I am in the "show me" stage now in Nigeria.
That NASENI was formed many years ago (can't recall under which president), but has not produced a damn thing.
I still maintain that PRIVATE companies should be given GRANTS by the FG to do this.
Government agencies are full of inefficiencies both systemic and non-systemic.

The Enem "lineage" you mention as having been cheated by Nnofo is anachronistic to the facts of the matter. Nnofo had already taken over Otolo's "Obi" before all that. Enem was an absentee first son of Otolo, and was even absent during the burial of his own father. A typical example of what happened to Enem is what happened when "Dike ana agbalu izu" (of the Nwosu Eze odumegwu) died. His first two sons were AWOL and his THIRD son (a policeman) "Ofili" was propped up by his kinsmen to replace his father, and they gave him the title of "Oji ako na Obi" (there must always be an iroko tree standing in a powerful family compound). Igwe Kenneth Onyeneke Orizu III then gave him the title of "Ebube dike Nnewi". That is how Ezeodumegwu's legacy was rescued, rehabilitated and restored.

What you are doing is what I call fishing in the wrong waters.

What you have mixed up is how Ezeoguine took over power from the Ezeagha sons. (I shall comment more on this later if need be)

And for the last time, please get it into your tick skull: EZEOGUINE IS EZEAGHA's NEPHEW.

I will give you a little assignment. Find out who is Ezeoguine's father out of the sons of Udude (Nnofo's son).

I used to think they were ready, but careful analysis of historical facts is making me to have a rethink.

Eziokwu the fastest way for APGA to lose this election is to field this Oseloka Obaze guy. I do not know ALL about him, but I know Anambra state enough. We are too WISE to allow zoning in our dear state.

I see ALL LGAs in Anambra waiting and getting ready to support THE BEST candidate, NOT the ZONED candidate. Some of us are abandoning people from our parts of the state to support the best man -SOLUDO.

The PDP will fight to win Anambra this time.
Obaze is a NEW face and untested (as far as most Anambrarians are concerned), hence, the least qualified in this scenario. To be qualified on paper means nothing when reality sets in. Anambra is a unique "monster".
One thing I know about Peter Obi is that he gravitates towards PRAGMATISM most of the time; that is why he did not embark on HUGE infrastructural projects in Anambra in his 8 year rule. He always ensures the sustainability of projects before embarking upon them.

If this turns out true, then my prediction/analysis was spot on.
In politics, there is only one thing that matters -VICTORY AT THE POLLS, hence pragmatism always prevails.
If APGA is serious about winning in Anambra, it needs someone truly credible and tested, and I can't really see any other in APGA as of today. Soludo will bring along tested-leadership-at-the-highest-level kind of credibility to the government house at Awka.

All Anambrarians will join a Soludo train because we want the best for our dear state.

ACN could pose a threat in the South West. What do we do? Create an alternative platform and fund it. Result: Fasheun is drafted to convert OPC TO UPN. Yoruba youths haven't tasted oil money. Spoil them a little and they'll forget what Tinubu looks like.

And the bigger one which is a secret I don't mind revealing: Farmers. 15 million of them already in the database. A txt message would do the magic and they'll all be thumb-printing umbrella.


Its called startegising for victory. Hate it or love it, politics in Nigeria is played like this. If the opposition likes, let them keep talking about locking down the gates of Abuja with protests while the PDP is already smooth on its winning strategies.

This is the shocker that would weaken many opposition pundits.
Tinubu has no interest in Aso Rock. He will strike a deal with Jonathan that would see him go to the senate. Remi is just keeping the seat for him. He will work hard to ensure that the APC has a majority in the house. And he would seek to become Senate President. Its only those that don't know Tinubu that think he is interested in Aso Rock. The man doesn't fight battles he cannot win.

Everything you said is very apt and plausible, except the last bolded. Believe me PDP will NEVER, repeat NEVER allow an APC control of the senate or the house of reps. That is almost as bad as GEJ losing the presidential elections proper.
Those guys will impeach him within a year if that happens.Also remember that PDP wants to rule for 60 years, thanks to baba Iyabo. So PDP will do what PDP will do to win both executive and legislature in 2015.
BTW all your noted GEJ moves looks and feels like "Mr Fix it"(Anenih) strategies.

I'm happy that some folks have articulately discussed the issue of Federal funds which flowed freely (in the past, and still funds) to build key infrastructure in Lagos: IBB bridge (third mainland bridge) quickly comes to mind as a good example.
The other issue is tax money coming from rich and successful non-indigenes of Lagos who fund the government, only for poor people from their origin states to be sent packing.

In this life, chaos and anarchy is very easy to achieve, while sanity,order, justice and fairness are always very hard.
When this anarchy spreads to other parts of Nigeria, folks should remember who started it.

You check am, if he's so influential, powerful and rich how come we have never heard of him? His only recent source of livelihood as far as I know is as staff of chrome oil. Not technical partner, not co-owner but STAFF. Now he's running for governor looking to compete cash for cash with titans, that sounds like a sponsored candidate or a "godson" to me.

As for money, don't underrate Emeka Offor. Andy Ubah's wealth may be stupendous but its shadowy. The writer may have a reason for describing Walter Okeke as richer than Andy but we know the money he has must be what Offor make available to his war-chest.

That is why I asked you whether Emeka Offor is that much richer than Andy Uba, because Andy is ready to spend his last in this election to capture PDP ticket. Will Emeka Offor risk that much for a godson that can turn against him tomorrow (remember Ngige and Chris Uba)? That is the question.

APGA does not have many money bags (thank God for that! ), so the only thing that can make an APGA candidate win is popularity. Is there any candidate in APGA more popular than Soludo (assuming he is in APGA now and I don't see why he won't be, afterall PDP is closed to him)?

Soludo too is said to be ready to reconcile with his sister in-law, Prof Dora Akunyili, also a Catholic, to upstage the looming political volcano APGA being foisted by the elements in PDP. It was for this reason the former Central Bank chief recently dumped the PDP for APGA, just like Akunyili.

Nna are you sure about the bolded? I ji na aka nwanne? I agree with the Emeka Offor notoriety issue if that is true, but the way they portray this guy makes it look like he has already permeated all nooks and corners of Anambra.
I am a little happy about this Emeka Offor connection if that is true because then my candidate Soludo's chances increases. hehe.
But is Emeka offor that much richer than Andy Uba? Why then did they say that this Walter Okeke guy is miles ahead of Andy Uba? Am I missing something here?
