well let me answer this from a personal experience. if i tell a guy "later" or "some other time" im truly testing his interest and intentions with me. if a guy loses his interest in the first few times i tell him later then he wasnt too interested in me in the first place. but if he sticks around then i would eventually open up to the guy and let the relationship bloom from there.

actually i had already had the idea about the diamond trade in sierra leone. but seeing him taking the chance to stand up for what he believed moved me into action.

Firstly, I did not in any way try to discourage any rapper from pursuing
a career in rap music. If he wants to rap about sardines for dinner and earn
money while doing so. So be it.

I simply argued Rappers don't say much.
There is nothing overtly profound or anyhow useful in their poetry.
The ubiquity of lyricists who put words together is a testament to that I think.
So if Rap is Life and consequently you live your life to the tune of a rap
lyric, then you are in a sorry state.

The social observations might have been revealing in the lyrics of the first rappers, but they
have been repeated so often to the point of redundancy.

There are only so many ways you can describe the ghetto, and new hiphop
sounds increasingly desperate.

That it is a commercial enterprise is no slight on rap. But when connosieurs take
it too seriously and try to pass it on as some sort of perspicacious art form, it sounds
as ridiculous as calling Tracy Emin's famous 'unmade bed' art.

First what do yo mean that these Rappers don't have anything profound to say?? in the song "Diamonds" by kanye west i was so inspired and moved that i did a whole project on diamonds. and now im starting my own organization.

Second, have you been to a ghetto in the states?? i doubt it. cause if you did then you would understand there are so many ways to describe it. and the reason why it sounds redundant to you is because you dont understand that people are still suffering in those ghettos. by hearing what these rappers say about ghettos gives hope that yeah someone out there understands where im coming from. And let me remind you that not all rap are the ones you hear on the radio or on the top 10 list of songs. if you go to the source of rap you will see its diversity.

the only way to solve this problem is when the males start to accept the fact they are dealing with a new generation of women. women are not here just to cook, clean, and take care of her husband. they can hold respectable positions in the world. and men need to understand not to think of women as inferior but the greatest creation from our God.

They be saying "Amen!!" everytime one of them broads give him a lil lap dance.then stop over to his sideline house to get a lil sample of her cookies. But watch that same fella on Sunday running around like he just recieved the "Holy Ghost". And stay after for bible study knowing good and well what he done did last night.

Mr. Wanna be he is the type of fella who dresses like a thug and tries to get his hustle on. He posts up against the wall tryna act all tough. Gives everybody the look of "im a killer" but really is the first to run if he sees a roach. When the real deal comes, he is the first to run like a lil punk and then come back and say " He caught me off guard". When he gets home from a day's work, tries to act tough to his woman but she tells him to sit his punk self down and does it.

i would suggest Houston. not because i live there but we have the most naija population in the states
