Nigeria is not yet ready for such reorganisation...

Because even if the constitution is amended today, the Judiciary can still tumble it by reinterpretation tomorrow.

If you want an organised society, then Japa!

Oga please if you can make your billions from Narcotics trafficking, please by all means do.

Later on, you can use the money obtained from the trafficking and run for a political post, you will be fine. The constitution of Nigeria supports it.

Stop discouraging future "would be" traffickers of Nigeria.

Voting irregularities and BVAS beginning to make a very threatening run past INEC and APC defense... However it seems the referee is checking for offside... If an offside is not called, this may lead to a goal against APC by BVAS.

*Edited*
Offside called! the run was not a technical run.

Car TalkRe: How Do Thieves Open The Bonnet To Steal Battery? by optimusprime2(m): 6:12pm On Sep 03, 2023
It's mostly Toyotas that this happens with, but trust me, it's very difficult to take out the batteries of some cars like BMW, Mercedes or Audi.

I remember early 2001 thieves raided our neighbourhood back in Nigeria, and carted away several car batteries... most of the affected cars were Toyota's and Peugeot's, however we noticed only the Mercedes and BMW's in the neighbourhood were left intact... some year's later all the families in my neighbourhood either had a Mercedes 190, Mercedes V-Boot, or BMW E60.

Fast forward years later, the case is still the same.

TravelRe: Between The United Kingdom, The USA, Canada And Europe Which Is Better? by optimusprime2(m):
At the end of the day, it's quite subjective... Even after living for Donkey years in Europe (Which also includes the UK, and adhoc European countries like Turkey), I still prefer the United States Hands down. As for Canada I remain indifferent due to a lot of reasons-some of which @Pansophist already stated... Especially the Wokeness part grin. In my opinion, Canada is basically a budget version of the US without gun use.

As for why I prefer the US to Europe, if you are a business minded person (The US economy is literally unmatched) if you know your onions you are ok, however in Europe it's not just about knowing your onions, there are a lot of factors;

-1), the US is literally like dealing with the whole world within one space and using one language... yes English! Lets see you try that in Europe- The linguistic quagmire that exists in Europe when trying to do business is simply insane. There are areas in Europe I would have loved to collaborate with, but the mere fact that they all function in a different language is just off-putting.

If anyone has lived in Switzerland before, that person would understand what I mean (Unless you love existing within a communication complex, spontaneously toggling between French, & German for example is absolute madness). In addition, many countries in Europe have multiple official languages within eg; Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain (Visit Barcelona and guess again if you think only Spanish is spoken in Spain), and Belarus. To even think that Swiss German, Austrian German and Standard German are different is still mind boggling...So for that one, I no fit.

-2) Currency context in different EU locations; Imagine the challenge when also negotiating prices with some European countries that have their own currency outside the Euro, especially those Scandinavian countries (I always refer to as the weird part of Europe). Look, every EU country have their currency culture, basically the value of 5 Euros in Germany is very different from the value in Italy or Portugal. Also, 5 Euros in Luxembourg is not 5 Euros in Sweden(about 60 Swedish Krone), so pitching a 5 Euro idea in any of these EU countries, require very different approaches to the location... Now I hate that specifically, because that is another case study on it's own, so for ease of contextual approach to currency, I prefer collaborating with EU countries within a certain radius, that have similar currency cultures-which is rather narrow minded, but less complicated. This unique situation, does not occur in the US.

-3) I think some parts (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands) of Europe are just too controlled, income, taxes and social arrangement ... Cash inflow no matter how small, can't avoid the social radar system- Although this has it's advantages, but as a business oriented dude, it doesn't make any sense, it's very hard to make any profit from a system that is already Pre-calculated. Basically your profits have already been simulated, so if you go over or you fall below, you have to explain. In the US there is absolute liberty to go crazy with your business within and abroad no restrictions- it's literally your own business.

-4) If you have a Job in Europe(Mostly applies in Germany, Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands), the chances are that you fall within a general pay bracket (I pass my neighbor does not apply)... Basically, even if you have a PhD in Nuclear physics or you are a crack IT specialist, there is almost no difference between your salary and that of a restaurant chef who can definitely work more hours than you... How? yes that's what a socialist system can do (Infact in some cases you are even obliged to pay more tax than the restaurant chef) The US is very different on that regard there is a vast pay bracket difference between skilled labour and unskilled labour.

-5) Acquiring property in some parts of Europe is very tricky and complicated compared to the US where money mostly does the talking.

