Which of the govt. agency approved the building plan? Where were they, when the foundation was laid, first floor was built, second, third and fourth floor was built? Only to come demolished it when completed. |

I entered a grocery store bought stuffs of almost #3000 naira paid and collected my change, then left the stuffs on the paid desk and started walking out of store..the woman had to call me back to come carry my stuffs... 4 Likes |
