@ Poster Only ONE thing to do; SMOKE HIM |
Well, he fell for the US's plot to link Nigeria and terrorism. To me it doesn't matter if he did it or not. BUT I will never deny him as a brother and a fellow Nigerian. |
@German007 Thank you for your response. My preference is diesel engine right now. I do have a 1999 4Runner Limited i bought in August '09 and a 3 weeks old Infiniti (1999) - Not even registered, I'm ready to trade these two SUVs for any of the options I am requesting for. |
Still waiting |
I think the poster needs to go out there and research on the models and prices. I drive a BMW 2002 530, and the price is way off that rubbish he put up there. Even from Kotonou, the 2000 BMW 3 series "Coja" is 1.3M |
Urgent request for one of the following; 1. 00/01/02 Diesel BMW X5 2. 00/01/02 Diesel Toyota Landcruiser 3. 00/01/02 Diesel Range Rover - Buyer can consider a reasonably priced 04/05 Please post responses here. Thanks onwan.3@gmail.com |
You need to understand that its not the complete assembly you need - What you have to buy is that electronic sensor/controller on it. You should simply have it removed OR take a picture of the complete, go to Ladipo, ask for where they sell VW parts; there you will see lots of your complete engine and parts - Just select about 2 of it and you are done. It should be about NGN3,500 highest. Cheers. |
Please try my suggestion above and lets get the response here on nairaland. Use a rewire NOT a mechanic. |
Get a rewire; 1. Let him bring out the fuel pump to see if its losing pressure OR dirty; If dirty - let him clean BUT if losing pressure, have him get you another one. 2. Let him bring out the Brain-box and reset it. |
The more reason why people IN the banking sector should be prepared AND not get distracted. Its insane to mortgage one's life (and children) future on rumors and politics. Most projects, businesses and jobs based on political positioning, rumors, etc are very volatile AND never amounts to anything eventually IF one is not smart about it. Sanusi or no sanusi, director or no director; has no business with people feeding themselves and providing for their homes. People like that will always be there - and stories like this will always come up; What matters is what you make out of your being in that situation. Nobody really understands the "science" of the Tsunami, its the evidence and the things it did to people that matters. |
OK May I just say something to one of the last posters and all ignorant women out there being deceived into what they will regret; 1. What makes you a man's wife is what he feels about you NOT what you think you are. 2. The way real men are built is that the humble one (whether its his secretary, a house keeper, a sales girl, his account officer, etc) GET'S THE MAN - PERIOD! 3. There are two places for a woman in a man's sub-conscious; She is a woman, OR She is trying to be a man - You had better follow what you should be and be his wife OR he sees you as a fellow-man and he is seeking another - Which usually comes along at that time. Funny thing is that most of these freaks posting "I cant" are failures and as is their nature, they wil be looking for other females to pull down with them. If you feel a washing machine will make it easy for you - ASK HIM and HEAR HIM, then EXPLAIN - Dont put it down like that or else he has stepped - of course you wont know, because having someone else out there will make him "Agree" to everything your majesty wants. Do not be fooled, be submissive to your husband. Ask him, don't Instruct OR act like its a fact or a "MUST" Remember; no woman will tell you what she would do to get a man like yours - most are masked. AND If you really dont like that - Go to China - I hear its more expensive to have your appendix cut out than have a sex change - You must be very ugly to go for that option though - Usually ugly women champion these kind of crap about women this or women that - They lack toasters and eventually the Love Machine they "married" or bought is out there with another woman so we can understand their frustrations. But If you are fine, keep your man and be his babe - FOR LIFE!! |
Actually, its not a "MUST" for you to wash his clothes - all you need to do is get him a girl to do it; then you'll know the only difference between you and her is that she is his help meet and you are not. |
I've always seen this as a setup even before it happened; The US have been looking for ways to control the growth of the "Third World " Countries. I do not beleive any story about any Nigerian "Bomber" Its all cooked; US sponsors most of the so called "Suicide Bomber" Arabic schools anywhere in the world - Thats why you will never hear any other name arrested or mentioned with this guy, the two things they want are clear - Nigerian AND Terrorist. Thats all. Its all a plot to; 1. Take over a country 2. Put the country on a blacklist to discourage investors - They are not blind, they see the opportunities here 3. To divide Nigeria - So we see some people as Northerners and Muslims They created Al-queda, Taliban and all that rubbish just to keep their colonization on; It wont work here; this is not guinea, sieraleone, Zimbabwe or any of