Now when it comes to schooling, although most of Europe (UK and Ireland aside) have reduced tuition when compared to the more expensive US and Canadian tuition fees, the question remains; after school what next? can you cope and adapt to such situations as a business minded person or career minded person?

North America offers a larger Economy with increased labour opportunities, as well as a language that is common to Nigerians... "English". while Europe offers a smaller Economy (Than the US), labour opportunities which are more controlled and a linguistic challenge to non native speakers... Where would you want to stake your chances?

Your answer whoever you are, will be Subjective... and thats my point.
TravelRe: Nigerian Doctor Regrets Japa-ing To Canada. Video Included by optimusprime2(m):
Nbote:
Na lie.. Let him come back
Trust me, he could...
There is one fact about Japa that is always unsaid, and that is "age" ; how?

For example the japa experience of;
1) 15-20 case A
2) 20-25 case B
3) 25-29 case C
4) 30-35 case D
5) 35-40 case E ............. are all very very different entities.

Case A to C are usually the best categories that can facilitate a faster integration which includes picking up a new language, changing an accent, understanding cultural nuances and unspoken social gestures, while case D and E have a much slower rate of integration which generally affect their perception of a new life in a new country.

Infact all countries with immigration pathways usually give high immigration scores/points to age categories A, B and C mostly for this reason.

The bottom line is, that guy is speaking that way because he is a clear D or E case. Moral of the story, Japa is meant for the young and receptive minds.

You can't japa at over 30yrs old to a new country and expect a smooth landing, no way! at most times it could take between 6/7 years to find a rhythm and for people over thirty they endup pushing 40 when they finally stabilise. The experience is a different story for a 23 year old or 20 year old for example.

So It's really not just about the job and earnings but about adapting to a new culture and adjusting your mind totally- Afterall you are not Japaing to a company, but a country.

PoliticsRe: How Tinubu Defeated His Opponents Despite Losing Lagos, Kano And FCT by optimusprime2(m): 8:03am On Aug 29, 2023
Throwback:
There you have it.

Is this why the losers have been fighting tooth and nail to have their greatest albatross disqualified by insisting even against the positive confirmation by the authorities, that what they claim as false must remain false, even when all evidence points to the contrary?

The below results are even further buttressed by the fact that only Tinubu won up to 3 regions out of 6.

Only Tinubu won a region outside of his own half of the country. Tinubu won NorthWest and North Central.

Atiku won no Southern region. Obi also did not win any Northern region.

Na Atiku I shame for pass.

After 7 attempts of being involved in presidential campaigns either as a party aspirant in 1992, 2010 and 2014, successful running mate in 1999 and 2003, unsuccessful candidate in 2007, 2019 and 2023, he still failed on his 8th and final attempt to forge a pathway to presidential victory.

This is what Tinubu achieved on his 1st attempt with pure political calculations.

Obi's body count of losses is now 2. 1st as an unsuccessful running mate in 2019, 2nd as a 3rd place loser in 2023 and soon to be totally zeroed due to disqualification by reason of illegitimate candidacy of a party he did not belong to.
Chairman abeg no vex o, but if you want me to teach you statistics I can fix a program for you very easily...

Secondly Enough time has passed for this case to have been analysed properly; A quick example

B.A.T won in 12 states without FCT= 12
Peter Obi won 11 + the FCT... It has been established that he clearly won Port-Harcourt, so if Port-Harcourt is added Peter obi would have 12 states + the FCT... =12 + FCT

Assuming that was the Case (Which was not) you do realize constitutionally there was no winner yet??

So one thing remains clear asides the fact that INEC is a total scam... How did B.A.T winhuh??

Just for your information;
A Professor in Maths and Statistics has already done the calculations of what you were trying to explain and PO had the numbers...
All Eyes are on the Judiciary, e get why...

Its just sad that Nigeria is not normal, in the sense that on a steady basis, an individual can utilize NEPA bill as a bonafide certificate...
otherwise if Nigeria was normal, would B.A.T dare attempt to use forged papers to enter public service... the answer is No, because he would have known that the system would quickly filter him out...
Alas, here we are discussing Chicago things about a sitting president... tueh!

Onefornaija24:
Reasons pls
Like I said, there are a host of reasons but I will focus on a fundamental reason, which is; The value for money. Pursuing a graduate program in the UK when compared with similar ranked institutions in other parts of the EU, makes the UK outrageously expensive.

The UK falls short in that regard.
