Thanks bro. I was posted to Ondo for my nysc. I'm paraplegic,I make use of wheelchair for my daily chores. Guys think I should not camp but I want to because its just 21days and I spent 4yrs in Uni which to me is more stressful so,I will cope.

I need your advice on the above. Also, would I be able to convince the officials for my PPA to Ondo town where I have a place to stay and how is th camp generally? Tnx

As per the camp activities! Try and join these groups cos they are of great help... I was helped because of my versatility! I was the football captain for platoon 9, i was the drummer for platoon 9 cultural group and during the interplatoon cultural dance competition(majorly hosted to select the people that will represent ikare akoko cultural group) i was selected. I was the only person selected from platoon 9 to join others from other platoons. We were now 14 in number. We were the ones that represented ikare akoko camp and we were the ones that dance for the Director General of NYSC when he came. He gave us #20,000. So after the dance the coordinator asked us if there is anyone amongst us that doesn't like to be posted to Akure... Nobody talked, and we all found ourselves posted to Akure. So it helps! Even here in Akure, our CDS group is Cultural dance. So i wish you guys best of luck as i have contributed my little quota!

Alright. Thanks. I got friends that applied last year but were not called for the interview (second round). What do you think was the problem? What do they required in the application process? Those friends of mine applied in the entrepreneurship and civil leadership categories but non of them was called.

Seriously,I don't know their modus operandi. That was my second time of applying before I was shortlisted. We just have to keep on trying,hope for the best and prepare for the worse.

Yes. I fell under entrepreneurship category.

From my own interview,I was asked the source of funds in carrying out my projects and how much I bought each equipment distributed. I fumbled,my expenditure was far higher than my capital. Is that possible.? NO. You can see I wasn't prepared enough or I lied.

Just be prepared,that's all. Its not a do or die affiar but an experience that would help and guide one in future endeavours.