those ugly places - This is Nigeria. Check this; which hell do you want to put Nigerians in? 1. You cant even send $10.00 via "Western" Union out of Nigeria 2. You cant even buy a handkerchief worth $1.00 from the US and have them ship it to you 3. Intentionally, FEDEX, DHL, etc charge excessively high rates (IF THEY AGREE) to ship ANYTHING to Nigeria - International business killer 4. No Nigerian resident here with an overseas account still exists - all shut down or you are given a minimum deposit of about $12,000.00 as a criteria 5. You are treated like a criminal in your own country - Thanks to the "help" in "training" that the US people trained EFCC. To hell with this story, that guy was tricked by the US into doing it so they can have an instance to support; 1. Africom in West Africa 2. Closure on us. I really dont care if that guy blows up the whole of US, they should just leave us ALONE! - What good is a nation filled with gay couples and drug addicts anyway ? - even the freaked out president is on drugs. |
Im sorry if any of you misunderstand what I am trying to say, BUT let me break this down this way to you all and see if it registers; If you see a mechanic or the people we call rewires for instance - he probably completed his training and is working as an artisan in one corner; One day he feels he needs a "change" in his level and decides to go for a "white collar job" and hooks up with Coscharis or one of these Auto-centers; he stays there for 3 years - All "computered" out and has forgotten how to change an alternator without using a "Computer" Tomorrow the Autocenter feels its losing businesses to "road side" mechanics and rewires and decides to downsize - Our man is sacked and he feels "his world" has "ended". Please tell me, which of this will be the best to tell him; 1. Sorry, such is life - "It is well" 2. My friend, dust off and get to work - You were a mechanic before that employment and you are still a mechanic This is my point - Throw a mechanic, a rewire, a carpenter, or any professional anywhere on earth - He will always find his way. You were not born a banker, it was only your choice of employment - a lot of us had those interviews and employments lined up in those days BUT declined - not that we had foresight or anything, its was just a matter of choice. Whatever people decide to do in life has its own challenges - BUT DONT BE CAUGHT DEAD WITH ONLY YOUR CV AS WHAT YOU CAN FALL BACK ON - Its suicidal. At this stage in life - living means having something you are passionate about; something that you can sell, market to individuals and get an audience, NOT only at interviews. We both know that some artisans, as a matter of fact IF a mechanic wakes up and stands on 3rd Mainland Bridge or Lagos/Ibadan Road - He will get a job to do for someone before 4 hours. Its just what I feel and just the way I can say it. Cheers |
Hello people, I would like to know where one can get a licensed firearms dealer to buy a licensed firearms from; This is for home and personal security. Your logical input will be highly appreciated. |
ITS CALLED A LOSER'S PARANOIA EDUCATE YOURSELVES - CRACKS |
@ Freezy You need to understand that most industries have gone through changes BUT owning yours and being a master at yours (even in partnership) has sustained a lot of the individuals directly involved. We are talking of industries where licenses and policies makes your next proposal illegal and impossible - BUT - you have to be out there and be on your own to know how to handle it - NOT WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE A PROFESSION OR ANY STANDS. I cant have a discussion with you IF you have this stereotype, employee, loser mentality, like a clone. If you are a musician for instance; you know the only difference between you and a weight like 2face is ONE CHANCE - But you need to try. Same is the difference between a phone seller on the road and Slot Systems, same for most other professions, You just have to try NOT GO ON AND ON WITH SELF-PITY, OR MAKING OTHERS FEEL PITY FOR THEMSELVES - Because they have a chance to live up to the real and make it in life. I say to you - SHUT UP |
@Buchi07 Sincerely speaking, you can go ahead and sulk till death OR wake up to the coffee smell and do something with your life, It has never been and will never be about the money - Its about you. Its one thing to stand in front of a bank and see it as the beginning and end of you life, AND another thing to see it as a building you can own - which one is right? Please tell me. My passion about this whole thing is that we are not talking about low-lives; we are talking about able-bodied intellectuals P.L.E.A.S.E!! Its people like you who are the enemies of these people NOT ME. And if Im in a political post; My business with someone like Sanusi is to get the banks to survive (On a time line)- when they survive they can re-hire - when they are no more they cannot re-hire. AND I will tell any stupid layoff this same thing! period!! So dont get it twisted, this is not personal, a graduate has to see his/herself as a graduate, not as a banker or a civil servant. Ask yourself; If you have a profession or something you are good at; cant you sell that service to a Bank, or the Police, or an oil company, or PHCN, or a school (without full time employment) Think about it; you wake up 4 in the morning and come back home 11pm - when will you have time to; 1. Improve on your self 2. Get a relationship 3. Look at yourself - and see what else you can be. I really dont care what you think; I know what I know and I will say what I understand,. |
