For Me, I drive a Ronu Electric Vehicle, no need to buy fuel or calculate MPG- it was directly sent from Chicago. Once you fully charge it, you can drive from Lagos to Niger republic non-stop. Abeg, why suffer fuel wahala when Ronu EV's are free? Abeg Make una try collect una Ronu E.V o, The Chicago distribution branch go soon close. |
EniHolar:This situation is tricky and wholly depends on your academic funding source... but most importantly try to understand that Belgium is not like the US, UK and the likes when it comes to dependent spouses on a study permit. Your spouse is also to be given a long stay D visa, which means he/she has to apply wholly for a long stay alongside your own application... basically everything (apart from academic enrolment) that you submit, he/she has to submit too. Now the tricky part as I mentioned earlier, lies on "Funding". Tricky in the sense that; your spouse should not give an isolated form of funding, it has to be connected to you-Because you are the one who is going for studies not your spouse. Based on that, your spouse shouldn't submit an isolated Annex32 or blocked account without it being connected to you. If you are on a Flemish scholarship, then it's almost not possible to attach a dependent based on agreements/undertakings "You" sign that pertains to you as the sole benefactor of a scholarship. (If done together) If you use an annex 32, asides the fact that a lot of Authenticated and legalised paperwork has to be provided to support the application, please note that the financial requirements for the guarantor become double the value, i.e 800Euros/month x 2. However that's only one side of the coin, even if the financials are met, it might be permitted but not guaranteed- if your spouse does not justify a credible reason why he/she needs to accompany you (remember you submit your enrolment letter for the Annex 32, your spouse also needs to submit a written letter alongside marriage Documents requesting to accompany you) (If done together) Most likely, a blocked account (about 20,000Euros if I am not mistaken) is more advised in this instance as the paperwork required would not be as super-sized as the Annex32. However your spouse would still need a covering letter regardless. In my opinion I advise your spouse to also apply for an academic program and tag along with you, as since the requirements for the visa application will be almost the same thing for both of you, why not go for a value added option for your spouse? |
HanisahZuwy:Your question needs to be streamlined... please address the following questions so you could be advised accordingly. 1: Is it more of a facial feature (you have an older looking face, you have facial wrinkles, you smile less, you wear glasses?) 2: Is it a Physique feature (do you have features in your Physique that depict age, i.e saggy skin, stretch marks, droopy muscles) 3: Grey (Is it hair greying in higher proportion) 4: behaviour ( do you have a behaviour akin to elderly people, are you introverted or extroverted) 5: Health (are you generally in good health) 6: Vocal richness (How do you sound when you talk?) 7: Fashion sense (are you in touch with modern fashion or you are old school) |
Waaaay back in the day they used to... as a child in Nigeria my school had a lot of Indians, Russians, Lebanese, and other African nationalities. These guys went ahead to attend secondary school and universities in Nigeria (some have even Naturalised) but I barely hear of such these days. |
Let him catch his own cruise... We are preparing to come and catch our own |
ElSudani:Based on your reply, I guess we can boldly conclude the following about you; 1. You didn’t read the post 2. You didn’t bother to read the post 3. You didn’t understand what you read 4. You lack reading skills or you just can't read |
Ol boy na for all man to forge Ph.D certificate find lecturer work. Certificate forgery in Nigeria has been legalised! ![]() |
Abeg nobody even cares, if they like let them keep Naira Marley there it doesn't matter... Nigeria has no standard on that regard |
anonymous1759:Normally I would have not commented, but since I think this to be a real issue, I directly put forth these questions; 1. Are all Americans or French or British or etc well behaved in foreign countries? 2. Is it only Nigerians who are caught with drugs? Fyi Mexican, Brazilian and Columbian nationales are also caught peddling drugs in various countries... however their passports are still relatively respected... why? Lemme let you in on something, just incase you didn't know, Nigeria always sucks at playing foreign affairs/International relations & currently its getting worse under this government... who is the current minister of foreign affairs? |
I once tried to say Hi to a Korean lady and she told me to just beat it, she wouldn't want anything to do with me because my gbola would cosmetically disfigure her... She wasn't lying though ![]() |
