Nobody says it's not needed. It is not compulsory depending on the situation inec found itself.
And whether electronically or not, if any fraud was present, Obi could have detected it with sound lawyers. There was no fraud.
And if any fraud was committed for Tinubu, far more was committed for Obi in southeast.
No politicians wey no dey rig.
Obi even rigged more in his strongholds scoring virtually all the votes.
Let him try again, Atiku has been trying since 2007, 16 years.
What situation did INEC find itself? You can't tell yourselves the simple truth that INEC deliberately disactivated the system for electronic transmission of vote results when it saw that APC which appointed INEC top officials was trailing far behind in the polls.
Tufiakwa. What a country.
In a normal country, the so called glitch in the system for electronic transmission of vote results should have necessitated the cancellation of the election. Tufiakwa once again. You have a president thrown up through a most fraudulent election process ever in modern history. Lame duck presidency.

When una go rest?
Obi no win
Because it's a Republic worse than a Zoo Republic. A former drug trafficking baron is president. Obi can't be.
Country spent millions of dollars to make Electoral Act and to acquire a system for electronic transmission of vote results, to make election transparent.

Someone who calls himself a judge rules that electronic transmission of vote results is not needed in Electoral process.
How else do you define a Zoo Republic?

These Obidients are just cowards; I thought they would have burnt down everywhere by now
So they all threatened the Judiciary for nothing?

Who do you think you can blackmail by writting all these rubbish from this judgment which even a sophomore law student can see is by a rented set of judges? Not the Obidients, of course. They are brighter and more patriotic than you your APC appointed judges.

MomohMrMoore:
This Obi and Obi supporters are really idiots. Tribunal has told them so. What makes them think Abuja voters are special voters? Votes in Abuja more important than any other states votes Absolute IDIOTS
The president doubles as governor of the FCT. That's why he's required to get 25% of votes in Abuja before proclaimed winner.
Continue with curses. You are cursing the framers of the constitution because of Jankara judges earlier appointed to office by the APC.
With Tinubu as president, you have more curses to render.
Already, APC has made you belong to the country described as official capital of the world.
Scramble for your kinsmen or religious faith to control the proceeds from crude oil in the Niger delta, that's why you scream and want a man like Tinubu with every skeleton in his cupboard as your president.

‐-----------------------------------

The use of "and" signifies a lot. Ask the English man.
One section of the
constitution says a presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in Abuja capital territory before declared winner.
Another section says Abuja should be treated like any other state in Nigeria in administration matters.

APC JANKARA JUDGES. THE HOLE YOU DIG WILL SWALLOW EVERYONE.

First, the president does not double as both the President and governor, instead the FCT Minister is the governor of FCT, but una no get sense to understand, as most of your are either voting for the first time, or are simply follow follow lazy frustrated youths.

You people are most roguish in misinterpretation of the constitution.
Politics › Re: Obi Failed To Specify How He Scored Majority Of Votes – Tribunal by onuman: 1:56pm On Sep 06, 2023
The judges who are supposedly learned judges will also rely on Obi to convince them that a presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in the FCT before declared winner.
Jankara Court. The sentence in the constitution of Nigeria with which the stipulation of 25% votes requirement in the FCT was written, does not require any further interpretation.
Politics › Re: Tribunal Strikes Out APM's Petition Against Tinubu, Gives Reasons by onuman:
Next?
Oya..
Let's see the next technicality to tell us that a presidential candidate does not have to win 25% of votes in the FCT before declared winner, even though the president doubles as governor of FCT.
Let's see the next technicality to justify throwing away the system for electronic transmission of vote results made for transparency in election; but go back to manual transmission of vote results; after spending billions of Naira on Electoral Act of 2022 and on purchase of system for electronic transmission of vote results.
The hole you dig will swallow everyone. Doesn't matter that Tinubu/APC influenced your appointments right from when they sacked CJ Oghenhen.

Blame your existence in this country on your miserable senseless fore father Azikwe and Ironsi
Azikiwe and Ironsi thought you were normal human beings and stuck to one Nigeria. If they had known that your lot are abnormal beings that you have shown lately, guess what they would have done then.
You may be living in normal country with normal people, the UK, where an Indian immigrant is PM. But you say Igbo will not be president of Nigeria. Nigeria invested billions to make for transparency in election but thwarted it after voters had cast their votes after an Igbo was seen to be leading in the polls. What an abnormal country - Nigeria.

Vultures. The judges must have informed you that they are giving it to your APC, before informing the public who pay their salaries. Judiciary on suicide.
Most important thing is that your children, grand children and great grand children, will inherit the rotten Nigeria you with APC are going to leave behind.
Buhari/Tinubu appointed the court judges right from after their ouster of CJ Oghenhen, in preparation for today.
Politics › Re: PEPT Judgment: Tinubu Believes He’ll Win At The Tribunal – Sam Amadi by onuman: 11:53am On Sep 06, 2023
Tinubu was aware that none of the judges will bite the fingers that fed him/her.
The appointments of most of today's higher court judges were influenced by Tinubu/APC.
APC started preparations for today right from when Buhari ousted CJN Sam Oghehen.
Good thing is that the grand and great grand children of today's judges will inherit the rot if they allow APC to continue to preside over Nigeria.

Waiting for your next logic on how a presidential candidate does not have to win 25% of votes before declared winner.
You don't have jurisdiction over anything. Because you are already prejudiced to have APC continue to take Nigeria back to the dark ages.
Good thing is that your children and grandchildren must inherit the rot you are living behind.

No country of saner people in the world will have a man with bad records as Tinubu for president.
I guess you will commit the S word if the Tribunal does not give it to your former drug trafficking baron and certificate forgery expert boss.
No country of saner people would invest billions of Naira on improving transparency in election but threw away the investment after voters had cast their votes. Nobody who is sane will say that a presidential candidate does not have to win 25% of votes in Abuja FCT before declared winner.

No Ohaneze is saying this nonsense.
Tinubu is a man no country of saner people will have as president given his past records.

Worse, Tinubu did not meet up with the constitutional requirements of 25% of votes in Abuja.

When Wole Soyinka referred to them as fascists the other day, they hounded him.

The last hope of Obi becoming president hangs on this PEPT and the SC. If he fails at the courts, that is the end. The aggressive Obidients, who harassed everyone who doesn't subscribe to the Messianic painting they gave to Obi, have put nail on the coffin of Obi's future presidential prospects. They attacked Wole Soyinka, Yorubas, Northerners, Charles Soludo, Buhari, Chicago State University, even the Governor of Illinois. Now, it's Mary Odilli. Haba! That's not the way to play politics in a culturally diverse society. They concocted all sorts of misinformation, half-truths, blatant falsehoods, propaganda and conspiracy theories just to ridicule other people.

Now the whole world is seeing you for what you really are.
That woman's husband, Peter Odili, had nobody to beat to become president of Nigeria in 2007, but the same persons of your mindset conspired at the last minute before the PDP primaries to stop Peter Odili. Yar'adua who had no intention to contest presidential election was fetched from his sick bed to become president of Nigeria.
