Normal CAC portal www.cac.gov.ng is working and running and doing all the normal registration and certificate issuance for their designated fees. BUT this 250K portal is also doing or supposed to do FREE registration. Both portals are active right now. CAC owns or runs both portals. But paid portal is working, whereas free portal is not working. But they are pretending or claiming it is working so that the money allocated to it by the government can be EMBEZZLED! Cuz even though it is free, the FG is actually going to pay or has paid CAC for it.

That is a lie or let me say incorrect. The normal CAC portal is different from the 250K Registration portal. The CAC portal has always been available. The 250K portal just became active on the 16th of October. It was never active before and since the 16th when the site came online till today, NOTHING IS WORKING. It is just a decoration page. Before you know it, maybe in another one week they will close the portal and say 250K registration is complete. But nobody was registered, everything na backdoor scam!

SCAM! Over 2 days and the site has not been working. But before you know it, they will claim 250K registrations is complete. May una kontinu deceiving una sef

Good thing you don't insult "ignorant" people and I totally get the bolded. Maybe only a few things get on the nerves quicker than dealing with a confident person that does not know he does not know. BUTTTtttt, if we all realize that at one point or another everyone of us is that confident person who does not know he does not know, then we can view ignorance from a proper perspective of being an opportunity to transfer or share knowledge from one person to another, instead of from a perspective of seeing one another as superior or inferior when we relate with ourselves.

But hey, we're human and humans are fallible, we make mistakes from time to time. So, I won't even try to deny that sometimes I too react to an ignorant person in a condescending way when annoyed. But for me, it's just one of those personal areas where I need more self development, especially when you realize that you never know when you could be in that person's shoes. Therefore, my philosophy is that everyone is ignorant one way or another, and ignorant about their ignorance; and until we find more knowledge or meet someone else less ignorant about our own ignorance we might not realize it.
