Hello guys!!!!!! I bring you all good news from my end. My God has put a smile upon my face. I got my ppr this evening! As a third class graduate, I felt defeated in life, I didn’t know where to start from. One beautiful evening sometime late 2021, my uncle called and asked if I’d love to come to Canada, I responded yes with so much joy in my heart . Fast forward to 2022, I joined this thread...coming here every day to read about this whole visa application,
And testimonies too. I finally submitted my application on the 10th of April ( I used a RCIC agent in canada )...i have cried, couldn’t stop screaming and praising God. I can’t post my timeline here because I don’t have access to it but my agent always sent me pdf file of whatever message ( biometrics request later, medical request letter too ) I get in my application .
Here are the documents I submitted from my end:
I did upfront medical on the 28 of March
Biometrics on the 18th of April. Biometrics was passed same day
Medical request on the 2nd of May ( my agent submitted medical sheet via web form that same day,IRCC acknowledged they received on the 5th of May)
PPR and BVL 11th May
LOA from SAIT ( program is environmental technology) FALL 2023
Waec result
Bsc cert and transcript
Nysc certificate
Birth certificate
My mum’s age declarations bearing same surname with my uncle to proof ties
My mom’s change of name to my father’s
Siblings birth certificate .
Tuition deposit receipt paid from my uncle’s bank account in Canada.
Account summary from SAIT to show that I paid the non-refundable deposit .
SOP written by me because I believe I am the only one that can tell my story but my agent edited it.
Bio data page of my international passport.
I didn’t submit my statement of account because I no get shishi ( my uncle is my sole sponsor).
For the documents my uncle submitted, I don’t really know because he submitted directly to the agent.

So to everyone that has answered my questions here, may God bless you all. My brothers and sisters waiting for decisions, make Una nor worry God go do am for Una as e do am for me.

congratulations my dear, please when did you submit

If your sponsor have enough money in his account, use only your sponsor and leave out your own account , make sure you upload all your qualifications , good home ties with your sponsor and add your sponsor properties, including your own , don’t allow the documents to be plenty, just pick the important ones , you are good to go , don’t confuse the VO

What do you do presently? Computer science isn't related to Civil engineering. I will advise you look for a school that will accept you for Computer sci to show academic progression or apply for a course related to your present work experience to show career progression

Don't be in a hurry. Take your time to plan very well. You also need to work on your POF
it will make more sense to chose a course relating to your work experience

What do you do to tackle the concerns of the visa officer on your gcms note stating that the purpose of visit is not a reasonable expense, despite having work experience relating to what you intend to study,is it advisable to change the course or throw more light on why you would want to study the course?

was it your notes that told you that ? did they request for an updated statement and the money wasn't there when you resent or you were refused outright for that reason ?

that is the only reason on my note, and my agent also said the same thing that My sponsor is not suppose to touch the money till the visa comes out…..the money left the account three days after MBS was sent to the embassy

Was it MBS you submitted or normal statement of account?
I submitted my personal and sponsors mybankstatement….on my gcms note, they said insifficient available funds shown, and my account couldn’t be validated…so just leave the money to avoid stories that touches the soul

Please who know if it's risky to remove funds from account after MBS statement has been printed and submitted , I already paid first year full tuition fees and did GIC of 15k , but I didn't want to leave the rest of the funds in Naira after I printed my statements , someone said the VO can see the available balance on the day they view the statement is this true please ?
dont remove the money till the visa comes out,I was denied because they could no longer find the money there

Very smart guy, sacrifice your son, marry the mum as consolation, the internet rejoices over the marriage, blow more within some months later, more fame, more money.

Who marries after 7 days of his son's death?

According to the Igbo tradition,if he doesn’t get married to the mom,it means that ifeanyi will be buried in his mother’s homeland and not in Yorubaland,I think this is the reason for their sudden marriage

Hi Onyekachee,

Sponsorship from parents are not classified as third party financing. Your parents can choose to support you if they can demonstrate their resourcefulness to do so. However, you can declare yourself as co-sponsor, depending on your financial luxuriance.

In a nutshell, if your parent is your only ace in the hole, please go ahead and click on that Submit button. The VO cannot deny your application primarily on that.

Have a wonderful day!
thank you sir/ma

Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. I have reviewed your study permit application
and supporting documentation to assess whether you meet the requirements for a study permit
(https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/
eligibility.html). This includes assessing whether you are coming to Canada temporarily for the
reason(s) you describe in your application. I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and RefugeProtection Act (IRPA) (https://laws-
lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/I-2.5/index.html) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations
(IRPR) (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/index.html). I am refusing
your application.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/
section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable). Please guys explain it to me
order your gcms note to know the real reason…so sorry

If you're a first time applicant you can also follow the template and craft yours to in relation to your situation.

Also note that you have to craft your application as if you're defending yourself in a court as their no interview. Get all the required documentation available and most importantly Pray Hard and always remember God.
