Business / Re: How Can I Become A Billionaire At 36! by oohunt: 12:22am On Jul 23, 2011
@OP
Interesting dream indeed.

I wonder why every thing has to be about money in this country.
We are totally loosing it. And Nija will never change if all of us want to be rich.

Find something good that will help you and as well build a better society, is that too much to do?

Love, we all need to learn to love and not be selfish.

Dont do it!!!
Marriage is a union between Man, Woman and God! And the devil HATES marriage (look how common seperation and divorce have become) because it is a Holy union. Don't let the devil into your union. Run to God if you are having any issues, you wont regret that.

Try hostgator.com. Though not Nigerian but highly reliable. They have great customer service 24x7.
Politics / Re: What Can Be Done To Stop The Flooding In Lagos? by oohunt: 12:04am On Jul 12, 2011
Maybe we need such (or even more) disasters to wake us up. Amazing what the Japanese have built. We always talk and it does not lead anywhere. For us to move forward in this country, there must be a drastic change. Else, we are going nowhere and we'll continue having issues here and there.

By the way @op this photograph is from last year,

Romance / Re: I Have Been Stabbed In The Heart By My Very Own Friend! by oohunt: 10:11pm On Jun 25, 2011
Guys, your lives will be a lot better if you quit comparing exs and present. Oh this person does like this and this person doesn’t do this and that. Understanding and dialogue is key in any relationship.

If don’t understand why she should spend N80 on her hair that’s a start…

But, have you sat down with your fiance to talk about you concerns, your fears, your incompatibilities? You can teach her your own values and she really loves you she will learn and change.

I will personally suggest that you GIVE IT TIME, whether it is going ahead with the marriage or the breaking off and make sure you are not making a mistake. Time has a way of bringing out people's true selves.

I bet you that as you are reminiscing about your fiance, there are certain things about her which when you discover, you won't like her any more.

Do what you will be comfortable with tomorrow without regrets.
Romance / Re: We Must Tell Him The Truth Before Their Wedding by oohunt: 7:39pm On Jun 25, 2011
Light and darkness does not mix. Allowing these two to go ahead in this relationship will spell doom.
Will you be proud to have created such?
If you don't tell him, then you are Judas.
Romance / Re: She's A Good Girl And Pregnant For Me, But I Dont Love Her! by oohunt: 8:58pm On Jun 20, 2011
@ Poster

First and foremost, I think you are talking about yourself.

Putting the previous posts into consideration, you need to think wisely about your decision on this matter. Your next step is totally up to you and how you want karma to dish out the repercussions of your behaviour.
No one knows tomorrow. What is love? How do know you will find someone you have feelings for tomorrow. What feelings were you having when you were getting to know her (and her family), going out with her and sleeping with her? I will advise you to go for a marraige counselling course, (seek advice from married people) understand what the package marraige is all about and then decide if this your "no feeling" is being wise or stupid.

Unless of course if your heart is somewhere else. Let me ask you, are you dating someone else?

Also remember - a part of YOU is growing inside her, many men out there would want to be in your place.
Celebrities / Re: Genevieve Nnaji Loses The Next Bond Girl Role To Naomie Harris by oohunt: 4:02pm On Jun 19, 2011
Even though Genevieve is a great actress in Nigeria & Africa, she can never penetrate the UK movie industry to the extent of being the BOND GIRL.

In marriage what did the bible say? Be submissive to your husband.
In Genesis what did God say to Eve after they ate the forbidden fruit? You will be subject to your husband.
Know your roots people don't let Oyibo ways blind your common sense.
Car Talk / What Does The New Driver's License Look Like? by oohunt: 5:21pm On Jun 17, 2011
NLers, What does the new driver's license really look like? I had mine replaced a month ago and someone just told me it is fake.
Mine is faded white and bigger than the old license. Is it real?
Food / Re: How Do U Prepare Your Noodles by oohunt: 4:52pm On Jun 17, 2011
This is a very interesting topic, I am looking forward to learning more and more ways to make indomie an interesting meal.
I will surely try the corned beef, suya/green pepper and goat meat methods.

I have a variety of ways of making my own indomie:

1. Boil the onions and chopped fresh tomatoes a bit before adding the indomie and spice.

2. Number 1 with some vegetable oil and eggs or even chopped carrots

3. Indomie and sweet corn or mixed veg.

4. Indomie with onions and sardine.

I know someone who adds hotdogs. Delicious!!!

Anyway, just go for a second opinion. It may be a serious medical issue. You need to get more information about it and the proper cure.
Or, it could be that she is ready and does not know how to tell you. I'll also suggest that you get her to read all these comments.
Politics / Re: Shocking: Only 35% Registered Nigerians Voted In April Polls- Inec by oohunt: 5:42pm On Jun 10, 2011
INEC make sure that next time you do not disappoint your voters by cancelling the election ON the day of the election and postponing the elections. This mishap alone deterred people from voting. I know many people who did not go back to vote after the postponement. Stick to the dates and dont go back and forth.
Again, voting should be made easier. People registered in their hometowns/villages. They had already planned their vacations to suit the election dates. I personally did not vote for any governor because I had already booked my flight to be in my village for Easter, !?
Could all the voting not have been done on one day
We should really learn how to make things easy for each other in this country and not cause our neighbour hardship.
I strongly believe that if our leaders want to do something, they can do it. Nigeria is qualified to have a electronic voting system. But since some people don't want things to go the right way, it wont happen.

Dividing the country will not solve our problems.

Travel / Re: How Do I Travel Back To Nigeria With My Baby? by oohunt: 8:03pm On Jun 09, 2011
Ma ma, whatever you do, try and pay the NHS bills which you incured to avoid disgrace in the future. My cousin had her baby in the UK and she was never sent a bill. The next time she tried to enter the UK (2008) with her child she was detained for more than 24 hrs. She was only let into the country after she proved that she was not sent a bill and paid some of the money in question. It was not a pleasant experience because they would search you thoroughly, and would not let you speak to anyone on the phone until they get what they want.
I don't know much about the immigration stuff but I guess you can use travel documents in you need to travel urgently.
