I think there should be a special fund for Lagos Island as a whole redevelopment as we have in the north west, that area really special attention from overcrowding as well as the Senate bill granting Lagos as a whole a special recognition as suggested by Remi Tinubu before Bukola Saraki and the northerners rejected the bill.
