very hilarious and at the same time, very painful |
How many times will this same picture be posted on this thread? By the way, have you not heard that the school buildings are federal government projects? Even if it is a state project, only that one on Wetheral Road is in use after three years and half. Please stop this grand deceit. |
Very cool. please how can i get one to plant? |
The only people who will doubt this story are those who do not live in Imo state and those who think development is complete when they see the gigantic structures strategically placed on the major roads. Imo is going through an era of impressionistic development that is very very shallow and deceptive. The major problem with this type of development is that people will find it very difficult to believe the level of rot in the system. WE NEED RESCUE URGENTLY! |
I give it to Rochas; he is a great show\ conman that no one should toy with. With all these moves, who will believe that this is the most inaccessible and the most insensitive governor to have occupied Douglas house or indeed any other government house in Nigeria? Who will believe that this man detests the poor and does not give a hoot what happens to them? Of course only those who make the effort to approach him for official or unofficial reasons will know the truth, but how many are they? That is why Imo state will remain in bondage for many more years unless God sends us a genuine rescuer soon. |

Interesting read. The way our pastors and priests are going, very soon, alarm will blow. However, i do not wish that Christianity be replaced by Islam because it is a greater evil. By the way, why can't people just live their lives and express their spirituality privately? It is this collective worship that has got us all into this huge mess. |
Thanks for the offer, my dear. I wouldn't mind trying it out and i will certainly pay for it if it works. |
How do we get it? |
This man is a baaba among fellow con men. He knows what the masses love to hear and gives it to them full dose. Which God is he talking about now; is it the God of the Muslims that he is fraternizing with by rewarding those who converted from Christianity to Islam with Imo people's money? Is it the God of the Christians whom he sings and prays to when he is in the midst of Christians? I am sure that he will just as easily fit into Hinduism, Buddhism, Zoroastrian faith and any other religion for that matter if it will enhance his game of deceiving HIS PEOPLE HIS PEOPLE. |
Abagworo is crying wolf now. Surprising because we saw this a long time ago and he was always prompt to unleash mayhem on anyone who dared utter the truth. I will not be surprised if after due consultation with berem they launch another attack in unconditional support of their beloved emperor. I just want to point out that there is no comparison between Abagworo and Okonkwo. Whereas Okonbkwo was visionary, and identified the true nature of the white man's mission, Abagworo has been extremely shortsighted in decoding the true nature of the Rescue mission in Imo state. I wish this experience will make him lose interest in the job of promoting the unabashed plundering of Imo treasury and other resources. |
can you please show us a picture of this wonder fruit? |
Why are we so paranoid about the break up of this monstrous entity called Nigeria; a land that consumes its inhabitants and rewards those that love her with bitterness? Please let this country break up but PEACEFULLY. I don't see why rational human beings cannot understand when the game is up and do the needful without much ado. |
CastleandGreen: @OP you are indeed a child of bitterness and fornication, your post really shows you lack moral up bringing. The SS are saying GEJ till 2019 and TAN has given us the platform to say so, incase you want to know i am on my way to the stadium. So why would he shut down schools? If the best his administration can come up with is to avoid the coming together of people, why would he no suspend these senseless campaigns? By the way, why would the president be preoccupied with direct and indirect campaigns when Boko Haram is taking over the country bit by bit. A wise man whose house is burning does not chase after rats. |
Firefire: Are you are Teacher or a Proprietress ?Why don't you present a superior argument? Why would campaigns be on? churches are not closed, mosques are open, markets and other high density gatherings are permitted. Are children not found in such gatherings? Even universities are on. What kind of preventive measure is this? Why not give every school protective devices or screening equipment. That will be a better show of love for school children. |
I AGREE WITH THE PRIVATE SCHOOL OWNERS ON THIS. ASKING SCHOOLS NOT TO OPEN IS A GOOD DEFINITION OF CLUELESSNESS. |
Dibiachukwu: Your leaders, you dont control. They control you by allowance or by force. They are supplied and controlled by these pigs in the background. When they go out of line, they are demonised in the media and then removed with as much force as possible. Nobody says a word. Voices like yours and mine are drowned by voices of morons created by there education system. You are a very insignificant minority. Others are either too scared or too dumb to say anything about what is going on. They would be the first to attack you. Make fun of them. Don't try to change them. And if they attack, view them like zombies. Shoot at the head, shoot to kill. You are making a lot of sense but i think we have a duty to keep shouting as loud as our little voices can go. You never can know who may be listening and the effects the opinions we share may have on such a person. |
