well i studied this in school. and at different stages, the females are usually smarter at a younger age than the male, but the males usually catch up to the females as they age.

to answer your first question, im houston, texas. born and raised. to answer your "nice chic" dressing, well it isnt necessairly my perception of what a nice girl wears. if you are nice girl, and you dont dress how ppl consider what nice girl wears, you are considered a tease. because you are dressing a certain way that displays a "wild chic".

yes and no. in the college i go to, i know plenty of thugs. in the classroom, man they are really smart, but as soon as they class over, they switch up and doing what a thug does best.
