no light, dirty beaches that's not free, no free museum, architecture, library, etc?
And a preventable situation such as bad roads, dumb police officers and bad medical care can kill you in an instant?
Also, your money can only go far in a functioning society. It takes me about 20euros to fly from Amsterdam to the Spanish islands in Africa (Gran Canaria) , but can same amount take you from Lagos to Abuja by flight?
If I dump you in the desert with a million usd suitcase, your money becomee useless, just because the desert can't convert your cash to value.
It's the same thing with being wealthy in Nigeria. Hopefully the drugs you bought for headache is not fake. Imagine paying for your death.
So no, there is no enjoyment in a dysfunctional system. Just that human natures will adapt to bad situations and create fun in it. Just as the kids in the ghetto are having fun, but it's not good life.
SmartPolician: 7. All hotels are to allow people who come in from the explosion site and around it. The state government will settle them.
So these hoteliers expect the government to pay them?
The day someone I know in America experienced something like this, she told me that hotels in that area volunteered to lodge and feed them free of charge... nobody was going to pay them a dime.
She also experienced a shooter opening fire at shoppers at Walmart, Dallas. Motorists pulled over to drive people to their homes, while residents took shoppers (people they don't know) into their homes, giving them food and helping them calm down.
On the other hand, in Nigéria, I have witnessed a situation where a luxury bus had an accident around 5.30am and passengers died in their numbers. Passers-by were searching the victims and obtaining them.
Brothers and sisters, this life isn't about hypocritically going to church and mosque, or reading the Qur'an and Bible every day....we need to genuinely have some humanity in us...
I want to give you 100 likes but i can only give you one.