@George Sorry, I really dont know how else to say it. Its just unfortunate to see how many people turn themselves into stereotypes out there - more like clones. And for your question, I dont really know know what you mean by personal finance book - I dont have one anyway. |
@Kilonso Personally whatever you have to say is not in any way important to me. Keep talking |
@Namski The noise is damn too much. What the Bleep!, are they artisans? these are supposed to be educated people. You dont pity the tailor that makes your natives for you, you dont pity the Malo that shines your shoes for you, you dont pity the attendant that sells fuel at a gas station - Now you want to pity a graduate that spent years in a University?? Governors are impeached, presidents removed, so what - life goes on! You pity them, you kill them. What they need is to be toughened to get up and step. Did you know Sanusi at your graduation ground? he might as well be the president - who cares?, what matters is who you are and how you can influence where you are at |
Im not the one complaining. All these about Labour union, sanusi, etc - what the hell??, you've been sacked so? Get a profession and if you have one, then get a life and stop whining. Pity is for failures; IF ALL YOUR YEARS IN A BANK DID NOT PREPARE YOU FOR THIS - THEN YOU REALLY DESERVE PITY - UNFORTUNATELY I DON'T PITY FOOLS. @Freezy I dont have "chiks" - Im responsibly married with kids and businesses (Part of them being providing third-party network solution to banks) |
Its still hard to believe that A SlowPoke will spend years in a university to pin his or her life on a particular job; let alone a "Bank job". The annoying thing is when you take someone who read like Computer Engineering for instance; He leaves school and straight for a bank and the next thing he spends 6 years sitting in one chair and table - IF his mouse gets faulty he calls Pallette to fix it, if his notebook or PC doesnt boot he calls Computer warehouse, If his internet connectivity is faulty, he calls 21st century - Now after 6 years he only bloats up like a pig and drives one of those silly toys ( ON FINANCING of course) - Now he is sacked and he cant even get himself to fit in; his mates after all those years have invested so much in themselves and are able to sell specialized IT services to establishments including banks. The only thing in his head is Phoenix - "Im a Banker" I think people should stop feeling pity for this guys and ask them to get a life! Hate it or love it BUT its the truth, get a life or bleep off. |

Can it go for 2.5M ? |
What most people dont understand is that the government is trying to EVEN keep the banks (which can at least re-hire) rather than losing the banks and all possibilities of re-hiring in future. People shoud quit living in this myopic "understanding" they think they have and see it from a global point of view. You are a banker BECAUSE you were or are employed by a bank; NOT because you were born that. Those of us that are not or were not know that you have the possibility of exploring other fields OR look inwards and get some focus to your life. Building a "Banker" future or as they will call it "Career" is simply trying to be the jack of all trade because the core of banking is investment (which include those loans you call bad). No one succeeds that way! My advise for any one is to stand by a profession and you can sell your services to a bank, there is no such thing as a banker - It just doesn't exist. |

IF you value your country's situation AS COMPARED to places like Zimbabwe, Congo, Sieraleone, etc PLEASE LET US ALL STAND AS ONE! Its very key. Thank you all, I take my bow now. (Just look at the post right above mine and understand what I have been saying - these basards only needed an excuse, they did not get one so they manufactured one) Please lets stand as one. |
That depends on what you mean by "smart" AND what you mean by "Partnership" with the US. From what I see the fact that the pilgrim place is in Saudi does not make it the holiest place. You might want to check that. Now, why would a country encroach on another? Isnt this what they trashed Saddam for? - And now they have all their top bleeps poled for war crimes? US is NOT God and shortly people will see who the REAL world powers are - They survived all FBI division attempts, all the labels and silent economic sanctions and they are emerging world leading economies and super powers now. luckily these countries do not need to hand out free visas and free "green" cards to throw people into the "marines" and shipped off to "war on terror" sites. Cheers |
@Chapelle.S Actually I don't know what to reply your comment 'cos it doesnt make any sense to me, its more like talking to yourself |
@ Alloy - emeka Thanks for the clarification |
