I'm laughing at thieves waiting for abandoned property. Let everyone pray that Nigeria weathers this storm. Infact I'm almost certain that Nigeria will. JONA till 2019! ![]() |
^^ Na only you go like am with your other ids. Atulu ugwu. |
muktarl: tell that to the beds of the sky. if you have ever been to anambra you will understand what we are crying about. mansions covered all over the place. where did they get the money? where did minister of aviation get money to be building this big hotel in awka? where did he get the money. he is about to use 50 billon dollar to buy aroplane for Nigeria airway. we are mornitoring all of you and the mansions they are building. i will release more infoNa your money? How much does your people contribute to Nigeria's coffers? |
Each time I try to convince myself that Nigeria is one, some oaf reminds me that it is not. What do these people want from us for heaven's sake? Honestly people who reason like this OP MUST NEVER AGAIN be allowed to rule Nigeria. |
Rhino.5dm:My friend stop shouting in CAPS. It magnifies your idiocy. |
I can't wait to see massive weeping and gnashing of teeth when GEJ cruises to his second term jejely till 2019. Bunch of haters. If they don't like it, we shall dust up Nigeria's amalgamation charter. We know how Nigeria was before 1914, and it will all happen exactly 100 years since founding. But I bet you these whiners will simply tuck their tails between their legs and go sit somewhere quietly licking their wounds after the next "whooping" at the polls. lmao. |
Nightshift: There have have always been conservatives and liberals in Igboland. For example, the notorious 'OSU' culture is not Igboversal. The liberal villages abhorred and rejected such. Igboland is republican culturally. You aren't my Eze, and will never be one. You can take your northern feudal northern import to elsewhere. The divide and rule system of autonomous communities first introduced by Mbakwe's government will be history whenever Igboland is independent. So, your definition of conservatism and liberalism begins and ends with OSU caste system? Hmm I see. Nwanne OSU caste system is a RELIGIOUS system and has NOTHING with politics. Those who observe it do so for fear of some alusi retribution. Let's always speak the truth rather than trying to score cheap points. You contradict yourself when you apparently support the notion of abolition of proliferated autonomous communities in Igboland. If you hate them, why then do you support zoning of important offices based on towns and senatorial zones? Are we not all Ndigbo again? Be consistent with your logic. BTW I did not make myself Eze, and my opinions are not supported by all Ndigbo. So sleep well at night. ![]() |
solomon111: I will rather get SU-30.But they are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better, and worth every red cent. |
solomon111: One thing you should note is that the Nigerian military is very secretive.Olboy this your "Nigerian military is very secretive" is an old excuse for having a poorly equipped military. I've been hearing it from my high school days! lol No one would deny when a long range missile is tested. FACT. No one would deny when a rocket carrying vital intelligence gadgets is put into space from Nigerian territory. No one would deny when a submarine participates in Nigeria naval maneuvers. I hope you get the point. |
ShyM-X:Apart from the subs and the S300s the rest of the arms are pretty much useless in modern warfare. You should first find out which aircraft the Algerians are flying. Give me 10 F-15s and take 1000 African airforce grade aircrafts made up of mainly old Russian garbage planes. |
Nightshift: A neo - conservative sounding more liberal than i. What happened to your 'Eze Ndigbo Nairaland' tag? I was wandering if you are more of an 'Ochanja Onitsha' man than an educated Igboman who lives in the west.We have no conservatives and liberals in Igboland. We simply have NDIGBO, and we are all equal and shall remain equal till the end of time. All these attempts to import laziness and excuses culture into Igboland won't work. We abhor laziness masked as zoning. If anyone contests elections and fails, well, he should try again next time. I am still your Eze BTW. ![]() |
solomon111: Nigeria has made tremendous progress in the past 10years.Good. Very good! Two things are going for Nigeria in this local innovation idea -YOUTH and MONEY. We have some smart kids in that country, and we have disposable money that should go into these, if you doubt me, ask Egypt! These don't cost more than our politicians are wasting on their girlfriends. They should also seriously go into "anti" systems, basically anti-anything. That is the future. A day would come when the world would need to rid itself of all offensive weapons. Such a company would make a killing then, |
armyofone: why is he the only one hoping? take a closer look at all the mean and unsmiling faces around him, hope_less.If we really tell ourselves the truth we would remember that in advanced countries, these are NOT made by solely government owned outfits. These are PRIVATE SECTOR driven. That Nigeria is not meeting her potential yet is because private businesses in Nigeria are LAZY and want short cuts and quick money, all of which never produce innovation. Look at Innoson for example; I bet you he is more successful already than PAN Nigeria. He will go places soon. The sooner we have local PRIVATE companies going into arms production, the better for Nigeria. |
BTW hundreds of millions of dollars should be going into these types of R&D yearly if Nigeria wants to catch up. |
armyofone:One look at the face of this young Airforce engineer's face and I see hope. He is as excited as he should be to be building stuff like this. The future is bright! |
lotannam: The good people of Anamabra has chosen on their own to elect the next governor of the state from the north senatorial zone , it's not zoning in the strict sense of it but a deliberate step to ensure equity and natural justices and inculsivness in the affairs and leadership of the state. So who has been oppressing who in Anambra state politics-wise? Unu abiagokwa ozo to introduce this victim mindset into a section of Igboland. The other day someone said that Nnewi folks "control business", it would not be good if they "also control politics", as if anyone is stopping another from trading and doing business. ![]() One then starts to wonder why we are complaining about Hausa/Fulani control of the center. When we say we want meritocracy at the center, what do we really mean? You cannot preach against something at the national level and then practice same thing locally. |
solomon111: Nigeria defeated by supporter of APC?Interesting stuff. |
BTW how would Oseloka Obaze handle Anambra LOCAL POLITICS? How would he cage the Uba brothers and other "hard heads" in Anambra state? Peter Obi was able to survive his first term because Ojukwu was alive and behind him. Who would save Obaze from the Anambra hawks? These are questions we should be asking, not just looking for a so called technocrat with soft head and zero grass root politicking experience. Soludo may fail because of the same reasons that I don't think Obaze would succeed. Again all Anambrarians should say a big fat NO to zoning. If we support zoning at state levels, then Ndigbo have no moral grounds to oppose it at the national levels. I believe we are the light of the nation and must act like that. |
In fact if Soludo does not stand a chance, then Ngige should win, APC or no APC. He is tried and tested. |
bestview: @ Mekaboy:Please who is this Oseloka Obaze? I hope to God that he is NOT another Peter Obi. Please I take God beg una. And BTW anybody talking about zoning Anambra seat of power is joking. We don't want zoning. May the best candidate win without imposition by the outgoing governor. Dalu nu. |
The fact remains that Nigeria has potential, REAL potential to be a GLOBAL power. Of course that can only happen when TRUE nationalists take over. The weapons in display here are embarrassing to say the least, but I believe in Nigeria's potential to quickly catch up and over take others when the right people take over leadership in Nigeria. Nigeria remains Africa's only true hope for real power and real defence of the African continent. |
Proxytalk: pics ivm trop at ekwueme square AwkaWao, great! |
