I think Nigeria rightly deserves the elevated Camera Surveillance systems actively used by the Chinese to monitor their population. Their citizens have a social credit scoring systems that rewards or penalizes them for anything done or said in the camera's public view Of course this would mean also investing a massive lot in Facial and Gesture/Pose Recognition Systems that can understand faces --as well as understand when faces are covered to trigger an alarm to the authorities of imminent danger in X or Y area for action.

Always stay ten steps of whatever sabotage the Abokis will throw at progress. Magnify the counter-terrorism strategies rather than feel overwhelmed by the Islamist hell-deserving terrorism.

While at it, let me remind you that folks like Ngozi Okonjo Iweala were allowed to serve as minister without NYSC certificate. Kemi Adeosun’s case was about forgery and not serving. Even the court ruled in her case that she doesn’t need the NYSC certificate to serve as minister.
