I have a foundation I run with a friend, and every month, we empower 2 people with 10,000 Naira for small businesses in Ibadan. That might be small to some people, but we have been able to help people like fruit sellers, people that want to start phone charger sales, someone that wants to start small scale perfume sales business.

I already have one person for this month, but I need one more person. If you feel that 10k can help start a small business, then please notify me here.

The criteria...

*You must want to use it for business

*You will agree to be filmed (I have to show evidence I gave you the money), and it will be featured on our social media page.

*You must reside in Ibadan.

Jamming pupils like Buhari whom you'll teach with all your efforts and at the end of the day, they won't understand 'pim'

And their non understanding of what you are teaching them would discredit your efforts from parents and school authority as well

Sometimes they want us to do miracle for those children, but we teachers are atorise( destiny shapers). We r like UCH (fed. Hospital ibadan) whereby all dead cases are brought to us and we need to revive them. But all in all. It's a noble profession. In other words, pls I need a job ooo. It's not that easy but most times we make teaching hard, suggest typing lesson notes and make it permanent, as for marking, do that while you give the students spellings to read, assignment shulould be marked last period before break, while the pupils themselves are worn out and looking forward to break, so you give them classwork at that time to keep them engaged. And as for shouting, na you dey do yourself, be friendly with them and let them know when to be calm and when to act otherwise, note both state is a must for them. It's now left to you to be able to control them or turn a deaf ear to it.. Taught all levels and I was able to cope with them, and I find time to make noise together with them for a short period of time and when it's time to be serious they know there is no other option..

It's well. At the end of the day, we became too worn out to do any other things. God bless us teachers.

If you can teach, resign from the hotel, take up a teaching job. While on the teaching job, look out for pupils or students whose parents need home lesson for and get like two or more so that the lesson payment added to your monthly teaching salary will make it worthwhile. Save up and then start something for yourself.

teaching is not easy. No everyone can write lesson notes, mark classwork, give assignment. Shout on top of ur voice and at the end of the day, parents hardly reward teachers