Dibiachukwu: Extermination is not that bad. It can easily be said to be natural selection. There are preys and there are predictors. If you are a prey. You either kill the predators or die off. My take is that there has to be a one off race war. And let the winners of that war, continue their race. That is only fair. What you explained in your post has existed since the time of Alexander the Greek. People have been complaining about this for more than 2000 years. Stop complaining. Do something about it. My take is fight to your death and stop complaining.Oppression can never be fair, my dear. Why do you think i should keep quiet? Are you not contradicting yourself? Is it not part of my defence mechanism to at least shout out against the oppressor? I wish to stimulate our leaders to rise to the occasion and learn to defend us. |
Dibiachukwu: Don't worry bro let nature take its course.Which nature? That is the kind of reasoning that makes us prey to the white hawks. Why can't our leaders take up the challenge to protect our people? I yearn for string leaders like Gaddafi who can stand up to these people. |
Ahia oma na-ere onwe ya. Ahia ojoo nwe tufiakwa. Imo people massively rejected Ohakim and voted for Rochas. Actually we voted for change because we hardly knew Rochas. By his scorecard he will definitely be judged, not minding how many online wars you are able to wage for him. So far, he has exhibited a lot of recklessness and insensitivity in power. He does what pleases him and not what Imolites desire. Again, he is a dictator as no one advices him. His commissioners, S A s, P A s, etc have to be sycophants to stay long around him. To cut is short, Rochas is a disaster in government house and is on his way out. |
Thanks for at least struggling to be civil but my dear, it sounds to me like the magnetic cup that came out sometime ago that only succeeded in ripping people off. Even the wonder belt and many others. I have made up my mind not to be in a hurry to believe such things until there is concrete proof. |
Not much difference between this and Ekeonunwa market Owerri when it rains. |
sounds like one of those cure-all wonder products that find their way into the Nigerian market where the manufacturers are sure to find ignorant buyers in large numbers. |
Douglasdale: [sub][/sub]What is wrong with agro allied raw materials? Why can't we maximize what we have for the benefit of our state? Only palm produce can develop a state that has visionary leaders. Please stop propagating falsehood in the name of defending a clueless government. |
Akpu, akuilu, mango, orange, uke, oji, palm oil, coal reserves, cashew, rubber, livestock etc, etc etc. In fact the question is what do we not have? Douglasdale: List the raw materials, the industries and the market that you have in IMO? |
Douglasdale: Stop contradicting urself. Most IMO state have Factories and Industries? How many factories and Industries does Dubai, Las Vegas, Hawaii, Calabar etc all have? Who would want to set up an industry when u neither have raw materials or the available markets for your products?Yes, Imo must have factories. Imo must be industrialized because we urgently need to engage our highly sophisticated youths before they all get into sophisticated crime. We have raw materials and every other factor of production in abundance. What we lack is a sane crop of leaders who will harness our resources and turn them into wealth not for their own private pockets but for the people. |
Another solid fact is that an ordinary person cannot make much impact on the road to change. We must insist on our leaders being the right kind of persons and on creating a system that will not allow people to do whatever they like in positions of authority. Asking the individual to change the society is just futile. What meaningful impact can he make when there is no bite in the laws of the land? |
This is not aone of those APC vs PDP THREADS. I just feel for us, the common folks, especially those who stick out their necks to help one or the other of our many honourable thieves to clinch power yet again and continue with their favourite pastime of plundering our commonwealth. |
I can't help but wonder what the leaders of this country tell themselves when they meet in their comfort zones. Can the PDP leaders honestly beat their chests and say they have done well for Nigeria these past 15 years? What about all the smaller parties that have held sway in several states of the federation, do they sleep at ease when they think of their contribution to nation building? Is Nigeria truly irredeemable? Why is it that our leaders are so insensitive, callous and selfish? Anyone who has tried to see ANY of our ruling lords whether at the state level, federal or even local government level will understand that these people are not there to serve anybody but themselves. Haba, Fellow Nigerians, is this the way to growth and stability? I sincerely believe that PDP should be held accountable for this state of complete lack of direction that has plagued us. |
He has to tell us what became of the Ogboko campus that he started three years ago before pulling another stunt. Imolites are not really mugus, you know. Someone should please tell our governor that the game is up as the maga is now awake and alert. |
HE was never good news. Just days after he was sworn in, his tyrannical tendencies were revealed. In fact it was within his first month in office that Imo workers in some local governments composed and sang for him the shattering song that says 'ikiri ka onye oshi mma'. Till tomorrow, he is still BAD NEWS in all areas of governance. |
His gesture is commendable but shows clearly that he does not have power over ebola. He could have gone there personally to lay hands on the sick and watch them recover. |
