This is the MAIN reason why I will never allow my kids to school in Nigeria. I rather them school in the States and not fear that they will be cane whipped across the back when they enter school. |
Raymond88:No one is perfect. |
@Mustay So Nigeria won by default, oh well. Come back to me when they win a medal on their own. |
dyabman:Really? Wow cause i have only personally seen the black, white, blue, silver, and red one. |
rampant:Oh jenny please. man you don't know what you got. |
rampant:How, you fluent in your native tongue? ![]() |
Still playing God of War on my new red PSP. |
rampant:Don't hate. ![]() |
I mean why you gotta hit a kid in school so that he/she will listen? ![]() Aren't there alternatives? ![]() I must admit, i would be the first to sue a teacher for laying a hand on my kid. |
Ahh Ruby, you are having an igbo lesson without me? oh let me go get a pen and paper. ![]() |
I guess guys can learn to be wee bit more patient. |
magentam:Ahhh i love that. ![]() |
Ruby, aren't you a wee bit curious? |
Sorry, an unintentional typo. 'B' is right beside 'N' on your keyboard ![]() But what is wrong with forming an opinion on people if it's informed? Some people think Seun is biased to appoint one muslim moderator for a religious section that is filled with christians, muslims and atheists. Is that judging?
To answer you first question, Do you enjoy people making judgments on your life? To answer you second question, Let me elaborate on my definition on "judging". im talking about forming an opinion on people based on one's belief. |
"your" house is quite the exception. In the house i have seen and including my own, the mother did the most. Yeah we helped out, did what we could, but she still held most of the burden. Both of my parents worked and such. My father cooked only sometimes, while my mom cooked most of the time. My father didn't do much house work, while my mother and us did. He took care of everything else outside the home. But i still know that my mom did the most work. My father is a very caring man and did alot too though so don't get me wrong, but it was my mother would did the most. |
Oyibye2 may I crave your indulgence to define your own definition of 'judging'.
First off it is "Onyinye" oka thanx. Second off my interpretation of "judging" forming an my opinion on people. |
Who is "our"? Because i have seen a variety of families and somehow it just falls back to the Wife doing most of the work. It is how it is. |
madamkoko:If you have a problem with it, then leave. No one is forcing you to be Christian or to believe in Christ. It is a choice.
I don't have a prob with the people that practices it, but i have a prob with the practice.
You asked why a man would leave a woman to go to another man, and i answered. |
Mustay:Im talking about this year. Upgrade yourself. |
There is no 2 ways around or about it, it is a terrible thing. God is so against it and why would i want to accomodate it or even people that priactise such? God destroyed Soddom because of this. Let us leave bible out of it, why would a man want to have sex with another man, how sickning could that be, when there are more ladies than men sef.
Because that is HIS choice in life. If he wants to live that life, that is his choice. To i agree with it, not at all, but im not going to judge him for it. |
michelin89:Oh michelin ![]() ChinenyeN:Oka let look at it generally. The wife takes cares of the house work with addition she has her own occupation. Then the husband has his occupation then does little to no housework. How can you compare? |
KarmaMod:Karma, even you had to admit those girls looked a bit young. Even the Olympic officials had to question the Chinese for their athletes. They even disqualified one of them when she tried to play for the Chinese team. There is no jealously here because this is just the first few days. The US has been playing sports that China is relatively oka in. But once track and field comes to play, China is gone. They are only competing in hurdles while the US covers MAJORITY of the events. |
michelin89:I was just proving a previous point. |
There is no way it is the food. I know chinese girls here who look their age. Them broads we saw last night were no 16 y.o. they looked like they haven't even started puberty. |
ChinenyeN:But you have to admit, your MOTHER does most of the work. michelin89:Me, feminist? Never. ChinenyeN:Not even an issue. Just realism. |
Did you see those little Chinese girls Gymn.? Damn, they were good. Embarassing that one of our own fell down/ the other landed out of the line! Damn!! But they were good sha I guess we can go for the silver
Yeah im hoping for silver. But those China girls looked 12!!!! There is no way in hell them girls were 16. There is some faultiness going on. |
I watched it on NBC primetime. and it was a water sport. ![]() |
tope2000:Says who? Have you seen their soccer team? They are absolutely gorgeous. |
I know. ![]() |
tope2000:There is something about those Latino men Especially those gorgeous Argentina guys. ![]() But i would still stay Nigerian with a guy who played the spanish guitar. |
Ruby, not to get off topic, Did You Watch Team USA win GOLD yesterday in the 4x100 relay? It was BEAUTIFUL!!!! True Greatness. ![]() |
I would still come back as an Nigerian with a US citizenship. |
