Intelligent people (You are not one of them) will continue to question this contrived loyalty to Ojukwu, knowing fully well that, in life Ojukwu did not even command the loyalty of the people of Nnewi.
You deem yourself intelligent? shocked shocked  I laugh in yoruba.

The highlighted is that of your opinion, you can question it as much as you like,  the reality will still remain intact whether you want to accept it or not. You cannot force your opinion on others just to satisfy your bigotry.

Somebody is riled up already! So riled up you sound like a complete idi.iot. It is apparent we don't operate on the same level. Does it matter whether you admire him or not? I shouldn't comment on him because you admire him? LMAO  grin grin grin grin grin Ignorance is bliss.
We know you are ignorant, I'm glad you know you are ignorant as well, you do not have to explain why you like displaying your ignorance.  It's none of my concern.

Since you are too d.aft to get this simple logic, I suppose I can explain it to you. You reservation (whatever that is) stops on why Igbo admire Ojukwu. The amount of admiration, whether the admiration exists or not is not of your concern; Ezeuche respecting and loving him like a father is yet again not of your concern. All it speaks of your character is an envious miserable, pathetic pikin. Like someone said, if the admiration is hurting you so bad, do yourself the favor and go hug a transformer. To hear, your entire post on nairaland is about Igbo just shows more and more how miserable your life must be. I pity you dearly.
PoliticsRe: Can We Have Eze Ndi Igbo Nairaland? by OneNaira6: 5:14pm On Dec 04, 2011

Some of you argues as if you've never set foot on Nigeria. In case both of you are living abroad, elections in Nigeria are marred by malpractices. Elections here does not reflect the will of the masses. I witnessed the effect of Ojukwu's influence 1st hand in Anambra last yr. During the campaign, Gov Peter Obi received Ikemba's endorsement. We dismissed Ikemba's endorsement of Peter Obi as a fluke. But, alas! the effect of his endorsement manifested on the election day. Really, Ikemba is very popular among Igbos. Slowpokes like Peter Obi never miss an opportunity to milk on that popularity

Are you people born stupi.d or is it an acquired taste? If you bring it to Nairaland, I reserve the right to comment on it or not. This is why Nairaland was created, not an enclave where ibo bigots can create no go areas for themselves.
There is only one way of preventing me from posting on "igbo topics" (whatever that means) STOP POSTING THEM.
You just proved my point. You must have a very worthless miserable life. You reserve a right to comment on who others admire? What kind of rubbish is that?  On top of that, you aren't even arguing on the concept of what he did to deserve that admiration but more on how much we actually admire Igbo. The amount of bigotry some yoruba display on this website is an eye opener.

Carry on with your worthless pathetic life, I've seen all I needed to see.

Oya continue!!!

If your argument holds true, then your own life must be worthless to even register on Nairaland. We are all here to make our views known, not everyone will agree with you, fine. But then, we are not Cool Aid drinking zombies.
Did this make sense to you at all?  grin grin Educated fool is the right description for you.

If Ndi-igbo decided to name a man, a great hero, our leader, how is that your business? even if we decide to name a cat our hero is that your business?  Are you Igbo? Will it affect you in anyway?  It's irrelevant in your life or your people's life so why are you in every single Ojukwu thread arguing and trying to force people to accept your ignorant biased opinion?  I understand arguing in a thread talking about ojukwu impact on Nigeria but to argue on how much Igbo love him, why we love him or how we love him is pathetic. You must have a very miserable, worthless life.

Why is there a Yoruba on this thread arguing?  Ojukwu is loved by Igbo, we hold him dear, how is that una's headache?

Na wa oh I pity some people, your life must be worthless to worry so much on who or what another group love or do not love.

1stCitizen:
Please spare us all the " his people loved him" nonsense.

Did Ojukwu love his people?- YES!
Did his people love him?- No

Lets be objective and remove sentiments. If he was loved, the likes of Edwin Onwudiwe will not join hands with those criminals in PDP NPN to rig him out of the senate race.

If his people love him thesame way he loved them. He would have been the King maker in Igbo politics rather PDP score more votes in eastern Nigeria.

If his people loved him, APGA would be running a one party system in Eastern Nigeria. Please spare us the hypocrisy.

I admire him for standing up for what is right although I have my reservations on the way he planned, executed and finally concluded his convictions. By Nigerian standards he was a better leader than most of the crop of leaders we have in Nigeria but was betrayed by his people.
grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin I think you have too much faith on Nigerian politics.  How many times have election been rigged in that country?

Apart from ibos in delta state no other place do they exist in south south for it was the evil genius who did what he knows best. Abia and Imo states are not south south tho having some oil reserves. Check for similarities amongst your numerous clans.

Ezeuche and Igbo boy are from River state. Just a thought for ignorant mind like yours to process.

Lie lie wan start, why must they not be satisfied in their own land? Leave mid west and south south alone. Is it by force?
Why must kids talk when adults conversant eeh. I am from the South-South and I'm Igbo, what do you have to say now eeh? There are Igbo communities scattered all over south-south and midwest, na by force to take people away from their hometown just to satisfy your bigotry. The OP didnot even mention land but culture, haba must you all talk.

Hmm what's new? Nigerians assigning their terrible image yet again on Igbo.  First it was an Igbo involved in the bomb making, now this.  What's next? An Igbo man bombed Abuja.  So predictable, the same occurrence happened with 419 until EFCC brought out the list and showed who the real culprits were, the same happened with the development of Nigeria until Nigeria brought out their facts, why should I be surprised with this news. I wonder what took them so long with Boko Haram.

what expiring date do you ibos talk about, sore losers much and just few months ago you wanted a ibo president now that it is not happening you want nigeria to fail, you have to be slapped  angry
nigeria will not expire, lets work on interests of the country, and not interests of tribes
Aboki Mechionu gi. The same expiring date USA specified on Nigeria. Nigeria is already a failed state. What joy would we get in hoping for a failed nation to fail.

Take a look at Nigeria, what is good about that nation?

Who cares as if Igbo or Ojukwu asked for a state burial. If Ojukwu was alive, he would have rejected the idea himself.  Read his will, he did not want to be buried in Nigeria.

Lets thank the Senate, Dalu senate!Nigeria expired date just decreased to maybe 2-3 years more. grin grin grin grin grin grin