Unbiased1:To be honest I am not surprised about the judgement... However in response to what you said about LP using hearsay, please sir be informed that NYSC themselves stated explicitly that they did not issue MBA any certificate using their batch broadsheet. It was as clear as day he forged his NYSC certificate and it was proven for all to see. Na Naija we dey sha, the highest bidder wins. |
Normally Mba is a goner, but with the judiciary... White is purple and yellow is blue. |
NwaNimo1:That's the summary of the story sir |
yemtope:Unfortunately there's no other direct way around it except; 1- Going there as a student equally or 2- Cross your fingers and wait for her to get a job after she graduates, then she should apply for a single residence permit that could accommodate you. Unfortunately Belgium doesn't have those immigration pathways which are typical of other countries. |
yemtope:It's not possible to do a family reunion visa, if your spouse is still on a temporary residency (A) card as far as Belgium is concerned. Student residency cards in Belgium are just temporary permits for foreigners, and do not allow/permit the same privileges a citizen or permanent residency card holder is entitled to. |
That was the military regime for you... Those of us who lived in baracks in the early 90's, even as kids understood the tension anytime there was a change in regime. Certain ranks were very prone to assassination. |
E remain Bayo Onanuga, then the equation is finished... |
LegendHero:Who happens to be a Female American... |
Imagine the court saying the man should be released, because nobody has the locus standii to accuse him... |
milliondollarma:Boss, Na to find program apply. E get two confam pathways if na Canada you wan go. -1 Express Entry If you want to do an express Entry application for Canada, then prepare to take English exams IELTS, you and your wife should do it, especially if you are older than 35 so as to increase your points. Make sure you are applying to a rural territory to increase your chances of becoming selected from the pool. -2 School You can apply to graduate school and if selected follow through the process. However go to the Canadian thread on NL for more info. |
Do you need one star to fall from the sky to tell you what to do? |
Guys, do your research well, if China matches you, then Japa! |
Fkj2021:The NL japa fam is always here to help |
My Oga! Although I strongly advocate for every young Nigerian to Japa ASAP, however this is not the way to go about it sir. I encourage you to make your own research and come to a conclusion about your intended destination, then go for it! It would be very thoughtout if you have already chosen a destination and you are asking for specific facts about the place or you consulted NL threads about the specific place to make inquiries. Coming to ask about spontaneous Japa process comparisons to determine your own choice means you have not even done your own research at all. Because there are already several threads that have made these process comparisons. So please if you truly want to Japa, go and make your own research, decide based on your personal situation (is it UK, Canada or Australia?) and ask specific questions that match your context and choice. |
If DSS touches that man, hmmm... anyhow con3 turn make dem take am |
B.A.T won, ok fine... keep it to yourself. The dude just called in to make an absolute malou of himself. The fact is, you cannot even support B.A.T and sound intellectual... Supporting B.A.T and Intellectual reason are two parallel lines. |
oluwaseyi0:We do, but there are normal levels of Testosterone. Anything beyond the normal level could indicate the use of enhancers-like Steroids for example. |
If one watches football, he'll know 1-0 is typically Athletico Madrid... Their own win no dey pass 1:0 |
Different stories on this... I read earlier that she was quarantined for a period of time, instead of being sent to an Emergency ward immediately, by the time she was released to the hospital, it was already too late. Now I am not saying this is what happened, but if that's what happened, it is typical of Egyptian officials to restrict access to Nigerians, despite obvious urgencies... a quick reminder was when Nigerians were being Evacuated from Sudan via Egypt, and despite the situation, the Egyptians were still giving restrictions to Nigerians. |
Rubysugar:Look, most highbrow parts of the US are safe, its not about the State. That same Richmond you stated when compared to other cities like Roanoke & Portsmouth in Virginia happens to be the more dangerous city. I consider the poverty index of the city to determine the crime rate- in this case I wiĺ use crime rate as the measure of safety, the higher the poverty index the higher the crime rate. So if you want lower crime rate, go to the highbrow parts of every state. This theory does not generally apply in New York City, due to population density per square area. |
If you have never thought about Japa as a young aspiring Nigerian, now is the time to do so... |
